just want to share the joyous experience I had ordering flowers for my boss.
She had given birth and I was low on money but worked a great deal and the arraignment was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in many years.
I was actually planning on it being a small simple arraignment but when I seen it it was glamorous and looked very expensive thank you everything’s blooming you made me and my boss happy!!!

I been ordering flowers there’s since 2014. I get great quality and love their website it’s so simple to navigate and order. Plus great prices. I got to meet the staff. Super friendly and the have a wonderful puppy that brings a smile to your face. Highly recommend :)

Flowers order through FDE, it was delivered late was not on same date even though it was confirmed through email that it was sent out. Contacted FDE all they did was took off 6.99 for the same date delivery. The quality look like nothing shown on the web page, the whole point was to make it look like «hello kitty» but all it has was penned in by a 5 year old. FDE and this place is a committing fraud.

Surprise flower delivery for a birthday left at the door in the august sun for maybe 8 hours… the water temperature was completely hot, the flowers were all heads down…

I called customer to get a replacement, they did answer the next morning and accepted to it for that day or next. Fair enough, i was relieved.
This lasted until i received the replacement… half less roses!!!
You guys think us customers are what exactly???
I note that the flowers of the new one were happy and good looking. But i am coming in for a refund.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but my son’s mother-​in-​law ordered flowers from here for their granddaughters birth. She isn’t a Unilocal user. What a disappointment. She ordered lavender roses and got a lame white bear attached to flowers that were neither lavender nor roses. She called and eventually got a return call telling her that the disclaimer at the bottom of their web page says they can substitute flowers if the ones you order are not available. Really, you were out of roses? As many of the other posts note the quality of the flowers was poor also. I’m sorry she didn’t ask me who she was ordering from so I could look them up and tell her how bad the arrangement would be.

Three weeks before prom the bf and I wanted to find a florist to order a corsage and boutanniere for prom. I looked at the Unilocal reviews and they weren’t too good but taking a closer look, all the bad reviews are through a third party and Everything’s Blooming replied to most of the bad reviews addressing in the problem. So I decided to still go to this place since the bf left it up to me.
Finding the place. Honestly the location isnt too good. I see why just about every review is about orders through a third party. The place is just past The Plant and in a building behind another building. Getting there in a large truck is not recommended. I began having doubts about this florist but we were already there and the bf would not be happy if I changed my mind.
Going into the door that says Everything’s Blooming and a lady at the front says we can’t go through there and has the go around. Confused we walk back out and go ask the people in the «storage/​garage» that was right next to the door. They were much more helpful and let us in through that door.
Once inside I felt much better. The smell of flowers were in the air and it definitely looked and felt right. A florist/​arranger, I assume, quickly helped us and place our order, asking what we wanted and he did this happily though I had no distinct thing that I had in mind.
The corsage was $ 25 and the boutanniere was $ 15. Sounded a little pricy to me but then again I’m chinese so everything sounds pricy to me. Also there was tax so it all cost a little over $ 40.
The bf went to pick up the order the day before prom and I wasn’t there since I had class while he had an open period. He got the things quickly with no problem as far as what he told me. The arrangement was perfect, it matched my dress and it matched what I felt like I wanted. I’m happy about what we got and the bf wasn’t complaining either.
Overall, despite the bad Unilocal reviews I recommend this place for flower arrangements if you dont mind the price being a little pricy but hey looks like just two people running the business and a business is a business. Just trying to make money in the silicon valley one of the most expensive places to live. I dont know about making an order through a third party since I can’t speak for that. Go to the place. See what you want. If anything bring a picture to the person if you see something you like online. Oh and the corsage didn’t fit me since I have a small wrist but I didn’t tell them so this was my bad. My prom (Andrew Hill) was last night and the dance wasn’t the best I’ve been to, JROTC military ball (Andrew Hill) is much better (shameless advertising), but I’m happy with the corsage and the boutanniere. Thank you Everything’s Blooming.

Update on failed delivery… so I called and they apologized offered an upgrade to the $ 70 arrangement and were very pleasant about it. I happily agreed. This is what my friend got… something I could have gotten from the grocery store! I pulled up pictures from their website of advertised $ 50 price point bouquets… what a disappointment and very false advertising. Let’s see how they handle this… will keep you posted.
Update number 2… so I emailed the manager and sent him a picture of the arrangement… they offered to remake the bouquet and refund me 10%…here is the new arrangement…

I ordered flowers from FTD to send to my daughter for Valentine’s Day. She got them when promised, but the flowers were not worth what I paid for them! I’ve complained to FTD’s customer service department, but I wanted to check out Unilocal’s reviews of the florist myself. I can’t believe all of the bad reviews and pictures. FTD needs to discontinue using this florist shop! My daughter’s flowers look like they came from the grocery store! Terrible!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I had to in order to post my review!!!

I have to say reading all these reviews I was a little scared to send over an order from this florist but speaking to a lady on the phone made me feel a lot better, i am from a florist in fresno & i had a very important customer to us that needed 5 funeral sprays in san jose & I got nothing but good things regarding the wonderful job this florist did for them. They were more than happy with what they received & let us know to thank you guys for doing such an amazing job. Although i did not get to see pictures, my customer is extremely picky & i would have not heard the end of it if there was anything wrong but like i said i heard nothing but good things from the entire family. Made the service very beautiful & i would recommend this florist, aside from them doing an amazing job with the flowers, their customer service was the best! The girl on the phone was extremely patient with me with all the little details i was trying to get through. Thank you on behalf of our flower shop & our customer!!!

My friend sent me flowers and omg the flowers look dead and there broken I was shocked when I saw them!
order from Patrick’s Doyle flower shop in redwood city I’ve gotten flowers from there before and they have the best quality around!

To give you an example of how much they care, flowers sent to our apartment were delivered to same apartment number in building next door and stood outside for a day before friend checked if we got them and I went next door to retrieve them myself.
Flowers are pretty smelly now now. I am guessing they ordered through a middleman, I doubt they would have ordered from a place with this poor of a Unilocal rating themselves.

I ordered flowers through 1−800-Flowers to be delivered to my wife on 8÷18÷14.
Flowers were old and started to smell awful the very next day and after two days we had to throw them away. They also messed up the note I wanted to be printed on the card, which was another embarrassment.
I called 1−800-Flowers and complained about the order, but all I received was an apology email from Cathleen, who is FTD’s customer service representative.
I will never order flowers through FTD again.

I am beyond disappointed in this florist. I ordered my sister a flower arrangement using
who then contracted Everything’s Blooming to make the arrangement. The flowers were delivered to a totally different office than the one that I gave them and they just left it at the front desk without even asking if that person was there. Since we work in a university, the person from that department was able to locate my sister, who then had to bike 2 miles to get her own flowers on her birthday. I wish that was the only thing that went wrong with this but it gets better. Everything’s Blooming delivered a similar arrangement and when I say similar the only thing it had in common was the color of the flowers. The vase was different and the flowers were different than the ones I saw online. Here’s the best part, Everything’s Blooming didn’t make the arrangements themselves, at the bottom of the vase they forgot to take off the HOME DEPOT sticker off. These peeps go to Home Depot and buy the arrangements that we pay tons of money for. I paid close to $ 40.00 and the sticker on the bottom of the vase said 4″ living style calla lily $ 9.98. This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! and a complete rip off! I won’t be using
and I would definitely recommend that you all stay as far away from Everything’s Blooming as you can just run down to Home Depot and get you a lovely arrangement for fraction of the price. I’m beyond ticked off! awful experience! BEWARE!

Made an order for flowers delivery online. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on ²⁄₂₀. Got confirmation email as well but the flowers were never delivered. Before I ordered I called them up to ask if I can order through their website and they told yes. Anniversary flowers are meant to be sent on that particular day and this business has ruined the surprise.
EDITED on ²⁄₂₁: Got a call early today morning from Miranda and Mike. They were professional and patient. They had a system glitch which caused the issue. Happy with their response. Was extremely angry when it happened at first but now I know that it was not their fault. Wishing this business good luck.

Where do I begin… First they sent the wrong order, flowers are very poor quality, wilted and half dead… Way over priced… Will never order from this place again

Ordered a floral arrangement for delivery via Flower Delivery Express —
and Everything’s Blooming apparently is the local florist who would recreate the arrangement and deliver.
Product description is as follows «Beautiful blooms such as blue hydrangea, crème roses, white lilies and alstroemeria along with yellow and white chrysanthemums, eucalyptus, limonium and more are beautifully arranged in a dazzling cobalt blue vase.»
What I received was NOT anything like the advertised product nor were all the flowers listed in the product description in my arrangement (please see side-​by-​side photo). There were NO blue hydrangeas (which was one of the primary reasons for my purchase), NO alstromeria, NO yellow chrysanthemums, NO white chrysanthemums, NO eucalyptus, NO limonium. Instead there were cheaply dyped cheap baby’s breath and fern fillers and irises that makes the arrangement look HORRIBLE (irises stick out and did not make the arrangement look rounded as advertised).
Called Flower Delivery Express to notify them of the issue, as well as emailed them a photo of what I received. Flower Delivery Express said that the business (Everything’s Blooming) will need to pick up my first arrangement and deliver a new one… this has yet to be done (it’s been 3 days already AND the first delivery flowers are already looking a bit sad… I’ve had many arrangements from other florists and arrangements that I have made myself, that would last at least 1 week, looking beautiful). Anyway… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it were a Teleflora vendor, I would have been delivered a new arrangement by a different Teleflora vendor already (without having to pick up the first arrangement).
Nevertheless, Everything’s Blooming should do right by the customer and correct the issue. Then again, in the first place, they should deliver what’s been ordered per product description. I’ve read some of the other reviews and apparently Everything’s Blooming NEVER follows directions… they just create cheap arrangements thinking the recipient won’t know any better of what was originally ordered. Such cheaters!
NEVER buy from Flower Delivery Express NOR from Everything’s Blooming.

Eveything’s Blooming did the flowers for my uncle’s funeral. They did a beautiful job on very short notice. Miguel and his staff went out of their way to make everything easy for the family, all our flowers were ordered from his shop. Please see the beautiful pictures that I’ve posted.
Thank you Miguel to you and your staff for the beautiful memorial you helped create for our father, brother, uncle — he was very special and you helped make his farewell service lovely.

I’ve received numerous bouquets (about 4) from Everything’s Blooming over the past year ranging from holiday-​specific, such as a Thanksgiving arrangement and a birthday arrangement, and some just because bouquets. I’ve been pleased with each and every one.
The flowers are always fresh and plentiful. The vases are nice, too. I especially like the square-​shaped ones.
I highly recommend Everything’s Blooming to meet all of your floral needs.

The worst birthday balloon bouquet ever. When delivered the baloons were sagging to the
floor. The ribbons looked like they were recycled from somewhere else, knotted
together to get length. And, they were attached to this really bad weight by just
wrapping the ribbons around and around, hence, the ballons fell off the weight.
Awful, just awful. Don;t send junk like this if you don’t want to be in business.

Just like a previous reviewer, my husband also wanted to surprise me with flowers. He also ordered through teleflora and this florist must have been assigned to delivering them to me. I sent him a photo of the flowers on my phone when they arrived and he was so disappointed.
I thought the flowers nice, but apparently when he told me what I was supposed to get, I can see why he was disappointed. The note in the card said «these reminded me of the flowers you made for your bouquet at our wedding, I couldn’t say no.» They were kind of similar I had guessed to my wedding flowers, but not really. Then he sent me a picture of what the flowers he thought he had ordered looked like. Now the card made sense! The picture had red roses, purple wax flowers, and these long strands of grass shaped into a heart for Valentines Day. This bouquet in front of me had red roses, one sprig of white wax flowers, a bunch of other white filler flower, and no grass heart!
What’s worse is he paid extra to get the «deluxe» version!
All of that aside, as a florist, sadly they substituted flowers because they probably weren’t in their stock, and did not even try to match colors. The arrangement looked amateur as well (i.e. unsymmetrical, flowers not placed well). Flowers were moderately fresh at best. (to be fair, this is something many florists are guilty of!) I hate leaving bad Unilocal reviews, but don’t use this place or teleflora!
