I have enjoyed and grown from my voice lessons with Mr. Weiguang Dang at CPAA. I am indebted to them for my musical vocal growth. 我很喜欢和我的声乐课与党伟光先生生长在CPAA。我要感谢他们对我的音乐的声音增长。

I took a salsa dance here at Monday night 8:00pm, the teacher is Andy and his wife. They did a great job, very patient, nice and responsible. I promise you can’t find another studio will teach you every pattern so carefully and seriously. I went to other studio, usually they only teach you once and won’t spend the whole night check every movement of your step, but here they do! I promise you can learn a dance if you follow their instruction! During the month of May (2015)they have salsa, during the month of June (2015) they will teach another dance. I plan to continue my dance study here!

We were 3 weeks from our wedding and we were not prepared in any way for our first dance. Since I have duck feet when it comes to dancing and I am beat deaf, especially with ball room dance, I knew that I’d either have to do a boring sway the whole time or even worse step all over my wife’s feet!
We signed up for 3 private lessons with Andy to show us some simple yet elegant moves in swing dance. By the time the lessons were over and we’d practiced several hours, our first dance went off very smoothly and I must say from the video looked quite respectable! Andy knows his art very well and can teach in a way that’s friendly and effective. I highly recommend Andy for ball room dance lessons. Cheers, Bill

My fiancée and I took dance lessons with Andy and his wife in preparation for our wedding. Andy is a superb dancer and a great teacher.
We had already danced before, but Andy helped us refine our technique and tailored his lessons to fit our experience. We’ll definitely be back at CPAA arts center in the future!

We took private ballroom dance lessons with Andy and Virginia in preparation for our wedding. They were friendly, patient, funny, and very talented. They listened to the music that we wanted to use and choreographed a wedding dance and tailored it to our evolving (or not-​so-​quickly evolving skills). As time went by they made adjustments based on what was easy and not so easy for us to pull off. Couples dancing is a great alternative to couples therapy and Andy and Virginia were very sensitive and accommodating to each of our different learning processes. Also, having two teachers at once is really the way to go. Virginia would work with my husband and Andy with me. The best was when they showed us what a true connection on the dance floor looked like. Their passion for movement, music, and each other was very infectious and inspiring. We had a lot of fun with them in a very supportive environment, and the end result was an amazing Waltz that we pulled off flawlessly at our wedding reception! We really enjoyed our time spent with them and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

CPAA sets the standard for Community Organizations in the South Bay. I have danced there for 5 years and the Managing Directors are simply outstanding They are always prepared with a great program and helpful to everyone of all dance levels.
They donate their free time for extra help.
This is one couple who really give above and beyond the expected.
Venue has large floor and always beautifully maintained. Excellent sound systems.
This is a treasure in our Silicon Valley.
Dance instruction is geared towards social dancing so enjoyable for all levels.

I went to a class at the center. The floor was filthy and the manager was rude.
She came in the classroom and turned off the AC twice before the class was over.

My niece comes here for ballet. and I think it’s a great place and all. if you understand Mandarin… We’re not so familiar with the language. so it’s hard to communicate sometimes… I like the place. wish I spoke Mandarin… would make life easier for my niece (in terms of learning & getting information on performances & dates and whatnot).
But there are good things about this class… they seem to be very strict, so they help children learn discipline (hopefully…
This is only for ballet for kids… I’m not so sure about anything else they have to offer.
Oh, and I thought their end of the year performances well balanced…

We came for a chinese new years celebration which featured some professional and amateur performances on the stage.
A little out of place being in a strip mall, but it is nice inside with a well lit stage and a good sound system. I’d like to come check out more activities.

Starting January 14, 2008, West Coast Swing lessons and dance are moving here on Mondays and Hustle lessons and dance will move here on Tuesdays. The same instructors from Steppin Out Studios are moving their dances, here.

Mostly beginner dancers but some very good dancers show up on these nights, intermediate and advanced level dancers. Great to see such high caliber social dancers and competitors. Monday’s turn out was around 40 – 70 dancers, Tuesday are over 100.

A unique space used mostly for Chinese entertainment such as, ballroom dancing, kung fu classes, Chinese language classes, music, ballet and Chinese folk dancing.
Still under some construction but the majority of the space is being used for the above classes. 6 – 8 smaller rooms for classrooms and dance space. 6000 sq ft main wooden floor with 25 ft. ceiling. Large space. Open feel with great AC. The floor is fast, great to spin and slide on.
Ample parking in the mall lot, between the Safeway supermarket and Rite Aid. Nearby Chinese, café, Subway and Cicero pizza places to eat in the same mall.
