If you are a robot then visit this bank. Cold and mechanical. Empty. Rarely any visitors. I wonder why. You want impersonal and unfriendly? Then visit this bank.

This is an amazing bank. I just moved to it over from Wells Fargo that was located near the Safeway in the same complex. I can’t complain with Chase. Their policies are just better in general (For instance, Wells Fargo requires that you have at least $ 500 in your college savings account or else you’ll be charged. But Chase doesn’t have that policy at all with the college account). Also, Chase staff is generally more articulate and they don’t shove annoying promotions to your face. Also they have a cleaner and cooler looking building.
The staff here is friendly. We came on the opening day and got ourselves excellent service and a new safety deposit box to put all our valuables in. Can’t complain.
