Controlled Systems Air Conditioning and Heating has been providing air conditioning & heating solutions to the Bay Area and San Jose for many years now. Our business works with some of the biggest names in the business like: Trane, Honeywell, Rheem, York, Pane, Coleman and many more. My name is Carmine Squires and I’ve been working in heating and air conditioning for around 16 years. When you work in one field for that many years you really develop a good knowledge of the business and how things work. My goal is to provide quality service that you’ll be very happy with. Just like you I appreciate someone who is honest and hard working, and that’s what you get when you choose to work with me.

I grew up in the San Jose area, and I love the outdoors. I like to ride motorcycles, and spend time with my dog hiking and biking when I’m not working.
