***SCAM**** NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I would give negative stars if I could. The ppl who believed they had a good experience here were whether scammed as well, or knew Long on a personal basis.
Long tried telling me that all 4 of my cylinders were not getting compression. Keep in mind, I drive a 2008 Mitsubishi lancer that had been very well maintained, and had no indicators of any problems. One morning, it wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Long, who proceeded to tell me that I would need an entirely new engine, on a car with only 88,000 miles, which would cost me $ 2450!!!
I had it towed to my friend’s shop, who literally had it starting in 5 minutes, because the battery terminal was loose. My engine is completely fine. Do NOT take your car here, unless you want to be majorly screwed over.

I used their service a couple months ago to have my car fixed and transaction went well. Fast and at a great price compared to Acura Dealer!
I love their place so much i recommended my husband to go their as well. He recently just got his car fixed a couple days ago. Let me tell you, these guys went above and beyond in my book. The wrong part came to the store. However, i told them that i really needed the car the next day due to class and my husband had a bunch of meetings. And they were able to get the car done super early which helped so much.
They have earned two valued customers! We will be taking all of our services to them from now on and will definitely recommend them to our friends. Dealer service without the dealer price! How sweet is that! Thank you for your great service!

I came here a week ago to have my left tires replaced due to a flat. Long, the mechanic, is very honest and very affordable. He took the whole day trying to find affordable yet quality tires for me which I really appreciate. Most shops will not do that for you. This counts as the prices of all 4 tires were super cheap and they were brand name all weather tires with warranties. He even offers to drive me home after dropping off the car even though he is super busy. The reception area is clean, has a nice flat screen, but Best of All, has free snacks and water!
I love that CNA constantly gives me updates on my car and they fix it quickly! No issues with the quality of work. Their prices seem to be the best all around.

I have an older car 267,000 and desperately needed some break service and what I thought I needed, a wheel alignment for some new tires I just bought. Took the car around back and quickly told me that it wasn’t necessary and I was like really? You need an alignment to avoid uneven tire wear right? Well, he determined that I needed to replace some very old loose wheel bearings instead and that will fix the problem. Very reasonable prices!
As quoted, 3 hours later I came back and it hasn’t driven so smooth in years!
They are now my fave place to get my baby serviced!

Quick service, reasonably priced. These guys will tell you what you need for your car without any upselling or upgrades that you don’t need. I got my oil changed, tire rotation, tire balance and shocks replaced here. They are my go to guys for auto service.

The mechanics here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cars. They will tell you in detail whats exactly wrong with your car and what needs to be done.
One day I needed my brakes changed really bad. Really bad to the point where it was metal to metal and oh boy did it screech. Looked around and called some places which. weren’t that helpful as CNA… Right when I called they took me right under their wing and told me to stop on by.
For years I’ve been going to other places which would always try to recommend additional unnecessary services. but you will never have to deal with that B.S. here. CNA is honest and quick. They really care about their customer service and will take great care of all your car needs!

I’ve been to this place for my oil change since they open and they’ve never let me down. Anh Long always does a great job and also program my car where it reminds me to get an oil change when needed, no more sticker reminder. Great job!

CNA AUTO SERVICE IS THE BEST! I came here to get my brakes replace and rotors resurface. They charge a very reasonable price. They have free wifi while you wait and free beverages. I highly recommend this place!

Before I moved to California, my car went through so many mechanics in Dallas. I experienced it from BMW dealership to several other mechanical places. Being a female, sometimes I feel like we are taken advantage of because we are so naïve when it comes to cars. I remembered the last week I was living in Dallas, the mechanic whom I brought my car to charged me an arm and a leg. My experienced had always been sweating bullets when time to pay the bill at the counter.
After reading reviews on facebook and friends recommendation, I brought my car here. I got a ticket this weekend for no front license plate. Really? Ugh! I have been stopped numerous times and never got a ticket. I parked my car and did not pay a meter in SF, so they double WAAMMM me with two tickets. Who puts front license plate on a freakin BMW?
Anyhow I came in to get a front license put on and in dire of an oil change. My car only uses synthetic oil and sure enough this place uses Mobil 1 (I don’t know much about cars but I know this oil is rated 1 and used by Nascar). Btw, I saw him pour Mobil #1 oil in my car straight from the bottle, no diluted crap I experienced from the past! He showed me there are 2 tires that will need to be replace. The mechanic did not ask or even pushes me about getting the tires from them. I had to ask him about ordering it for me lol
There was also another customer there and he said he takes his whole families car to Long. He told me he knows about cars and that he only trust this place. Well that tells me a lot esp when someone talks highly of a mechanic! lol
Overall, you bet I will come back! I feel like they were not pushy and very honest to what I REALLY NEEDED and not what they can pick pocket me! lol Take your car here and let LONG fix you up! He will tell you as it is and no BS!

Lobby was clean and had plenty of refreshing drinks in the lobby while you wait for your car. Was greeted by a happy mechanic who serviced me promptly. Put my car in service for an oil change and all was completed in less than 30min. Overall quick service at a reasonable price! Parking a bit tight in the front.

I had trouble with my 1998 Subaru Outback this weekend. I replaced the battery with a new one and still no electrical power. Called CNA Auto Service for assistance and Long the mechanic took a look at it and in minutes was able to diagnose the problem. They were nice, fast, and reasonably priced. Would try them again for my next car repair and maintenance needs.

Took my car in for a repair this afternoon. I can honestly say I felt I was treated fairly. I am happy with my repair job and I will definitely be back. A+ service

2 things you need in life — a good doctor, and a good mechanic. And I would say, the more important one is the mechanic bc we always need our car!
Brought my car in for a door lock issue, and they ordered the part right away and fix same day. The mechanic seems honest, and I don’t get the feeling of being ripped off (cos I would believe anything my doctor or mechanic tell me!) Trust is important.
Only have one complaint, driveway is tight. So don’t try to park upfront, go park in the back and you’ll be fine.

I have ALOT of car issues and i am pretty naïve when it comes to automobiles, I would take my car to wheel works and the dealership and they would charge me up the A$$. U need to fix this, u need to change that.. .anyway, a friend suggested CNA auto and I could not be any happier. Cezar and his staff are very knowledgeable and honest. I know what is urgent and needs to be fixed now and what can wait a month or two. I also appreciate the fact that they shop around with vendors, to give me the best price for my parts and they even show you! Soo, if you ever need an oil change, new tires, timing belt, smog check or cant figure out what the HELL that noise is, take your car to CNA auto. It is in great hands and you will always walk away HAPPY!
