Dr. Rabitz and his staff are the best! My two daughters have been seeing him since they were 2 and he and his team have made their dental experiences nothing but positive. The office is clean, entertaining for children, and the front office staff is professional and attentive. It can be challenging to make prime time appointments (after school), but the scheduler always seems to find a mutually agreeable appointment time, even rescheduling when we have a last minute conflict. My 9 year old recently chipped a tooth and we were able to get an appointment the very next day to get the tooth fixed. My 6 year old had 2 baby tooth extraction and the experience was wonderful. The procedure was quick and as painless as they could have made it. I have recommended Dr. Rabitz to everyone that I know and will continue to do so!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rabitz and his office staff. I have multiple children, who absolutely love their trips to the dentist (that says it all… kids that LOVE the dentist?) Dr Rabitz himself goes the extra mile to ensure his little patients are comfortable and at ease whether it’s through a cleaning or more significant dental procedure. He explains each step as he goes and uses words they understand. He takes the time to show me (mom) potential problem spots, explain what the x rays are showing and talk through his opinions and plans. The office is beyond AMAZING, decorated in a forest atmosphere that is inviting for children and the technology is like nothing I’ve ever experienced — current movies, TV’s /​headphones at each station, and much much more. My kids get such a kick out of the photo boards and strive for no cavities so they too can have their picture taken — also love looking for their friends to see how they did on their last visit. Honestly, this place has thought of everything and I recommend them to everyone looking for a pediatric dentist. I’ve never had any issues getting an appointment, and have been able to even get evening appointments as late as 6:30 to accommodate my work schedule — love that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND…

I bring both of my boys to this office. All of the dentists are wonderful with children. Going to the dentist isn’t always exciting, but the boys know that they have a good time when they go there. The entrance if super cool and looks like a forest when you walk in. And when they’re done they get a balloon and prize. And of course, they have tv’s with a wide variety of new release movies playing for the kids. The office staff is super friendly, too. Would recommend to anyone with kids.

My kids love Dr. rabitz and staff. The office is decorated really nicely (bunny themed of course). They send texts to confirm appts –great use of technology makes it easy for me. But seriously my daughter loves dr. Rabitz. Highly recommend!

I have two boys (almost 6 and 4) who have been seeing Dr. Rabitz since their first visit (2 years old). We have been happy with the services. We have also seen Dr Suzie who has a very warm and compassionate nature. Our favorite hygienist is Megan who was very patient with my son who struggled with x-​rays for his back teeth. Definitely recommend this pediatric dentist!

My son is now 12 years old and he has been going to see Dr Rabitz and team since the beginning. The staff is wonderful. I have had to cancel, reschedule and been squeezed in. They really work to help us get the best times. We have always seen Dr Rabitz and recently Dr Lam. These are very caring dentist and have helped my son go from being a VERY reluctant patient to a kid that is comfortable and confident with the dental process. That deserves more stars than 5!!!

We see Dr. Susie and we’ve been super happy here! Both kiddos love going, even my 3 year old drama queen. I’ve recommended that family and friends go here as well. Such a cute office too!

My two young kids (3 and 5) have been going to see Dr. Lam for the past year. Here are my impressions.
Office: The office is nicely appointed and welcoming. There are toys to keep the kids busy before the appointment. During the appointment, they have kids movies as well!
Staff: The staff are friendly, helping to makes sure the kids feel comfortable which is not an easy feat with my two kids. Both of them have their unique personalities and Dr. Lam is great with each of them. She tailors her approach to my boys to make sure that they were comfortable during the appointments.
Care: Since both of my kids do not trust people easily, it was great to see the staff, especially Dr. Lam, work so well with my children. Dr. Lam also made sure to explain exactly what was going on during the entire appointment. She also gets kudos for dealing with a crazy question asking dad like me!
As you can see, we will be going back to see Dr. Lam!

Dr. Suzy from Dr. Rabitz’ s office was at our co op preschool, reading books and teaching our 4 year olds about how to keep their teeth healthy. The kids loved her! Our school is a non profit school and we asked for a donation from Dr. Suzy and Dr. Rabitz and they were kind enough to sponsor for our event. They made time to spend with our kids during their busy schedules and help us with their donation! How awesome is that?
The only reason why we are not patients is because our insurance is HMO and they take PPO’s. But based on my experience with both Dr. Suzy and Dr. Rabitz, I would recommend them to anyone looking for caring dentists for their kids. They are just great people and I would trust them with my kids 100%.

Dr. Rabitz office is fantastic! ALL the staff were very friendly and patient. We came here as a second opinion and saw Dr. Suzy. Previously we had been told my son needed to crowns and a filling from 2 other offices. Dr. Suzy was the first and only Dr. That told us she felt comfortable watching the teeth over the next few yrs before any major oral work needed. I highly recommend visiting this office.

This place is amazing!!! I found it based on the Unilocal reviews and it exceeded them. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. I have a very shy 3.5 year old son and he loves going to Dr. Rabitz office. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for creating such a welcoming place for children.

Dr. Rabitz and his team are as good as it gets! As a pediatrician, my expectations of a pediatric specialist are high and Dr. Rabitz exceeds them at every visit!
His office is the most child friendly I’ve ever seen… they have all the bells and whistles to make a child’s experience fun. His assistants are great with little ones and know just what to say (and not say) to keep your young children comfy and relaxed. Dr. Rabitz himself is gentle with the exam, thorough with communication, and seems to always have the young patient’s best interest in mind while forming a treatment plan.
We will be loyal Dr. Rabitz patients… there’s no reason to look any further. If you are looking for exceptional pediatric dentistry, Dr. Rabitz is it!

There is nothing more comforting than watching your 4 year old enjoy his teeth cleaning. My son has had 3 appointments with Dr. Rabitz and his team, and never has cried or been traumatized. They never forced him to do anything. Now he pops up in the chair and lets them do their job. That is peace of mind!

They are great with my 2 year old son, very kid friendly. The waiting room is adorable and the process was easy and he really enjoys the teeth brushing station.

Dr. Suzy is an amazing dentist and she LOVES children (she has 2 adorable kids of her own). I’ve seen her in action on many occasions and she really knows how to put kids at ease. She loves working with families on oral health and nutrition to help to prevent problems down the road. I highly recommend going to see her at Dr. Rabitz’s office!

Dr. Rabitz and his staff do an incredible job at making your child have a positive experience when visiting the dentist. We have been a patient for 4 years and each time they have no apprehension of the visit. Their office environment is very tailored to kids and they do a great job at making mom feel comfortable too. I would recommend his office to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist!

I visited Dr. Rabitz after receiving stellar reviews from friends. I expected great service but in the end the service I received was beyond stellar. Here are the facts from my experience with this office:
1. Dr. Rabitz only focuses on Preventative Care. That means that he will only check your child’s teeth and the Hygienist does the cleaning. If your child needs any procedures done like fillings or crowns he will NOT be the doctor to work on your child. He no longer does these procedures so he «can focus on other things».
2. I brought my daughter to this office after her previous dentist told me she needed 8 fillings. I was a worried and concerned parent. I visited Dr. Rabitz office 3 times and saw 3 different dentists. The first time was the consult with Dr. Rabitz (who I discussed my concerns with and was told my daughter would be taken care of); the second time was with Dr. Suzy to go over the X-​rays, the 3^rd time with Dr. Lam who is the doctor who performed the procedure to give my daughter her fillings. Who wants to see 3 different dentists? Moving forward I want to visit only ONE dentist and make sure that dentist is the person doing any procedure on my child. This way any concerns/​issues I have will be remembered and not taken lightly.
3. NOTE: The protocol for my daughter was to give her the Sleepy Juice and Laughing Gas.
The communication between the Dentist and assistant is non-​existent. Upon arrival for my daughter’s procedure the assistant asked if my daughter had been sick lately. I told her she had a runny nose over the weekend but she woke up that morning sounding better. The assistant continued to give her the «sleepy juice». As she started to get groggy I waited in the lobby and they brought me back. Doctor Lam told me «I am unable to give her the laughing gas because I just noticed she had cold like symptoms». I was informed that when a child is sick they do not want to give a child anesthesia until they are free from cold symptoms for at least a week. REALLY? Maybe the assistant should have communicated to the dentist that my daughter had a runny nose the day before BEFORE they gave her the sleepy juice. They never should have given the juice to my daughter but instead re-​scheduled the appointment to a different day. Again, bad communication on their part.
4. My BIGGEST concern was that I did not want to have to hold my child down during any procedure. Well (because of their lack of communication) my child cried and screamed while I held her down. Oh and the funniest thing… Dr. Lam told me «Well I did tell you that I couldn’t give her the laughing gas before I started.» I don’t know what she was trying to imply. At the time it seemed as if she was blaming me but SHE’S the doctor it was her call to move forward or not.
5. My daughter was given temporary fillings because they could not continue since she was kicking and screaming. I was told they would last anywhere from 1 week to 9 months. (Well that’s quite a huge range.) When I asked Dr. Lam how long my daughters would last and how well she put in her temporary fillings her response was «I am not sure because I didn’t get a chance to check them.»
6. I was told she needed to get her temporary fillings replaced ASAP but the next appointment was 2 months away. I asked if they could work with me and possibly find an Anesthesiologist to come in sooner. Because I was told that Dr. Lam was unsure how well she put in the temp fillings I wanted them replaced ASAP. Dr. Lam called to let me know she emailed an Anesthesiologist to see what they could do and that was the last I ever heard from her. I never heard from Dr. Lam again.
7. When given Financials they gave me a piece of paper with no explanation. It showed an estimate of roughly $ 1000 and I had no clue what each charge was for. Also, that was for one side of my daughter’s mouth. They told me verbally to «double it» to account for the 2^nd side of my daughter’s mouth.
8. They did not charge me or bill me for any of this. Maybe it was their way of apologizing for their screw up as I NEVER received a verbal apology from Dr. Lam or anyone in that office.
It took me a while to write this. My daughter finally had her work done by a different dentist WHO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will have to read my review for Dr. Navarro to see what I just LOVED about her office.
As a concerned parent I hope this review of Dr. Rabitz office helps you make your decision. I do not want any parent to go through the stress I went through with them.

Love the staff here and how kid friendly the office is. Dr Rabitz and his staff are awesome at making each child feel comfortable with what procedure they are having done on them. Great idea to have them watching movies while having anything done to them.
The look of the office is so relaxing even for the adults. :)

Due to relocation, we started seeing Dr. Rabitz as our pediatric dentist in 2013, fast forward a year and things are still going great! My two girls, ages 6 & 8 do not mind seeing him or anyone on staff… they look forward to dropping their names in Molly the molar and digging for treasure in the loot chest! The office is up to speed with the latest and greatest technological advances within the dental industry and I feel comfortable with Dr Rabitz as our provider. He is always patient with us when explaining any odd situation and we trust his judgement with our children’s dental health.
The office is clean, the staff is professional and courteous, the magazine selection in the waiting room is fab…

Been going to Dr Rabitz for about 3 years now — maybe 4 — both of my kids go here and love it. They get excited about all the toys in the waiting room, the movies while in the exam chairs, the treats they get after a good exam. It’s fun for them and they don’t mind coming at all.
We have had extractions done on both kids — Dr Rabitz did the first one, Dr Suzy did the second one — both were easy and painless! They let the kids bring in the movie of their choice to play, then they use the topical numbing agent while giving them oxygen, they make the switch over to the scented laughing gas (both of mine chose strawberry, but I think there were 4 scents) then they did the shots of Novocain (loved that they did the hand off of the needle all out of sight of the kiddos (less stress) then once the Novocain took effect, they popped those teeth right out! Was nice they sent us home with care instructions and called the next day to check on the kids :)
We are sticking with Dr Rabitz and the gang even though it’s a bit of a trek for us, the kids like it so it’s worth the drive!
