Hong Minh Cargo, Inc. — I used this cargo service to ship a box of goods to Vietnam. A lady who helped me first was nice, but when she went to lunch, another lady name «Hong» took over my transaction and was rude. I let it go and thought ok, this doesn’t warrant me never coming back so far. Hong promised me that my shipment will be delivered to my family in Vietnam within a week. However, a week later, Hong called me and demanded I come back to the store and pay her $ 40 for shipping an electronic tablet in the box due to the taxes imposed by Vietnam. I asked her why she didn’t see that I listed the tablet among all the other items on the inventory list, Hong said she didn’t notice it until they went through the box a week later. I asked her why my box wasn’t delivered, as promised (it should’ve been there by now) but she refused to answer my question and continued to demand I pay $ 40 raising her voice. I didn’t want to argue with her so I told her I’ll be there to pay her in the next day or so since I have a normal job and work on a daily basis. She said she would ship the box anyway, but trust that I will pay her in the next day or so. I was stuck at work and couldn’t make it in before they closed however, Hong called me less than 48 hour later with an attitude, demanding I pay $ 40 or else she will not send my package to Vietnam. I couldn’t believe how rude she was attacking me over the phone and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Why hasn’t my box been shipped as promised? My box has been sitting there for a week and was never shipped until I came in to pay the $ 40 that they failed to tell me in the first place. I will never go to this place again. Stay away from these people and go else where. It is not worth the headache and effort to deal with these unprofessional, rude people.

After reading the comment below from TedL, I gave Hong Minh a first shot for applying visa to VN for my bf and me.
The girl (guessing is Truc) helping us didn’t have enough knowledge of Visa rules, and very careless about paperwork (wrong spelling name on receipt, and my bf saw her put wrong documents into passports — my document into his passport and vice versa).
My bf applied for A 5-​year visa but was asked for marriage certificate because he’s not Vietnamese. We canceled this option and only applied for myself. I was told to come back after 5 – 7 days to pick up my visa, and to get his passport and money back (it was the following Saturday). I came on Saturday, Truc told me my visa wasn’t ready to pick up, and went to look for his passport. More than 10 minutes but she was still not coming back (we thought they lost my bf’s passport), another lady asked what happened and helped find it in only couple minutes.
Again, I was promised to receive a call on Monday when my visa was ready. No Calls! I gave them a call on Saturday because it’s a long drive and I had a busy work schedule. Another girl (Hang) rudely answered the phone saying that mine wasn’t available without even looking for it at all. Although I tried to explain to her that I was told to have my visa available last Monday and I had busy weekly working schedule to come on Monday to pick up plus long drive, she didn’t bother to double check and kept insisting that I had to come back on Monday because the VN Embassy was holding my passport (she came up with BS excuse: I submitted my visa with foreigner although I told her that we already cancelled because my bf was not qualified for 5 year visa). Since she was kind rude, I had to ask her name to complain later. I called again next day (Sunday) because our trip came up in a few days and I had no passport or visa to go. A gentleman helped me and confirmed my visa was ready and could be picked up at anytime. I wonder how the Embassy works on weekend to release my visa from Saturday to Sunday???
What kind of services is this? They don’t care about the customers at all.
I am pretty sure I will NEVER come back and I will suggest my friends NEVER use this service.

This place has the worst customer service that I have seen. They quoted and promised my ticket with secured seat for a flight to Vietnam including the visa as well as my luggage would be picked at the airport in Saigon. Then I came back and made the decision to buy a few days later. When I was about to pay and asked about the promised services with the quoted price and I was told that I had to pay extra for the visa and luggage pick up.

worst customer service over the phone!!! They interrupted you when you tried to ask something. I do not recommend. Please stay away from this place as much as you can.
