Global Air Connection

I don’t really know how this place can be in a business world, people work their unprofessional, bad attitude, disrespectful customers, dishonest… watch out people!!!
I gave them chances because we are Asian, we should support each other but every time I came to them, all I get was uncomfortable, delay, and then I had to came back and forth to solve the problems, waste my time, my problems not fixed the the they’re supposed!

Be warned! This place sold stolen iphones. My sister bought an iphone 6 from this place, later found out it got icloud locked. She brought it back and the guy said if she need anything, talk to the lawyer in the court, then refused to take the phone back or give refund. What kind of bussiness is this? Don’t buy any phone over here, you might end up losing your money.

This place is owned by the same people at the Global Air located in Grand Century Mall.
Since my last review on this place, they have stolen my personal information to create 3 phone lines one on occasion and 2 other lines on another occasion by another name and address. We have since filed police reports and have taken legal action against these frauds. Be warned and do not trust these people.

Everyone who wrote about this place is right. All of the employees act like they know everything about phones; however, don’t let them fool you into stealing all of your money. I have more than one example of how lazy and incompetent these people are. They are not to be trusted and will scam you of your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If you think you are getting a good or cheaper deal by going to an Asian place because they can speak Vietnamese or are of the same culture, you are wrong. I guarantee you that they will take advantage of you.
When you come in wanting to set up an account with them, they welcome you with open arms and tell you that they have a ton of deals that they can hook you up with. However, when you come back telling them that you want to cut your account, they will do everything in their power to charge you as much as they can for the «cancellation fees.»
We had to deal with the manager, Louie, who is a short, bald asian man with the looks and attitude of a wannabe gangster FOB. I can not express how frustrated my family has been dealing with this store and their lies. They always say that they have the phone that you want in stock; however, when you come to pick it up, they will tell you that they do not have it and that you will have to wait about a week to come get it. They have also given us the WRONG phones. My mom specifically told them that we wanted BRAND NEW iPhone 4S, not the iPhone 4. He nonchalantly came out with a USED iPhone 4 and when my mom called him out on it, he asked, «Oh, you NEED the 16G?» My mom was furious at this point.
When Louie was ordering my phone, he told me that he did not know what type of SIM card it took. I told him that he should know, or had to find out because he was the one dealing with our phones. It was after I had said this to him that he decided to go to his computer to search it up. This doesn’t just show how uninformed he is, but shows how LAZY these people are when their customers have to DEMAND the employees to service them.
In another situation, I was going out of town and needed a phone while my new phone was still being ordered. Louie loaned me a temporary phone, but gave me the WRONG CHARGER. I came back to the place telling him that he gave me the wrong charger, and he replied with «Oh, well it fit in the phone so I thought it would work.» I told him that he shouldn’t ASSUME anything, but that he should KNOW what he’s doing, especially since HE is the one who works there. He then had to look for the correct charger and said to me, «Here, you should use an LG charger since it’s an LG phone.» I could have thrown my shoe at his face if I could at this point. A 10 year old could have figured that an LG charger goes with an LG phone. I don’t understand how this guy could have possibly become the manager of any business.
It’s not just Louie that is impossible, but the entire staff is like this. Please take these reviews into consideration and think again before you decide to walk into this place. Take yourself to a REAL Verizon Wireless, T-​Mobile, AT&T, Sprint store and get the proper and respectable service that you deserve.

BE WARNED. This place only cares bout using you. They will do everything possible to try to milk you for your money. They take advantage of the Vietnamese community. They ripped off my family with lies. Don’t trust them. If I could reverse the past, I’d definitely never go back, and if I did, it’d be spit on their face and waste their time.
They won’t pay for any cancellation fees. In general, global air will not help you. They will appear like they will help you, promising to waive any fees and such, and even offering free phones (that are probably stolen or some sort), but in the end, they are somehow ripping you off.
My story: My family wanted regular phones after they persuaded us to switch from Verizon to ATT (after promising they’d be no cancellation fee). Luu and them ended up ordering 3 blackberry torches, and 2 iphones using my account and just took them and gave us used (stolen) phones. I ended up getting charged nearly 1k. I was furiated. My dad’s english was not the greatest, so we had a hard time reporting it, but in the end, the only place I can think of is ranting bout it on rant.
BOTTOM LINE: AVOID AT ALL COST. Spit on their faces.

When I was waiting for Luu to fix my phone, I witnessed him lower the price for the monk who was trying to purchase the phone that she loved to have but couldn’t afford it. I thought Luu has a big heart to lower the price that much for the monk. He also has a good sense of humor. It was really good entertaining just listening to the fun conversation between the monk and him. He also gave me an iphone to use while waiting for my phone to be fixed. I really appreciate his kindness.

The people working here are BAD and DISHONEST! They are going to rip you off! DO NOT go there for any reasons to upgrade phones or purchase new phone or anything!
If you upgrade a phone they will add more lines to your account and you will end up paying for those lines and we had to pay for the cancellation fees. These people add the lines without our permission. These people benefits from adding new lines. We complained and complained but nothing worked.
CBS even report how this store and Global Air cheated and are making loads of MONEY off of many innocent people. PLEASE view:

This place is SHADY! They suggested that my dad open a new account with T-​mobile to get the phone that he wanted and switch over to AT&T 5 months later with lower monthly plan. They said they would waive all the early termination fees. Of course that didn’t happen. He’s now stuck with a $ 700 bill from T-​mobile. He went back to the store to dispute, they took the contract paper work and did not give it back.
Looking at his bill now, we see that it shows 5 cell phone lines when my dad opened only 3 lines. AVOID THIS PLACE! I’m going to contact the Consumer Affairs to report this SCAM. Also, I heard that CBS 5 is trying to do an investigative journalism piece on this place and is looking to interview people who have been scammed. Pls contact
