Coolrunnings Road Side Service To The Rescue

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I called because I locked my keys in my car. I was told someone would get to to me in 30 – 35 minutes to get them out. After 45 minutes I called back and they said they were making my keys… HUH? I didn’t need any keys, I got locked out of my car. The guys said… Ohhhh sorry for the miscommunication I will have someone there in 10 – 15 minutes. No one showed after 30 minutes. I called someone else to take care of me. They showed up 90 minutes later as I was driving off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Toyota roadside contacted him. He never came. Toyota called him back, I called him back. 3 hours later still nothing. I call him again later in the day he says he never got information… Really?! Maybe it’s because you ignore your calls. PoS company. And then how did you know about my car and location then? Liar… Tony Antonio whatever his name is will leave you stranded. Look at other reviews… Smh. The good reviews are probably from his familia. Pathetic. Bad service is one thing. Putting people in danger totally something else.

Chrysler Roadside Assistance sent me a message telling us this company would be coming to assist in within 1 hour. They didn’t show up, I tried to call the number they provided, the same number that is listed here many times and no answer. When I reached out to Chrysler almost 90 minutes later they were able to speak to them and told us these j*rks cancelled the service and didn’t even bother calling us or them to let them know. Not cool. Totally Irresponsible and unprofessional.
Because of them I wasted all this time. Now it’s 2:00 am, after driving for hours I just spent more than 2 hours stranded on deserted 101 highway, it’s super late, middle of nowhere no lights or building close and huge trucks are driving by my car at full highway speed.
Bottom line don’t us them. For anything. EVER. Not reliable. Not the company you can count on when you need help.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, they showed and put 2 gallons of gas in my car which I don’t think it really was and when it didn’t start my car he said he was going to get more and be right back he never came back. No phone call, nothing, just left my hood up and me a women alone in a unsafe section of town at night. I was able to get my husband on the phone and he woke our 19 month up and drove an hour to help me, added 1 gallon of gas and my car started right up! Do not use them or they too could leave you stranded!!!

Cool Runnings arrived promptly (within 20 minutes of calling) and provided fast, friendly and very reasonably priced service. They made the experience of locking my keys in my car much less frustrating.

these guys are contracted by Farmers for road service. I have been waiting for an hour and a half. Tried to call Coolrunning on thier number (408)413−9592 and it goes to voicemail. great job… sitting on the side of the road still. never again

After reading the good reviews on Unilocal about the «Rescue» service I called them when a friend had a flat on the freeway, who wasn’t able to do it them-​self.

What a joke & an embarrassment to the industry!
One star is way too much for them! Fast service? How about NO SERVICE!
Tony promised 30 minutes but no more than 40 minutes to arrive. OVER 90 minutes later he still has not shown up and when you call the main number (a cell No.) you can hear him answer and listen… then hang up after a few moments.
What a total joke!
Nice job leaving someone on the freeway in a dangerous & bad spot in need of help. Not even being honest enough to say I can’t do the job.

The service was prompt, affordable and friendly. I called 3 or 4 places before I landed on this one. I wish I had called them first. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, minus the fact that my tire was flat.

Great, and fast service! We have used them a couple of time and they never take more than 20 minutes to arrive. It is also the cheapest service i have found in the area.
