Driskell Fumigation.

To atart… I am a Breaking Bad fan and these guys are not like the fumigation scenes on tv :-).
The biggest thing with tenting is to know that I (the home owner) am responsible for contacting utilities to turn back on. This is laid out on the front page in the middle so very easy to see.
Second. The process is fairly straightforward. However, when I had questions they were very quick and happy to answer.
I found the process of quoting very easy… a person comes out to measure and bases on the size is the basis for the quote. Sometime if there is a funky hill or some bushes (like I had) there is a little extra work.
I found the setup and teardown professional and my property was respected. They took extra care with the roof and I found no damage after I inspected.
Overall a good experience and I was happy with the result and the people who did my tenting.

After 4 years from the time the house was fumigated by this company I’ve got termites infestation once again! I have contacted several pest control companies to investigate and give me an estimate and all of them pointed out that that with this extend of infestation the most likely cause is bad fumigation. So not I have to re-​do full fumigation because infestation is too widespread and I have to deal with termite damage which will cost me quite a lot. Well done Driskell, $ 2200 wasted and caused me lot more to fix now.
I remember that a some months after the fumigation was done I have noticed new droppings and called the company to come back and re-​fumigate. They actually come back and looked at the issue and told that it’s just old dropping and nothing to worry about. Thank you very much for the false info and reneging on your warranty.
I highly advise to stay away from this company and choose more reliable fumigation and pest control company that actually know what it’s doing.

I received my two year warranty through Planet Orange for this fumigation however the Driskell brothers are the ones who came out and measured and fumigated our house, I have plants around my house and solar panels on my roof and these guys were very careful not to harm either. I didnt like having to move out but I REALLY didnt like termites chewing on my subarea and fascia!
Good work guys! Now I should be termite free for a long time :)

Driskell Fumigation got rid of the termites at my house 6 months ago. I waited to do this review to make sure the fumigation work was thorough. They did an awesome job, very courteous crew and were right on time. Will recommend to anyone who need to have their termites gone permanently.

Meeting scheduled to 3−5p„ made the arrangements to be ready by then, babysitter for the kids etc… no show, no phone call… when I called them they said they are running late and will be here within the hour… more update soon
so… 6:30pm, still not here, no phone, no message, tried to call them, but they called it a day, I guess it fine to leave a customer waiting…
Anyway, they probably not going to get my business, I am looking for alternative

I had my home inspected by another termite control company and they came out and applied their termite prevention solutions on my home but I still noticed dry wood termites one month later and discovered termite droppings in my attic that were never discovered. That termite company said they could come to my home again to do further treatment on the newly discovered infestations but I had thought about doing a whole house fumigation instead since it seemed like the spot treatment approach for dry wood termites was hit or miss. So I went to call several fumigation companies to get quotes.
When I called Driskell fumigation to ask for an estimate for fumigating my home, they first ask who did my termite inspection and I told them about the previous company that did the inspection and didn’t successfully eradicate the dry wood termites with their approach despite the fact that I had already spent over 1K for the treatment. Their response to me was that Driskell is partners with the other termite company that did the treatment for me and that Driskell does not bid against them. They went on to tell me that I would need to go through the first termite company that did the inspection in order to get service from Driskell to fumigate my house.
They are forcing me to go through a middle man instead of just directly dealing with me despite the fact that there is no conflict of interest since I had already paid the other termite company to do their job which wasn’t successful. As another reviewer had pointed out, this company is trying force you to go through one of their middle man termite companies so that they can profit off of you. A search on BBB shows that this company is not BBB accredited. Think twice about dealing with this company.

I have drywood termite in a house I just bought, the licensed inspection company wanted double what Driskell quoted me to tent and fumigate the house. I figured, why not just go direct to the source for service and cut out the middle man.
Driskell’s guys are pros, they came, they tented, they fumigate, they aerated, they left, almost without a trace, except for bug carcass littering every nook and cranny of the house. Outside too.
I have a bug free house now. I better fix the termite damage before new bugs come back. Very happy with their work, easy to deal with, arrive on time, finishes on time, very fair price.

Had my house fumigated by them 2 years ago. I now have both a subterranean and a drywood termites infestation (as certified by two different licensed inspectors). When I called to have the problem rectified under their 3-​year warranty (that I have in my hands), I was told that since the inspector that referred me to them (they acted as subcontractor I guess) went out of business they won’t honor the warranty. The owner also disparaged one of the inspectors’ company (a competitor of theirs), which I found really digusting.
I will never ever do business again with this company.
