I had the best experience at Genesis Tuxedo, the staff is very helping and understanding. We had some last minute alterations to be done, they were very patient and ready to help us. They stayed over for us and made it sure that we make to the event. We are very satisfied with their customer service and will highly recommend it to others.

Very bad service. Every lady that works their doesn’t know what they’re offering to their clients. I had my chambelanes tuxedos changed over 3 times. Very disappointed and its to late to get my money back since my event is this Saturday. Ughhhh I’m so mad
