Deep Clean

Horrible experience. I called the night before and he quoted a good price for carpet cleaning. He also mentioned that he would bring along a product I could use to clean my own tile and grout. He showed up the next day and did not do the job! OMG. no vacuuming, no pre-​treating, and a very lame unprofessional job. When I called him on the stains and heavy traffic areas he said that pre-​treating is obsolete and that his job is good. he said that the carpet fibers are shorter in heavy traffic areas and show a bit of a shaded color. What a crock! I then had my daughter come take a look and she agreed. Then I had 2 other carpet cleaning companies come over and they agreed that is was a sub-​standard job. I called to give him an opportunity to remedy my dissatisfaction and he argued even more. OMG! A wasted $ 150. Do not use this company.

Small carpet and cleaning business, showed up basically on time, gave me a written estimate when I asked, did spot treatment, and took care of business. No complaints here. And the price was very reasonable.
Update…some spots they treated came back. Not a big deal, but a bit disappointing.
