Great customer service! Very kind and polite to customers. I live 25 minutes away from the bank, but I always come here instead of going to the East West Bank near my apartment.

Decent branch, very convenient with great customer service. Staff here are welcoming, friendly and professional. I just opened an account, and it’s nice doing business here. Definitely my spot!

I’m not one to give many 1 star reviews, but I have to agree with the other reviews that comment on the abhorrent lack of customer service with this branch. I suppose it wouldn’t be so bad if they tellers didn’t talk about me in Cantonese when I was still in their presence and wrapping things up. Just because I decided to converse in English without an accent doesn’t mean I don’t also speak their language and understand what they are saying.
The only positive thing going for this branch is the ease of parking since it has a private lot.
Definitely planning not to revisit this branch anytime soon.
