Dimensions in Heatlh Center provide a client collaborative approach to preventive healthcare emphasizing self-​help, education and empowerment. We work with clients experiencing acute and chronic pain, and those with muscular and skeletal dysfunction and imbalances which often develop through repetitive and habitual movements, post surgical scar tissue, accidents and injury. In addition to our regular clients, we also work with sports professionals, weekend warriors, dance sport pros, golfers and cyclists.

History

Established in 1981.

Dimensions in Health Center was started by Robert Sanchez, NCMT who has had a lifelong interest in preventive health and wellness. Through the observation of how various indiginous cultures utilized natural approaches toward wellness, versus the Western drug-​oriented allopathic approach to health care, Robert committed himself to providing his clients with a drug-​free approach to healing and health care through body-​awareness and collaborative personal health care. This includes modalities such as chiropractic care, ayurvedic treatments, acupuncture and herbal therapies, to name a few.
