I have been using DZ for business travel for years, which seemed ok, until I tried them for a personal trip, i.e. get me to the airport and back a few weeks later.
I won’t blame him for not getting my message to schedule pick up when I returned — BUT he lied to me that I hadn’t paid for the trip to SFO in the beginning, asked me to pay once more, and also full price for the return trip which I shared with a colleague (i.e. payed by the company already). Later it turned out that he had also charged the company for my personal trip — i.e. he tried to triple-​charged overall.
obviously I cannot recommend this service
