Heavenly hands is amazing! I went for the first time and had an awesome massage! I was very tense due to allot of stress and could not sleep due to it. After my massage I felt so relaxed! Later that night I had no problem sleeping. In fact it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in over a year! Heavenly hands is the perfect name for this place!

Heavenly Hands is just that, heavenly. Great ambiance and skillful service! I am so happy that I found a spa near my house that is affordable and offers high-​end service. When you walk into the space my favorite is seeing the décor, it’s modern and inviting, quiet and professional. I usually have a regular full body massage weekly, if I can fit the time in with our young family. Some visits I opt for the hot rocks treatment. I’ve had the hot rock treatment from other well-​known spas (undisclosed) and without any doubt I knew while Shakira was working her magic that this was by far the best experiance I had ever had! Shakira is one of the few skilled massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I joke with her that she has ‘healing hands’ but heavenly hands will work just as well. Shakira applies just the right pressure so your not feeling overwhelmed and with her ‘healing hands’ she can find your problem areas and narrows in to ease your pain. That’s when you know you are working with an expert. Shakira works hard to please. If you are having one of those weeks and you need something to really destress your body, mind and soul– this is your answer. I highly recommend giving this spa a try. Now, don’t be miss leaded this isn’t a chain spa, this is a small spa with exceptionally talented professionals, so keep an open mind. I love this spa far better then the well-​knows. Shakira is also, skilled in facials and body wraps and located just blocks away from Santana Row and Valley Fair. Plan your shopping trip and then plan to visit Shakira to end your day relaxed. She also hosts Fab Fridays at the end of each month with Champs and high end Cupcakes! So much fun to bring your girlfriends, mom or sister to enjoy a few hours after a long work week, you deserve to end the month feeling fabulous!
Heavenly Hands, typically runs really great deals. I’d recommend joining the mailing list to find out when those specials are. But even with the normal rate or packages, they are still extremely reasonable to keep this a must try place. You will become a regular before you realize it and make a friend along the way. Take my word. Plus, I have to travel long distances regularly for work and having her in my life has made my return home that much easier knowing I have a visit with my favorite healer the very next day. I had the most fantastic combo facial and massage from Shakira on Valentine’s Day! She has recently added facials to her repertoire of services. This is only the second facial I have received from her and it was amazing… from the products she uses to the skill of her heavenly hands. I have received many massages over the years from Shakira, and others, and she is hands down the very best. When I go away on vacation I always try to get my massage from Shakira before I leave because I know that the massage I receive at the resort I am staying at most likely will never be as good. In addition to the fantastic services I received today I also was treated to champagne and handmade chocolates (yum) plus a couple of long stem roses to take home. This was all her gift to her clients on Valentine’s Day! Oh, did I mention that her warmed, soft massage bed is heavenly? Guess that’s why she’s called her business «Heavenly Hands»!

2÷10÷2016 (Wed). I have been going to Shakira for over 3 years. She has been a certified Massage Therapist for over 15 years. She always asks me ‘how I am feeling and are there any special areas of concern. After explaining, she starts on those areas and finishes after giving me a TOTAL body massage. And I leave totally relaxed.
Thank you Shakira for giving 110% each time I visit including, all your helpful advice.

This is the best spa I’ve ever been to. From shakira’s amazing worlds best body wraps (everyone can use one from weightless, tightening up to detoxing all in one) she always wraps you perfectly contouring your body with the best fat burning creams. While you’re all nice & body wrap, why not get one of her amazing facials that have helped my troubled skin. This place has amazing accommodating hours (I travel all the way from South San Francisco, which tells you this by far is the best place n well worth the travel) there’s also fabulous Friday’s where the clients get pampered with goodies! I almost forgot to mention the amazing massages here. I live to run n lift weights & need to treat myself to a massage. I come out with a relaxed back n feeling amazing like I did in my 20’s. I come here & need to look no where else as Shakira does it all & the best!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Shakira was EXTREMELY rude and I have never had such awful customer service. I foolishly decided to ignore the other three one star reviews because I believe every place deserves a chance, but I was very wrong. I purchased a groupon for this place and made an appointment to use it. When I arrived, I brought my groupon out to Shakira and already I could tell she was in a bad mood. Fine, everyone is entitled to occasional bad moods and, I’m no saint myself so, I will tolerate it to a certain extent. She pointed out that my groupon was expired and that I would have to pay the difference, all while noisily eating her food in my face as she was giving me attitude about the expiration and groupon in general. I admitted that the expiration is my bad and that I didn’t realize it expired. I okayed paying the difference, as is how the terms are stated on groupon.
Shakira abruptly got up then and disappeared into one of the massage rooms leaving me standing alone in the waiting area. After a moment, she told me to come in. I’m going to point out that she did NOT wash her hands between eating and going into the massage room.
I haven’t had too many massages in my life so I’m never sure what to do when I get into the rooms. I put my bag and coat down then ask her what she wants me to do. She then says «Okay, this isn’t going to work. The energy is all off» and walks out of the room. And that was it; SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I could not believe that she was being so unprofessional and I have never been so rudely treated at a place where I am a potential customer. If you don’t want my money, it really is only your loss. I told her to have a good rest of her day and left. Wow, good luck, Shakira. 100% would not recommend this place.

I bought a groupon for a 90 minute massage. I’m always a little unsure about buying on the spot, but am always willing to take a chance. I showed up to heavenly hands today, in need of some relaxation and left having one of the best massages by shakira in my life. She rocks. She focused on everything that I’ve been struggling with, knew all the right spots to focus on and to relieve tension. She’s an awesome person on top of that. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience. I am so glad I bought the groupon, this will definitely be my go to place. If you’re reading this and can’t decide what to do, let me help you. Do it. Book with Shakira, you will not be disappointed.

The reviews here kind of lean both ways, but I learned that they’re not a corporation. They’re real people and will probably react accordingly depending on how you treat them as clients. I purchased a groupon and scheduled an appointment. Shakira had to cancel my appointment because she fell ill. People get sick, it happens. I appreciated that she took her time to get well before she saw me. As promised, I was contacted a few days later to set up my new appointment. She came off as very appreciative that I understood her situation.
The massage itself was great. She was very technical and addressed the areas that carried all my stress. I’ve engaged in conversations during my massages in the past and found that it kind of took away from the relaxation if I were to talk the entire time. I think Shakira gave me the perfect amount of conversation to keep me engaged, but allowed for it to fall quiet at times so I could enjoy her work. Once in a while, she’ll ask questions about my tattoos and we got on the topic of traveling which kept the session from getting dull, but then I was able to fall back into relaxation for a while.
I noticed that my massage was shorter than what I booked it for and wondered if she knew I purchased a 90-​minute massage instead of a 60-​minute one. When I emerged from the room, Shakira was completely apologetic about it before I could even say anything. Not only did she let me keep my groupon for another use, but she also gave me a free 30-​minute session on top of that. I personally feel like she went above and beyond to compensate for a minor slip up.
The massage and customer service was fantastic, I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to book an appointment before my Groupon expired. The person (female, I don’t know the name) explained that they’re booked through the time that my Groupon expired. During the conversation, she got upset with me and hung up. Even with some misunderstanding on both parties, this behavior is very unprofessional and child-​like. Hanging up the phone is like a child slamming the door. Obviously I won’t be going to this place. It’s too bad it had to end this way. It could have been a good experience, but she chose to behave this way. Any relationship, business or otherwise, is only as good at it’s most difficult times.

First off, Stefanie is great!
I initially found a Groupon for this massage and her services more than met my expectations.
When I went in, I was welcomed quickly with a cup of water. I requested a deep tissue massage and wow I got beat up (in a good way). I personally like massages with A LOT of pressure, probably tons more than the average person of my size and stature. Stefanie was able to adjust to the amount of pressure that I needed to get rid of all the tightness and knots. After the massage, she was quick to offer me a refill on the water which was nice because by then I was parched! I also liked that she remembered to remind me that I might be a little sore the next day or two because of the level of pressure. Even though I’m used to that soreness after a very deep deep tissue massage, it’s always nice when you can tell your masseuse cares enough about you as a customer to tell you these things.

First, let me say I don’t like to post negative reviews — I don’t like putting out the negative energy. However, this was such a bad experience I want to forewarn people. I bought a friend a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. It was scheduled and he received a couple confirmation notices. He was asked to get there 15 minutes early. His appt was at 3:15, he got there at 3:00. He knocked on the door, he could hear someone talking on the phone. After knocking for a bit, someone came to the door, still on the phone. He said I have a 3:15 appt and she said — no you don’t. They went back and forth and he finally left. He got home and found that the appt had been cancelled at 3:08 (while he was standing there). I’ve reported them to Groupon. Definitely a place to not recommend.

Great experience!!! Shakira is so nice and welcoming. I have enjoyed massage and facials. I highly recommend both!!! They are relaxing and refreshing. Shakira is amazing at understanding what you need. She is professional and loves what she does which is outstanding.

I found this place from Amazon Local. I paid only $ 26 online for 60 min facial. The best price I ever paid for facial. I feel very good & comfortable because the facial room is dark & bed is so cozy. I really hated it when I went to have facial in room with too much lights ! I’m happy I know this place now. The lady who helped me was the owner. She was doing a wonderful facial & massage for me. Thanks !
