H&R Block

My fiancé and I went into their office earlier today and let me tell you i’ve never made felt so stupid before. Last year we went to h&r block on capitol and filed our taxes and received great customer service and got our taxes done fast. After speaking with a lady over the phone about going in and checking our taxes because we believe that what we saw online was incorrect and she said to come in and they will check it and if it still seems wrong they wont file and i can call state and come back. Sooo today we walked in and their was a young asian man and he asked how he could help us and my fiancé explained to him what was told to us over the phone and he went on to say well what would you like to do and my fiancé told him again what was told and he got really rude and said «its not free to do your taxes, we dont do your taxes for free» like are you fucken serious right now do we look stupid? We also had just told him that we filed with h&r block last year so no shit we know that and its not our first yr doing taxes. So he then got up walked to the back of the room in which we could still see him and HEAR him. He then started telling a lady what we told him and the lady told him «well what do they want» maybe some damn customer service and help with our damn taxes what do you think?! So she comes over and asks what it is we need so i spoke with her and explained to her and she started raising her voice so loud that a young man sitting down started starring saying «well did you have insurance all yr» i told her yes, like really do i look like i dont !? She then said well since you made so much they probably took money out, and gave us the number for the state which was nice of her to do, but honestly no one there could sit down with us and freakin help us !!! We walked out saying NEVER again h&R BLOCK just for that horrible service and let me tell you I work in a concierge office so i know how to deal with customers. So let me tell u unless ur asian or dressed to impress do not go there u will be treated like ur stupid and will not be helped! Like excuse me for going in on my day off dressed comfortable if thats the reason why they treated us so horrible and didn’t even help us. So guess what we went home and filed on turbo tax for 0 $ so yup you guys were out 50 $ from each of our claims kuz thats what we paid last yr 114 $ for both our taxes. So yup thanks for the horrible service on tully road h&r block just lost customers.
