I’ve been going to Stacy for over five years. I trust no one else to do my facials. She’s through and very knowledgeable — the absolute best!

I have booked my massage online w/​Melle. I accidentally showed up to early and relaxed a bit before my massage. I requested sport/​Swedish massage. It was perfect to the extent that I fell asleep! Melle applied pressure, helped stretched out tight muscles.
Definite place to come back!

This review is long overdue, but Melle is a truly gifted bodyworker! I’ve seen her a number of times and referred her to my friends as well. All the massages have been on point with her fantastic massage techniques. I really enjoyed her use of stretching during the massage especially on my arms, head/​neck, and the thorough facial and scalp work at the end was simply divine. I look forward to my next session!

I had a massage with Melle this past weekend and it was super relaxing. Melle made sure to ask me how much pressure I wanted for the massage and was accommodating to my requests. She gave a really good massage! The spa itself is very zen and clean. I would definitely visit again soon.

This is for Stacy and Melle, they are sisters and both are good at what they do. Stacy is great with facials and Melle is great with messages. It wouldn’t be a lie if I say that I miss San Jose because of them. They are both professionals and are always willing to go an extra mile to give you a great service. I highly recommend them

Found this place through a review of another skincare business who raved about it but they too did not reply back to phone calls for appointments. I called this place twice at different hours of the day yet she did not answer. I also left a voicemail with my name and number and STILL did not receive a phone call. It’s been a week already and yet no reply. It’s so odd that the previous business I found who recommended this place and this business, both do not have the professionalism to call customers back about appointments. If you’re booked for three months, at least let us customers know! or better yet, hire an assistant /​receptionist.

I am a big noob at skin care! It all started a few months ago when my skin started breaking out. My better half seized this opportunity and performed every kind of experiment on my face with any and every cream she could lay her hands on! I admit my skin did feel better, but did nothing to the acne.
That’s when my good friend Dan Dixon of Crewners suggested I see Stacy at Green Tara. I was initially very hesitant, being a dude and all, and getting a facial. Stacy put me at ease and was very kind and compassionate. She is not one of those chicks that does not understand what’s the science behind her facial. She is a thorough professional that scientifically understands skin and skincare. She explained every step of what she did, answered my zillion questions patiently and made my first facial a memorable event.
My face looks rejuvenated after this first treatment and she has already found a long term client in me. She is also very knowledgeable about food and nutrition and gave me some great information and links about certain food allergies and intolerance which cause skin problems.
I am extremely passionate about my work and it’s fantastic to see another professional like me who gives her best to what she does. At a personal level, being a Buddhist, I find something very calming and compassionate about her presence which is pretty rare to come across these days.

I have been going to Stacy for a few years now and first time I got facial from her I was very happy with the result and service. And I knew I got the best facial ever. She is most knowledgable person for your skin and also will educate you with care and food for your skin.

I’ve been coming here since before my pregnancy, my baby is now 14 months :) The first time I had a massage with Melle, I was hooked! She is awesome! Very professional and sweet, always concentrates on areas where I have pain. The massages were the best throughout my pregnancy, I made sure to take care of myself while pregnant and it definitely paid off. I will be treating myself again for Mother’s Day!

Stacy has been doing my facials for about four years. She’s amazingly attentive and has great passion for seeing your skin look it’s very best!

I’ve been going to Melle for several years now and I’m trying to see her at least once a month. Prior to Melle, I’ve tried many different places, but Melle has the special touch to know exactly how to find and then work out the tight knots. What is most amazing is that she uses the right amount of pressure that is on that fine line of pain and therapeutic. In all cases, I come out of the session feeling like jello afterwards for a long while. Highly recommended. I even got my wife hooked to see both Stacy and Melle. I was reluctant do this review since I’m selfish and want her all to myself. Hopefully, these positive reviews don’t create problems for me to get in to see her!

The massages at Green Tara Skin & Body are great! Melle is awesome at finding your problem spots and working them out. I like the fact that she’s not overly chatty, which can sometimes spoil the relaxing mood at other places, but she makes you feel comfortable enough to feel free to ask her any questions or talk about any spots you really need her to address. I bought a package deal last November, which made the massages totally affordable. Their online scheduling system makes setting up appointments so convenient, especially when you can only come in at very specific times. I’ve scheduled appointments a couple of months in advanced, and it’s never a problem. If you’re looking for an affordable, high-​quality massage therapist, schedule an appointment with Melle.

Green Tara is an absolute gem of a business. I have been getting regular facials from Stacy for over 3 years since I bought a living social coupon because I wanted to help clear up my facial spots from pregnancy. Now I am focused on anti-​aging and skin brightening. That’s the best part about facials from Stacy, shes always working on your personal skin goals. Plus, she is the most reasonably priced esthetician I have ever been to. I also love Melle deep tissue massage. And it’s awesome that you can get massage and facial in one visit (it’s extremely relaxing). Highly recommend!

Stacy is the very best at eyelash extensions and facials. I started out with an Amazon local offer for a full set of eyelash extensions back in Sept. 2013 before hosting my annual women’s retreat in Hawai’i. It’s up in the rainforest on the Big Island and I wanted a natural look that would hold up to swimming, hot-​tubs and mist without worrying about mascara the whole time. I was thrilled with the ease of having the eyelash extensions and Stacy has kept me with full, natural-​looking lashes ever since! To be honest, I look forward to my 2 – 3 week fills because Stacy creates such a relaxed atmosphere I often fall asleep and enjoy a quick nap while she works. Bonus!
I’ve also recently started having facials with Stacy and she works magic on my skin. My complexion is revitalized and I look years younger. She is knowledgeable, skilled and client-​focused. A combination that will keep me coming back for a long, long time.

I can’t rave enough about Green Tara. I’ve been going there for facials with Stacy and Jennifer for a year now and love the work they do. They are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. In addition, I took my mom in today for a first time massage with Mel and she was super thrilled and happy.

Melle arranged my booking with great precision to make sure I would not wait in between a massage and a facial.
The salon is nicely arranged and decorated, with a little patio in between to add to the nature touch.
Both Melle and Stacy have been so gentle. They made me feel special, with personal attentions to my own needs, understanding my expectations and asking the right questions to make the experience enjoyable and beneficial.
I enhanced my facial with a pumpkin peel, a first for me, and what a difference, my skin feels so much better, spot on Stacy !

I have been to dozens of massage therapists, and Melle is far and away the best. She is very attuned to her clients needs and wishes. She has the knack of tricking knots into releasing, so that the experience is both relaxing and effective!
In addition to being great at what she does and offering very reasonable rates (especially if you take advantage of the packages), she is a really lovely person.
I have also visited Stacy for my occasional skincare needs. She does beautiful work with lash extensions. I highly recommend her services as well!

I found Stacy through a Groupon deal 3 years ago and have been her client ever since. She’s amazing! I had facials before finding Green Tara, and no one has ever taken the time to thoroughly explain products and treatments like Stacy does. The spa environment is refreshing and her friendly demeanor makes it easy to relax and enjoy being pampered. (She even remembers the kind of music I like and room temperature I prefer during my facials!) I highly recommend Stacy to anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate esthetician.
