Their son name Khang Nguyen and daughter name Tuong Nguyen.
They are learning in Piedmont Hills High School (the son) and Ruskin Elementery School (the daughter, but not so sure) l. I confirm the phone number 408 841 1372 is correct. They are living in an apartment (of someone else) near McKee and Jackson. Go after the children and you can find them. I will keep update if I find out something more about them from my friend

Absolute worst experience ever! They installed Milgard doors and windows in my home and left town after I paid them in full. Now, Milgard is suing my family for unpaid materials! I know there are a ton of home owners that are going through the same situation. What is everyone doing about this? The manufacturer is aware that ECWD has skipped town but is still going after us… SMH.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS! We ordered windows from them and they delivered them. Now the manufacturer is after us because they did not pay the manufacturer. We went there and business is supposedly closed. If anyone has a way to contact them, please let us know by posting online.

The husband and wife owner of this store all liars, cheating every customer, close the business, stole customer money. Please send your complaints to attorney of general to arrest them.

Customer service was excellent when I was there. Only someone the people that work there know what they are talking about. For example explaining different features of each windows. Installation was great, they did an excellent job. Very professionally done.
