Edible Arrangements

Really good gift idea for «hard to buy for people». I ordered online and sent to my sister’s family for Christmas after getting a hint by my niece. Rather expensive but a very impressive gift that most people would not buy for themselves.

Wow, these things are amazingly cool, although they come at an amazingly high price.
WHAT’S COOL: In three words: «CHOCOLATE COVERED PINEAPPLES.» Almost everyone you present this to will be impressed by the elaborately designed bouquets that Edible Arrangements produces. The way that the different fruits are used to compliment each other through their shapes and colors is really awesome. Also, the fruit is really fresh. Whether they’re coated with chocolate or just left natural, they all taste great.
WHAT’S NOT SO COOL: The price tag of $ 50-​$ 100 that comes on these babies is seriously what is preventing me from ordering one of these in the future. With the amount of money you spend on one bouquet, you can alternatively buy a nice party cake or make a monster fruit salad enough to feed 3 – 4 times the number of people that an Edible Arrangement can feed.
KNOW THAT — you’re paying for the design and for the novelty, so if you’re into function over form, this is not for you. If you’re one for aesthetics and pretty things with a clever twist, then you’ll just eat this right up. (Pun intended.)

While I’ve yet to actually set foot in the store, I can assure you that the work they do is absolutely fantastic! Using the online website, I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day and it looked absolutely GORGEOUS, although not gorgeous that you didn’t want to inhale every piece of fruit! :o)
I am very happy with their service as well as their product, never hesitate going with these guys, they know what they’re doing.

My sister bought these for our mom this Mother’s Day. It’s definitely appealing aesthetically and it even came with a complimentary Mother’s Day balloon and teddy bear! The chocolate covered strawberries were amazing. I’d want a whole bouquet of just that. The fruits were fresh, the presentation was nice, but I took a star off because it’s a little pricey for some nicely cut fruit on a stick. In all fairness, Edible Arrangements is worth it because it’s a pleasant change from boring flowers that you can’t even consume.
All in all, great for special occasions, but be prepared to take some weight off your wallet.

I am trying to review the Los Gatos store in particular, but will start here. I couldn’t find a listing.
I couldn’t have been happier with my arrangement! It was worth every dolla! (Not penny, because that shiz was pricey)… but actually, I called the store and told her what I wanted based on what I had seen online. In trying to determine exactly how big the arrangements were, the consultant told me approximately how many melons/​strawberries/​grapes and pineapples there were in the arrangement. That helped me out tremendously! I told her I’d have to go with a party size (party size was the 3^rd largest out of four sizes available) and she let me know how much the price can differ depending on if you want chocolate, a Happy Birthday balloon, delivery, etc.
In the end, I ended up paying $ 40 less than what I expected based on the online prices! I was so stoked!
The delivery was late, but the service was still really really good. I wasn’t mad. Good job guys!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying a few Edible Arrangements… and it’s good! I especially love the chocolate dipped strawberries! Mmmm! The bouquets are so pretty too! Its great for all different kinds of occasions!

i got this for my boyfriend on our 1 year anniversary, & it was so cool! it is kinda pricey however, but hey… the fruit is fresh & is presented in such a unique way, it’s worth it!
i also got this for my parents 20^th anniversary… they loved it too!
and there is so many choices of what kinda of fruit you want on it, & you can even add additions like if you want certain fruits dipped in chocolate… just so many personalizations that you can do… so it’s awesome!

Okay about three years ago when I first saw an Ad for Edible Arrangements I thought it was like a Craigslist Casual Encounters ad in the Newspaper. Oh well!
So anyway, I started to see the vans and then a coworker got an arrangement (the non craigslist kind-​bummer for her). Then I got one of their promotions and for the past month I have had to run in and make a quick purchase from the on hand supply.
Granted the parking SUCKS!!! but for around $ 50 bucks you can WOW someone off their feet! Totally worth the effort. The delivery is a little late in the afternoon so, it sometimes saves to deliver yourself.

i give it a 3. i actually didnt order anything from here but did had their arrangement twice. first they were doing a promotion for the store so they gave my work a free basket and second time, my co worker got one on valentines day and we all ate it at work. the arrangements are so pretty! they do resemble pretty flowers. one bad thing is that when you dont eat it fresh and you have chocolate dipped strawberries in the arrangement, every piece of fruit will smell like bad chocolate. the fruits are always fresh and they arent always sweet but that is what they will have to do when they are providing fruits all year long. but this is the BEST alternative to flowers… flowers due but this… you can EAT!

Might be all right on a normal day, but they were terrible on Valentines day. My order was ready for pick up 4 hours late, and they were out of apples by then. The fruit quality was also pretty poor.

This shop is located in the Subway/​Blue Mango shopping center.
They have a delightful selection of ‘edible arrangements,’ that I generally purchase as a thank you gift, or when I visit family.
The ‘appreciation bouquet’ consists of chocolate dipped strawberries in a mug/​ceramic container for $ 32. It is perfect for teachers, friends, or anyone that you want to say thanks to.
There are also larger bouquets such as the ‘delicious celebration’ that has pineapple stars/​daisies, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe and honeydew for $ 45. I usually purchase these as hostess gifts, and they have never been a disappointment.
Although they are a bit on the pricey side, their arrangements are worth it for certain get togethers/​events.

OH MY GOD. This store is awesome. CREATIVE! Fruit bouquets?!
Since I don’t fancy flowers at all, I fell totally in love with the arrangements here. This store that I’m reviewing on Stevens Creek is relatively new (Near Nijiya, and Smart & Final). This store is open Monday — Saturday from 8am until 5pm.
They have stores all over the country including Canada, Puerto Rico, and the UK from what it seems. You can also order an arrangement for your long distance friend online and have it delivered! How’s that for convenient?! :)
The only thing I would have to complain about is the prices, and the business hours (wish it could be open after 5pm). With the prices. I suppose if someone gave you one of their arrangements as a gift you’d know it wasn’t something like a bouquet of half dying flowers from Safeway or something. They have arrangements from $ 32 and up, and they have boxed by the dozen– chocolate (white, dark, or mixed) covered strawberries, oranges, apples or mixed for $ 25-​$ 39.
Very awesome. I’ll be visiting my friend in Chicago, and since they have several stores there, I will have to order an arrangement for pick-​up there for her family when I come visit them. :)
