My experience with this company has been beyond horrible they have screwed up not once twice but three times we ordered a large group of shirts with them when they came in late and was told that they couldn’t do what we wanted them to do after we had paid $ 200 second time I ordered a Christmas present for my mother and the picture they applied to the shirt peeled the next day then just recently I ordered a sweater from online brought it in to get printed and what they had printed was not what I wanted the guy didn’t write anything down didn’t take any notes and it’s not like they said they’re going to give me the money back for the shirt that I paid for I don’t know why I continue to keep going to the store but their customer service sucks they take too many orders and don’t have enough time in their day to do them Christmas day they lost my order and made me wait 2 hours to remake everything I ordered two days prior

I called up Kal last Friday and asked him a few questions. He was extremely helpful — had me email him my artwork and told me he would call me back shortly to confirm. He called me back in 15 minutes, asked if I could change the format to PDF, and told me I could come down in a half hour. I was there about that time and Kal had everything ready to go. He helped me pick out a base shirt (there were tons to choose from) and then quickly stamped it. From first call to out the door — maybe 1.5 hours total time. I am super impressed with the quality, service, and efficiency!

I just bought 3 shirts from iCustom on my hour lunch break. This shop had fast service and their shirts were reasonably priced. They totally saved the day with matching shirts for our Disneyland trip this weekend when another online store failed to get us our shirts in time. They will have my repeat business.

This is by far my favorite icustom store, I’ve shopped at 3 so far as I travel a lot for work! A guy named khalled is the one of the best custom shirt makers around. They always accommodate my needs and always have the best recommendations when I’m not sure what colors to use. A+++ service too

Love this store. Excellent customer service and they can design anything, I repeat anything, you want. I wanted a photo of myself inside of letters that spelled my name and they made it happen. The second time I came here I needed a bulk order of shirts with different sayings on them, they made it happen within an hour! So impressed!

Omg I LOVE this place! Was in town for a bachelorette and thought it would be cute to have matching shirts with the girls. Not only do they have a great selection of customizable items, they were extremely patient in dealing with all EIGHT of us running around their store and made sure we all walked out happy :)

I am not one to ever write a Unilocal review, this is actually my first since the service here was so bad. The guy working here could not understand simple instructions, probably because he was too high. He could not stop wiping sweat off his face while also having a lip in, consistently spitting into a bottle in front of customers. The sign says customize your shirt in minutes… might as well say 3 hours because you have to constantly repeat yourself.

Great quality products! My girlfriend and I got custom tops for an event and they looked so good that people thought they were bought from a store. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Also patient as we worked out our custom tops!
We did matching tanks with zebra striped lettering. They turned out pretty awesome! Would definitely recommend using icustom!

Who doesn’t love customizing their own shirts?
You have this design in mind and you want to go to someone that can transfer that idea seamlessly into something you are proud to wear.
Sent my shirts here with my desired font and logo and Moe impressed me beyond belief. He exceeded expectations on the look of my shirts and my deadline I needed them by. You can also pick from the array of clothing they have there if you don’t have your own shirts.
I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for something custom and for service that goes beyond excellence. Moe was a pleasure to work with.

I rate the service 5 stars but the pricing 3. I used to come here all the time to have my shirts done because I got them at a reasonable price from one of the employees named Allison which was around $ 20 for logo and font if we bought in our own shirt. But now the manager charges about $ 40 for the same shirt and exact same logo I got done for $ 25. So now it would cost me about $ 40 to get the same logo and font done.

I actually have never encountered this store front face-​to-​face or in person, but looking at the pictures it looks huge!
I actually have a logo I produced and called a couple of printing shops around my area in Southern California and nothing compared to iCustom in the bay! I talked to a Moe and he was more than willing to help print our shirts!
I sent him our shirts and he even included 2 extra printed shirts in neon colors as a bonus!
So proven, even without face to face interaction at this store, I was given exceptional service and can happily say I will be using iCustom again!

I was referred by another t-​shirt shop on Bascom Ave to get a custom print job on one t-​shirt. I was told that the shop only did bulk orders, but to try ICustom in Oakridge Mall. I walked in without a tank top thinking I had to go back into the mall buy a tank top and bring it back to the shop for printing. No way. The shop which was clean and well organized actually had plain white men’s tank-​tops ready to buy. I did not see a medium, so the owner cheerfully went to the back and brought one out. I showed him my decal and what I wanted to write and in a few quick seconds had the layout ready to be approved. I waited another few minutes and at this point it was after 9 and the mall was closing –he stayed open finished the job and I paid. The t-​shirt looked perfect. I loved how it turned out and it was a bargain $$. I was pleasantly surprised. Holden Green Esq.

I was so relieved when I came across this store at the mall. I needed to customize some shirts of mine and the owner was generous enough to let me use his computer to pull up the logo and he did it right away for me! It took about 45 minutes for him to do the logo for on 5 shirts and I ended up paying $ 65 in all. All the other places I’d looked into had an order minimum of anywhere from 12 – 25 shirts and wanted a $ 25 set up fee per color, per location so Kal definitely saved me time and money with this order. Will be my go-​to store for all my custom clothes!
