I really like that place. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easy to find items in the store. Easy to communicate with those worker. I’ll keeping shop over there. Keep up with the work.

Doc fax in the order twice, CVS said never get it. Each time call them hold up for more than half hour. After 5 days still no medicine. :(

The pharmacy worker Lynn has got to be the rudest most uncouth person I’ve ever had the displeasure to meet there is no respect for customers privacy when dealing with her

I worked in the pharmacy industry as a technician in the 1980’s. We had really good customer service & rapidly expedited prescription (s) to the customers in a timely manner.
This particular CVS pharmacy is a prime example of lack of efficiency when you go there to pick-​up drugs &/​or drop them off. Each customer «served» by the employee (s) take on average 20 – 30 minutes or more which is unacceptable.
Another very poor aspect of this pharmacy is that you have to wait in line – down various aisles for the «pick-​up» & «drop-​off” – That is unacceptable & bad customer service. There should be chairs there for people who have trouble standing for these long periods of time; ie. the elderly & patients who are in pain. When this pharmacy was called, «Longs», there were chairs & the service was excellent.
Over-​all this shows that this company has no respect or consideration for its customers.
I would advise to find another pharmacy (company) to fill prescriptions unless you enjoy waiting in-​line & being treated as just another number.

Definition of bad customer service. I am standing in a line 10 people long waiting to pick up a prescription. This is after ½ a day back and forth between the pharmacist and the doctor because they didn’t want to give me a drug that was on there drug abuser list. WTF! It’s pain medication for someone who had a kidney transplant 1 week ago. Yeah nearest to the house and worst ever.

I would of gave them a four, but they have no public restroom, my friend has a medical condition that requires him to use the restroom constantly, and was there to purchase his medication, he had to use the restroom while waiting for his prescription, no public bathrooms horrible would not like to share what happened next, please change your policy its not fair for your customers.

This cvs sucks my dr called in a prescription over a week ago I come in to finally pick it up, they tried giving me the wrong pills. I’m wasting almost 45 min to find another Cvs that has the pills in stock. Ridiculous they should give me my $ 90. Pills for free,

This review is solely for the Pharmacy — I haven’t had any other interactions with the staff. My doctor called in a script for me. I went the following day for pick up & they said, ‘it will be ready in 10 – 15 minutes, we’ll call your name, there’s some seats right over there’. Ok. I thought it was weird that it was called in the day before & it still wasn’t done, but whatever. 10 minutes passed, then 20 minutes so I waited back in line & gave them my information again. She said, ‘looks like we don’t have it in stock, it won’t be here until tomorrow’, I questioned why they didn’t tell me that 25 minutes ago, I wouldn’t have been wasting my time, especially at 9 months pregnant. She said, ‘oh we normally page people, sorry about that’. Fine, irritating, but what am I gonna do? I show up the next day & called from the parking lot. Same line — ‘oh it is not filled yet, the pharmacist has to complete it, it will be 10 – 15 minutes’. This is Day 3 people — what is the deal?! Horrific service, terrible wait times, and complete disarray. I don’t have any faith in this pharmacy — it should not take 3 days from a doctor to call something in to the customer getting the product, simply ridiculous.

Simple request to update insurance information and check prescription price was handled dismissively insisting I wait until the next prescription. Only one person in line behind me and I would have waited for them to be served.

My mom asked a female employee if she spoke English, because my mom needed help. This rude Racist lady simple told my mom that she couldnt help her and took her name take off and didnt not help my mom at all. Seconds later she was friendly helping other people. I cant not stand people like that if she is rude to people she should never work in retail.

I was happy that they had my items I was looking for in stock, but the service was terrible. The cashier who checked me out was Alice, she the mostly rudeness, fake, and no personality cashier I even gotten at CVS. Her attitude towards me during check out was beyond dreadful. Can you please retrain your staff on customer services, by the way I think she was a supervisor because she wasn’t wearing a uniform shirt.

Improved over the last few years. Pharmacy staff tends to be more professional– customer service has upgraded. Satisfied overall, hopefully the management continues this way.

The Pharmacy sends out these text messages and states the RX is ready and an hour later it’s not! Then calling your name overhead and you wait in line 5 times and still not ready! Get it together people. Not organized.

Some of the pharmacist technicians here are rude. No Customer Service Skills whatsoever. Sucks my insurance is tied with the CVS pharmacy. I’m going back to my old insurance to avoid them. Walmart technicians have better people skills than them. Yeah, surprising?.. lol. I can’t wait for open season to avoid these fools.

The technician and the pharmacist working on 6÷25÷14 at 1:30 pm do not have customer service or do not go the extra mile to help with question or concerns!

Horrible service. The only shimmering light was a male attendant on the phone that actually got it right…
Anyways, I’m looking for Blowfish. A wonderful little hangover cure that you place in water and it gets rid of… you guessed it, a hangover. I looked on the Blowfish website and the locator says the one by my house has it. What a relief! I’m not hungover but that would save me a wonderful morning if I ever decide to go a little too hard.
I call CVS and the lady greets me and says no we don’t have it. Doesn’t exist. Not, it’s out of stock. Specifically we do not carry that product.
WOW I thought. Blowfish is f**king up…
I emailed Blowfish and the lady Brenna emailed back within like 3 minutes asking for the store I’m trying to get it at. She confirms that, yes, they do stock it there. She calls, tells me the price, how much they have left.
WTF…I call CVS back and ask. This time it’s a guy. And I ask for Blowfish. In the background I hear THE SAME LADY yell…“They just asked about it what the f**k.“
WELL RUDE PERSON… if you did your job well (which isn’t hard) I wouldn’t have to call the company DIRECTLY. Either you’re in a bad mood or you don’t know how to spell Blowfish. Two very common words just f**king strung together.
Get it together CVS.

Pharmacy service need improvement, but has been decent at times. The last time I went though, two pharmacists were chatting for 2 minutes as I was standing in line and didn’t take a second to look up and see I was there. After a subtle cough, one of the technicians stuck her head out an just asked how she could help.
However there is one technician who I adore because every time she helps me she has a smile on her face, she goes above and beyond if there is an issue, and she’s sweet and gives compliments to each customer she helps, which is unique for each customer! Can’t remember her name but she looks Philippina. She’s a sweeeeet heart!
Also, the reason for a 3 star is that I mainly use this cvs’s pharmacy and they need better service. I wish I could give them more because the cashier’s have always been helpful. If I’d forget to use my extra bucks they would have the manager come right over to fix it. I like this cvs, not sure why they get 2stars! They deserve more!

I came here with my friend because he had to buy something. The layout of this store was similar to other CVS locations I’ve been to which made it easier to find things. This store was clean and organized from walking around the store. There was plenty of parking as it shared other stores in this little outlet. When we went to pay, the cashier asked us if we had a CVS card so I gave my phone number instead. The stuff we bought didn’t have any savings, but I guess it was routine to ask that question. The place was okay and had what we were looking for.

I liked this location at the time that I went because there wasn’t much people in there. I came for the cheap 75% off of Christmas items which was AWESOME!!! I got so many items for $ 32! The service was also good and cashier was very friendly. They seem to have a lot of items stocked. Plus it’s easy to find parking in this complex.

I was here to get some medicine for allergy over the counter. I did not really know what to buy. A nice lady came and helped me find different medicines. I had the medicine and allergy is gone now. I am relieved now. Thanks
