First Impression Transportation

I used First Impression Transportation to get a Pink Hummer Limousine for a surprise birthday party. The service and rates for the Limo were great ! The driver showed up early to take pictures as I requested and everyone was really impressed by the Limousine. Inside the limo there were plenty of glass cups & Champagne glasses for everyone to use. They also provided some bottled water, and soda’s. The limo had a lot of lights and flashy Hollywood decorations in the interior. We took the Limousine to San Francisco to go site seeing and hit up a few bars. The driver was great and took us to every location we wanted to go. We had to make a few stops throughout the night and he was very flexible and helpful. I’d recommend using First Impression Transportation and I will be using it again for future parties.

We used First Impression for my niece’s quinceanera. I’m very impressed with the service. They were easy to get in contact with. Even our driver, Roberto, called me the day before our event to make sure all the location addresses he had were correct. He arrived early to the first location and went as far as helping myself and some of my other family members set up the venue (we were running behind) by simply opening the door for everyone while we kept going in and out which I appreciate because he could’ve easily just stayed in the limo and waited there instead.
The limo itself was great. My niece and my son loved it! I would definitely use them again for future events.

This is the 10^th or 11^th limo I’ve rented in the past couple years and, this is the first company I’ve reviewed. These guys are awesome — they worked hard on a short notice request and made it happen. The H2 I rented was pristine and the driver was totally chill.
Overall reason I gave them a high a 5-​star is because, they took my immediate need to heart and made it happen — that’s good customer service! I’ll be back!

Oh Goodness, where do I begin? How about with Sabra? UHMAYZING. If you want to know what good customer service is like… This is your girl. I had tasked my dad to get us a limo for our wedding 3 days before the actual wedding so he went and started calling around and told me to give First Impressions a call. At first, it was mainly because it was the most reasonably priced and I called Sabra later that afternoon. Not only did Sabra work with me on even better pricing but better flexibility on splitting up our allotted time for a ride to the wedding and then back. WHAT? None of the other places seemed to have the ability to offer this. AND… she upgraded us to the Hummer. Elmo and Mark, our drivers were so extremely friendly, patient and just amazing. The cars were clean and a nice chilled bottle of champagne was ready for us. So if you are looking for great service… THIS IS THE PLACE FOLKS!!! Thank you to the entire crew at First Impressions. You made my wedding that much better.

I always see the company’s vehicles parked outside on Stockton Avenue as I pass by to work every day thinking to myself one of these days I’m going to rent one of these limos. The perfect opportunity came to take my wife out on the town. Friday evening I decided to set her up for a surprise for her birthday and called first impressions. From the second they picked up the phone nothing but professionalism. I was completely blown away it was far cheaper to have a limo rented then I thought, The driver was courteous an on-​time, asked him to be there around 730 and he was THERE! Parked on the corner ready to go. Special bonus for me too, It was nice to be treated like such royalty and driven around for once.
I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends first impressions transportation was wonderful and treated us with the upmost respect. Thank you for helping me make my wife’s birthday that much more special, your staff did a tremendous job, your vehicle driver was respectful but not to involved and gave us our space and not a 3^rd wheel. The Escalade was flawlessly clean and even smelled good, nothing but happiness from us

Boy, was I disappointed about the execution and service from this company on the day of my sisters wedding. We asked for the Cadillac Escalade 20 seater which we got (sort of) but there were many challenges through out the day.
— First, the limo that was promised was not delivered. Instead, we got a 20 seater Escalade with beige colored, worned-​out interior. I was told of getting a new 2014 model with black interior.
— Second, the limo was late. It was only 3 minutes but I expressed the urgency ahead of time that it needed to be on the dot or earlier. The bride almost had to use alternative transportation to her next destination. Asian weddings are very critical in time since there are three different events through out the day.
— Third, the driver did not accept credit cards even though I was told ahead of time that it would. I had to run to the bank and withdraw cash!
— Fourth, the driver at first refused to take my sister and her husband’s two dogs on-​board even though I was told it was OK. They were furious and finally the driver accepted.
— Fifth, the driver was running over curves like there was no tomorrow. It was a long stretch limo so I can understand.
On the positive note, the driver did follow the agenda and took the bridal party to all there destinations. Unfortunately, I will not be using their service for any future events.

I used First Impressions for a wine tasting afternoon with my friends. The driver was courteous, professional and drove safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

I hired First Impression for my wedding on September 20^th and was absolutely amazed. The driver was courteous, respectful, and most importantly punctual. He actually arrived much earlier than expected! For you married folks, you know exactly how important this is. This made my wedding day begin with zero stress and as a result the rest of the day was on-​time and went as planned.
I shopped around a bunch and actually went in-​person to see all of the limos that I was interested in. I chose First Impression because the vehicles were all well maintained from the paint, to the glass, and most importantly the interior. I assumed that if the company maintained their vehicles with a such a high standard, then their service must be right up there as well. I was absolutely right. I give them a big A+ and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for weddings and all occasions!

First impression was great! I used them this weekend for my cousin’s 30^th bday. They were really affordable and limo was clean and early couldnt ask for more! Will definitely use them in the future, thanks!

I used First Impression Transportation for a Friday night out with some friends and they gave us excellent service! The white limo was huge and was extremely nice on the inside. The driver, Elmo, was very professional and treated us like royalty the whole night, we felt like millionaires all night riding around in a luxury hummer stretch. I’m definitely going to keep their number saved cause I’ll never use another limo service again! Thanks First Impression Transportation for such good service and for making it an awesome night out!

First Impression is a great limo company. I used them for transportation to the airport at 7am in the morning. The driver showed up 20 minute early and was super professional. The limo was great as I needed 12 passengers (my family) to go to the airport with 2 children seats.
I totally recommend them as the rates are great and the service is exceptional.

We took the 10 person C300 on a trip to Napa for a wine tasting tour. I was extremely happy with the service and the quality of the vehicle. These guys are friendly as easy to book. I’d definitely use them again. Driver was knowledgeable and we felt safe at all times.

I used First Impression Transpotation Corp for an event few weeks ago and we got the 20 Passenger Hummer. That Limo was very nice and clean. The driver was very nice and got us to and from San Francisco safely. I would use them again in the future
