His team will treat you kindly. They will treat your needs with kindness and understanding and help take your fears away.
I have a complicated mouth, upper mouth and dentures that a previous dentist messed up and left me hanging with dentures that don’t fit right. They are way too big and can’t shut my mouth properly.
Dr. Mancusa is adjusting them to fit correctly. Working on alignment. Teeth that should of been fix that were not. Doing all the stuff that should of been done first if I would of had a proper dentist like Dr. Mancusa to begin with.
Start here, you won’t be sorry, trust me. I should of gone here first. Would of saved allot of money, headaches, time and upset.

Dr. Bitter ‘s office members are professional. Anna the manager makes sure she reviews your insurance information and gives you detailed information of what services are covered under insurance.
Cassie, the hygienist is sweet and very helpful. She cleaned my teeth and taught me how to maintain good hygiene.
Dr. Jennifer was also very good in explaining my dental procedure requirements. They are all very professional and a caring group of individuals. I would highly recommend them to new patients!

This is, without a doubt, the most Professional, talented, technologically advanced, and Skilled Dental practice you could hope to find. I’ve been a patient for 13 years, and completely understand why people come from Elk Grove, LA, and other long distances to get their dental care from Dr. J. and Dr. Jen. The Staff, Narda, Jessica, Tom, Sue, and the blonde lady at the desk (I apologize, I forgot your name!) and most recently Cassie, the Dental Hygienist — are an amazing Team! The courtesy and respect with which they treat each other extends to their patients, and then some. Their commitment to their own continuing education, patient comfort and education about proper home care is evident, and has made a big difference in how my checkups have gone. The preventive care and maintenance they have recommended (Oracare/​Prevident) have saved me both time and money. As with any healthcare, a $ 1 of prevention is worth $ 30 of cure. Dr. J. did my veneers about 11 years ago — and they are still beautiful, undetectable, and in no need of replacement. Dr. J and Shari, the Ceramicist, are Artists. I used to DREAD going to the Dentist — really, who doesn’t? But these days — their advanced knowledge, and technique have made it possible for me to not experience any pain. The Doctors are AMAZING, as are the support staff — Professional, warm, caring, efficient — and the best Dental care on the planet! I’ve written one other review a few years ago, but for whatever reason, it didn’t show up on Unilocal.I hope this one does — these people deserve 10 Stars!!!

I have a severe phobia of any dentists resulting from traumatic experiences with a dentist as a small child and have avoided going to the dentist most of my life. I broke a front tooth which needed an implant but I also needed a lot more done… quite a bit more unfortunately. Dr. Mancuso and his team did EVERYTHING and I do mean everything to put me at ease. They did the work in one visit! (At my own dentist office! Yes he and his team came to me!) I can’t believe it but they did. I had so much work done without one bruise and very little to almost no pain! I admit I am still quite afraid of going to the dentist but I would wholly recommend Dr. Mancuso and his excellent team. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. I’m recovering from the surgery very well and expect a new set of teeth by next year! Thank you very much Dr. Mancuso and to everyone on your team!

I previously wrote a review for Dr. Bittner in 2 009 my reason for writing a new review I am always amazed at how the quality of Dr. Bittner office continues to get better. If you want a caring, superior care dentist, a staff who will make you feel like the most important patient in the world Dr. Bittner is that dentist. Quality & Service are prime values to me. In the world of restaurants, hotels, spas, Dr. Bittner’s office stands out — an A++ in service. Dr. Jennifer is motherly & very friendly. Dr. Bittner is by her side, consulting me throughout. I feel like I’m getting 2 pairs of eyes on my case. Cassie is my hygienist who remembers personal details (not in my records) about me, equally as friendly as Dr. Jennifer. Best of all, the facility is spa-​like. Crazy clean… bonus is I get my paraffin wax during my cleaning. These people make me feel like a Queen. I rarely get to experience service like this. This team has me look Forward to my dentist appts.

From the very moment I called to the time I walked out of the office the staff was extremely welcoming & compassionate about my situation. I had some swelling in my face & I get super anxious about being in the dental chair. The receptionists kept me company & held conversations with me the entire wait. The assistants thoroughly walked me through the entire process. Dr Mancuso came & gave me a genuine greeting & took the time to listen to my situation. Although specialist offices can get pricey, I never once felt like a chunk of change. I felt like they were really concerned & wanted to help relieve me from my pain. Me being the huge baby that I am needed to use Nitrose (which I highly recommend to anyone haha). Everything else was easy. I will definitely be referring people to this office!

Without question, this place is awesome! I would recommend Dr. Bittner’s office to anyone looking for a Dentist in the Bay Area. I have lived all over the US and have been to many different offices. I can say with 100% certinity that this place is the best. The office is super nice and relaxing (free Wifi), the staff is amazing and the level of care is unmatched.
Typically when I go to the Dentist I look forward to watching TV to make the time go by faster. Not the case if you are lucky enough to get Cassie, she’s great. My last two visits we ended up talking the entire time. She does a great job making you feel calm; you can tell she really loves her job and taking care of people.

I actually look forward to my appointments at Bittner Dental Group, and my mouth has required a lot of treatments. Every professional there goes out of his or her way to make pleasant whatever we’re going through. I honestly have less anxiety going to the dentists than going to get my hair done. I’ve had veneers, crowns, implant, (Dr. Mancuso is as awesome and amazing as other reviewers have detailed), root canal (they saved a tooth that most dentists would have given up on), laser, fillings, and regular dentistry and hygienist visits. Cassie is the most thorough, patient, expert hygienist I have ever experienced. As a nit picky over thinker over analyzer who questions and researches everything attorney and tends to set high expectations, every professional who treated me is a perfectionist with extraordinary attention to detail who exceeded all of my expectations. Their high level of skill and state of the art dental technology assures and comforts me that I am receiving the best dental care available. It’s not just lip service (oops! no pun intended!) when they claim to treat and care for their patients like their own family — they really do! Thank you Dr. Bittner, Dr. Blair, Dr. Jen, Dr. Mancuso, Paula, Sue, Shoreh, Cassie, Tom, Cathy, Anna, Narda, Alyssa, Huesta, and my apologies to others I’m inadvertently omitting. I had the pleasure of having an examination and teeth cleaning at Dr. Bittners just over a month ago. My hygienist Cassie did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and educating me as to the importance of flossing which I have overlooked for years. As a new patient both she and Dr. Bittner were very thorough in detailing a variety potential treatment plans to correct my bite.
I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a anxiety free exam or treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. In addition to that, you can even get your shoes shined in their clean and extravagant bathroom. Just ask «Tom» and I’m sure he will direct you.

Wow, wow, wow! I have been coming to this office for over a year.
The staff here always goes the extra mile. They offer hot paraffin hand wax, a blanket, pillows or a towel for the neck and they even have massage chairs. They are very considerate of your time and will never keep you waiting long.
Erika is my hygienist and she always does a great job cleaning my teeth as well as educating me on areas I need to work on improving. She reviews what I could do to have better results at my next visit and be healthier overall. Dr. Jennifer took care of 2 cavities for me and was able to use the laser, so I didn’t have to get numb and there was no drilling involved, I was very comfortable. This was my first time having the laser used, AMAZING. The drill is can be uncomfortable (to me) and The laser was painless and so easy. Dr. Jennifer explained what she was doing each step of the way and made me very relaxed and she was also quick, I think it was 30 minutes max. Currently I am doing INVISALIGN and I love love love the changes I’ve seen and feel in my bite. 5 stars for Bittner beautiful smiles. Thank you guys for everything!

I want to thank you for everything you’ve done and are doing for me, I am very impressed and pleased with your office. You and your staff are the absolute best. The way Dr. Mancuso explains everything has really put my mind at ease, and I could not be happier with his services and skill. He has excellent communication skills. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with me, and answered all of my questions. His expertise is obvious and he has a gentle touch, which I greatly appreciate.
Sue at the front desk and Krystal, the nurse, are very welcoming and provide the office with relaxed feel while being very professional and efficient. The office itself is amazing! The rooms are clean as well as state of the art, and don’t have that «hospital room» feel or smell. It’s clean and has a very welcoming aura. It’s seriously the nicest Dr. s office I’ve even been in, without a doubt. There is even a CT scan in the office which is more than convenient.
It’s great to know that I have you and your staff in my corner; you have a patient for life. I will recommend your office to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much, I can’t say enough good things!

I was a patient of Dr. Mancuso. He and his assistant were amazing.
He removed my 4 wisdom teeth, the procedure was painless, he recommended to go with iv sedation, but I preferred local anesthesia, despite his recommendation, I was nervous, but he made sure I was calm and understood what he was doing to do. During the procedure he talk to me and explain that I was going to feel pressure and vibration and that is all I felt… I am very happy! I recommend Dr. Mancuso, with my eyes closed.

It’s another great day at Dr Bittners!!! Up beat and very attentive staff and wonderful Dr. s! Just had my app. With Dr Mancuso, going for implants to help me smile better and eat better! Can’t wait to see my new teeth when everything is in place and finished up!

Stay away from this facility. All they are interested is in how to make money out of you. They overcharge for the procedures. And everytime I came in for my cleaning, they tried to sign me up for another big treatment. It was wisdom tooth last year and since my last cleaning appointment they switched to deep cleaning. They seemed to have conveniently forgot about the wisdom tooth which tells me they are not interested in your well being. For the record I’ve had my wisdom tooth for 34 years now with no issues. And everytime I said I need time or need to think about it, they made me sign a waiver, which was very intimidating. Also their office will try to upsell you on a mouthwash product called ORACARE. Don’t fall for it! If Oracare is the only way to keep the bacteria in check, I wonder how the rest of the world manages! Oh, once their front desk admin tells me that I’ll end up in ER if I dont get my deep cleaning done. Yup, a front desk admin, who has no qualification to make such a comment whatsoever.
I was really really disappointed with how my recent visit turned out. I had specifically told them earlier not to proceed with any procedures that are not covered by my dental insurance (since they are out of network and only basic dental cleaning, x-​rays are covered). I had a gum infection and I came in for a diagnosis. The gum right in between my two front teeth was swollen. The doctor said they need to use laser to cut out some of the tissue and remove the pus. Guess how much they quoted for the procedure — $ 1341. They said the gum area overlaps the 2 front teeth so they had to charge twice (2X$ 550) for incision & drainage of abscess. Ridiculous! I’m not at all kidding! And I was specifically told that I would have to pay only approx $ 423 and that my insurance would take care of the rest. Well guess what happened, my insurance covered only $ 211. Oh I forgot to mention, they made me buy that ORACARE product as well. Yes, I fell for it, hoping I’ll get rid of the infection faster. I certainly would not have agreed to the procedure and would have gone with an in-​network provider had I know I’d have to pay close to $ 1100. The quote was presented to me while I was still under the lights and seated on the recliner at the facility. Thats one way to put pressure on you!
After all this, I still haven’t recovered 100% and I’m going to be searching for another dentist who is reasonable and genuinely interested in my well-​being.

Dr. Bittner Jr is the most Fabulous dentist ever and I will never let any other dentist even look in my mouth! My veneers that Dr Bittner Jr placed are Amazing to say the least! I get compliments daily on my beautiful smile. My veneers look so natural that no one even realizes that the are not my natural teeth. Dr. Bittner Jr is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his dentistry. I feel confident that all of my restorations are perfect! Thanks Dr. J!

I have been a patient for about one year now and I think this dental office is amazing! It is full of new technology, including lasers and hand held X-​ray units. The staff is very friendly and they always go out of their way to be accommodating and provide the best care possible.
My favorite part is the fact that I don’t have to get numb for fillings (I hate getting shots)!

First of all, Dr. Bittner’s office is a wonderful environment. All the staff is incredibly warm and friendly and the office is beautiful.
I went in to see Dr. Mancuso to have my wisdom teeth surgically extracted. Three of my wisdom teeth were growing in in the wrong direction causing lots of issues and soreness which I had been experiencing on and off for the last 5 years. I had never had a surgery, in fact I hadn’t had a tooth even pulled since I was about 7 years old so I was pretty nervous. But Dr. Mancuso and his staff were SO wonderful and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Bittner even came in the room where I had the procedure done after I had woken up to see how I was feeling.
I cannot thank Dr. Mancuso enough. I would highly recommend Dr. Bittner’s office to anyone who needs any dental help.
