Francis Acoustic Ceilings

I hired Mark Francis to remove the popcorn ceiling in my fathers house. The popcorn ceiling texture covered the ceilings all through out the home and needed to be resurfaced asap. Mark was extremely knowledgeable in his trade and reasonably priced too. Plus he completed the job on time as proposed. Him and his team retextured and resurfaced with knock down texture and made it look easy too. He was professional and went above and beyond what was required. My father and I are extremely happy with his work. I would recommend hiring this company to anyone needing ceiling acoustic resurfaced. We are also proposing future handy man type work with this company as well.

The Francis Brothers did a splendid job with taking out the acoustic «popcorn» ceiling in 3 days from setting up to completion. We have a high ceiling living room which is very hard to accomplish just by mere high ladder setup, every ceiling in our 1400 sqm house. 2 man crew in 3 days? Can’t beat it! Good job guys! They even painted the high wall since we do not have the gears for it. Nice people!

We just had our popcorn ceilings removed and retextured, along with some additional taping of new drywall. They were extremely thorough with their work, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. Our ceilings turned out beautiful, and we’re very happy with the results.

We could not be happier with the work Ralph and is sons have done for us. This is the second time we have used Francis Acoustic Ceilings. Ralph took down our old popcorn ceilings a while ago and this time we had him come back to repair extensive damage to the walls and texture the whole house. The crew paid attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, showed up in a timely manner and were very good about listening to what we wanted specifically. I even asked Ralph if he could install a new door to our office and he came back to do that too. Our request was to make every wall in the house ready for painting and he did just that, at a very reasonable price. The repairs he made were top notch. I don’t have a singe negative thing to say.

What a great job! We are very happy with the work they did in our home. We had Ralph and his two sons remove our old, dated «popcorn» ceiling and replace it with a clean, textured ceiling. They also installed beautiful crown molding to our new ceiling in the living and dining room. They said what they were going to do, did what they said, respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. Ralph told me they would show up at 9:00am and were at my door at 9:05am. Wow! Usually 9am means 10:45am in «contractor speak». I would highly recommend Ralph for any job. Did a great job quickly and at a very reasonable price… thank you!
