I love my Hot Springs Spa. I’ve had it for almost 10 years and it still looks and operates like new. Incredibly low maintenance and can’t tell by my PG&E bill that I even have a spa. Even after 10 years, I still sigh with contentment when I get into my spa!
Whenever I’ve had to go into the San Jose store for products, the service is excellent; informative & helpful.
I would recommend a Hot Springs Spa in a heartbeat to anyone considering a spa purchase. I honestly can’t see how you can go wrong.

I bought a 2000 Jetsetter spa almost 15 years ago. Still works great and we use it at least 5 times a week. Just got treatment materials and figured I’d give Chet and Hot Springs a proper review.
I’ve had Matt the service guy out twice in my time of ownership. Once for a pump and once for rodents chewing into the casing and getting a circuit board (added chicken wire around the bottom of the hot tub to prevent repeat).
It seemed expensive compared to the other brands, but other friends recommended the Hot Springs so highly I ponied up the extra $. Glad I did.

We’ve owned our Hot Spring spa for over 14 years. It’s one of the best purchases we ever made. The spa works as well now as it did 14 years ago. It’s *extremely* durable. The service we’ve received (from Chet and Jennifer in San Jose, and also from the service technicians in the one or two cases where a service call was required) has been *outstanding*. If you are shopping for a spa, you will notice that Hot Spring spas cost a bit more, but from our personal experience we can say with great certainty that the extra cost for a Hot Spring is money well spent. This spa has been outstanding and I’m certain it will last us another 10 years or even more.

Bought my spa here about 14 years ago and it is still going great. The 24-​hour circulation pump means it can always heat the water as needed, so it maintains the perfect temperature. We can get in any time, without having to turn on the heater and wait an hour.
Just had my first major repair and they did a great job. Came out asap to determine what was wrong (the heater failed), performed the work quickly, and the bill came in under the quote.

22 years ago I bought the Sovereign hot tub from these guys in Cupertino at the time. I called for the FIRST service this week. Matt came out and fixed every little thing on this old hot tub. Quality is the LCO (lowest cost of ownership). This will make mama very happy.

Amazing, professional, top of the line experience! I shopped Internet, local, and out of the area to replace our 25 year old hot tub. Chet and the team at Hot Springs were the best! No hard sell, just listening! I highly recommend them and will buy my next tub there. Oh yeah, bought my tub a few days ago from this first class team!

I bought a Hot Springs Prodigy tub from Chet 7 years ago. After deciding on Hot Springs, I went to a local dealer who provided no help at all. So, I tried Hot Spring Spas of San Jose even though they were farther. Chet was great. He helped with the choice of spa but more importantly, was VERY knowledgeable about a custom installation I wanted to do. Over the last 7 years I’ve relied on Chet for many things from adjusting the chemicals, mailing me a new drain plug I broke, to the easiest way to clean filters — you name it. He is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy even AFTER your purchase. The tub has held up great so far — no major problems although I did replace the Ozonator after 4 years. If you’re in the market for a hot tub — I would recommend Hot Springs but more importantly, I would recommend you start with Chet and his staff to get great advice on your project.

We bought a sovereign hot tub from Chet 8 years ago, we love the hot tub, use it almost on a daily basis and have had hardly any issues, we just do the routine maintenance and it is good to go.
Chet and Ryan are very knowledgeable with their products and to top it off are really nice guys too!
We were so impressed with Hot Springs– their products and service that we recently purchased a Michael phelps MP force swim spa– we have only had it a week but I can already see that we will also be using it a lot, it is so much fun! And we still have the sovereign to relax in after a nice swim. Ryan came up a day after the installation to help us get the water balanced correctly, and spent a long time going over all of our questions, and plans to come up again just to make sure that all is going well.

Bought a Tiger River Sumatran from these guys four and a half years ago. The buying experience was good, good delivery and set up, and I’ve really liked the spa right up until it stopped working. Called for service and got a next day appointment. They send the guy from Hot Springs Spas of Santa Cruz (same owner for both stores?). He’s a really good guy. Got the major repair under warranty, got answers to all my questions, paid a small amount to have a couple of other things done and he probably wasn’t here even 30 minutes. Now know why I paid more for a brand name spa from a store that only sells spas.
