Dr. Warshal has been our family physician for over 20 years. I like the way he stays calm and matter of fact about any medical problems. He has really great connections when referring to specialists and I am very pleased with all the referrals he has given to us. His practice is really busy, but I appreciate the way he takes whatever time we need to answer all my questions.

Dr. Warshal is a pleasant, knowlegable doctor, and went the extra mile to have additional tests done on samples. However, seems like a typical doctor to me — I wasn’t too keen on never receiving a phone call from him or his nurse about the test results — I had to call twice before hearing back from someone. He also informed me that additional tests would be done for a different sample, however, when I finally got a hold of him regarding this, he stated he couldn’t remember the conversation. I was taken back considering we talked abou it TWICE — don’t physicians write notes in patient’s charts? I also had to call and ask for my blood results. I’m sure Dr. Warshal and his assistant are busy, but if you inform your patients you’ll contact them — do it!

I’ve been going to Dr. Warshall for close to two years now. I haven’t a clue on why an individual who doesn’t even know how to spell the doctor’s name would give him a low score. I’m very comfortable with Dr. Warshall. He is always careful to review my standing before he walks in to see me. He does not just spend 5 minutes with me. He spends the time that I need. We go over what needs to be discussed and I leave satisfied every time. He is generally concerned about my well being and health. I think this Dr. is a blessing.

Agree with previous. For my elderly dying father and mother, his bedside manner was and is awful. He is abrupt, coarse, uncaring. I’m not sure why he treated my dad that way. I am sorry he finds that acceptable.

Average wait time for Dr Warshal is about 20 – 30 minutes. When you finally get to see doctor Warshal– it would happen like this. Dr Warshal would walk in, shake your hand and spend less than 5 minutes discussing your illness. When you walk out, he will simply ignore you even as you pass by him in the hallway. When you know you need a referral to specialist because you know Warshal can not help, He will insist you made an appointment with him first. I complied several times and left his office felt that was simply a money making scheme. I finally refused once and asked his nurse what does Dr Warshal plan to do? Tap on my knees and tell me something I already know– that I need to see a knee doctor?! It wasn’t until I argued with them that I could get some phone numbers without going in, spending the 5-minute with Warshal gaining absolutely nothing. Despite all the framed credentials on the wall– I know I can find, and deserve much better level of care from ELSEWHERE.

Dr. Warshal has been my primary care doctor for 15 years. He always remembers me and my history. Dr. Warshal is down to earth, kind, genuine, and always has a calmness about him. He has referred me to good specialists throughout the years as well. I absolutely recommend him!
