Each office is fully staffed during regular business hours and offers evening/​weekend appointments.

Pooja was very accommodating when I contacted her with a last minute request to transfer some video clips from several tapes to a DVD as a surprise for a birthday party the same evening. Our video camera audio wasn’t working so I wasn’t even sure what I wanted on the DVD. Pooja allowed me to use her cameras to choose the clips that I wanted and then transferred to the DVD. She was patient and professional. I will definitely be using her again to do some additional video transfer and would highly recommend her services.

We hired Infinity for our wedding last summer and they did an incredible job throughout the entire day. Originally we had them booked only until 9 pm but they stayed an extra hour to get the final moments of our reception at no extra cost to us. We feel they went above and beyond what we paid for to capture every moment of our wedding. Would totally recommend Infinity to any couple looking for a videographer for their wedding.

My husband and I hired Infinity Video in 2002 for our wedding and they were very professional and reasonable. After almost 7 years from our wedding date we finally contacted them again to finalize our videos (It’s been a long time and it’s our fault!) and they were very accommodating and fast! I can’t believe it… they still have our videos and we got the finished product in a week!!! Unbelievable!

My husband and I just got married this year and we had a few great experiences that I wanted to share. Infinity Productions is part of the Wedding Shop which is a group of wedding-​based businesses all in one location. Talk about convenience! We ended up using Infinity Video for the videography, Elite Entertainment for our DJ’s and Paper Reflections for our invitations. We were on a tight budget and we only booked one camera-​man but he really covered the event well. If we had the money I would have love to have had two people, but I was certainly satisfied with what we got. He was on-​time and very professional. I was able to see a sample video ahead of time from the same location where we were having our wedding so that helped a lot. When I got the sample of my video it was almost perfect. The staff sat down with me personally to make those changes and I am looking forward to the final product. Overall it was a good experience. Very convenient, very affordable, and the staff was easy to get ahold of! Just make sure that you pay attention to what they need to make the video becaue I lost the email in the middle of wedding craziness and ended up with over a six week delay :(

The DJ service was very good, and DJ Ross was just unbelievable. If you need a DJ for your wedding, this is certainly the place to go.
However, the wedding video section had poor and slow service. It took them more than four months to create our wedding video. Not to mention the final product contains mis-​spelling of bride’s and groom’s names! The wedding slide was also very poorly done, there wasn’t anything special other than «zoom-​in» and «zoom-​out» of your pictures.
Here is an easy comparison: A friend of ours received the first half of their wedding video preview 10 days AFTER their wedding. It was also an all-​day wedding with a single camera man.
In conclusion, if you want a better wedding video service for your money, I strongly suggest that you shop somewhere else.

We’ve booked Infinity for our upcoming wedding. The sample video is excellent and the pricing is reasonable (6 hours, single camera, $ 1600). I’ll update this posting after we’ve received our final video so you’ll know how the story ends.
