Integrity Windows & Doors

I live in the area and often pass by their store front window on Monterey Rd. so I called one day in need of a custom sized interior room door. Lana didn’t carry what I needed but referred me to Lou’s Doors which I used for both closet & interior doors and gave 5 stars. I chose to take a chance with Integrity for a custom sized bathroom window for new construction and chose a Simonton window. The price was just right and turnaround time was exactly 2 weeks. It would have been only 1 week but Simonton had backed up the order. I had my own contractor install the window but glad we found a reasonable priced custom window with quick turnaround time!

In response to Lana, thank you for your reply and FYI: I did check my spam and had no email from you and after my first call inquiry about quote I would have hoped to get a reply telling me I should have an email from you.
I went to Sunnyvale lumber and I can order all sizes of the solid wood interior doors I need framed and primed. The closet bi-​fold doors are by Wood Fold Doors so I don’t know why your business cannot get them.

Lana and Albert were wonderful to work with! Their pricing was fair, the work was great. We just love our new Milgard windows! We really see the difference in the temperature of the house with this heat. And the noise level is significantly reduced. We had one window that had a crack in it and they were back the next week to switch it out.

I recently bought a 4-​plex that desperately needed new windows. We went the new construction route. Integrity was fantastic from start to finish. We even replaced a bunch of rotten siding with stucco and Integrity did the stucco work. The match to the existing stucco was perfect. My next window project need will be done by Integrity. They worked wonderfully with the tenants too.
I have a contractor that does a lot of my handyman type work. He is not the type that hands out compliments and he happened to be onsite during the installation. He called and told me that these guys are doing an outstanding job

We worked with Lana to install new windows, sliders, and a French door with sidelights in our townhouse. The bill was high but the experience overall was worth it. The windows and trim work are gorgeous, the install was smooth, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The guys that came to our house for two separate installs (we had to wait on approval from HOA for French doors) were fantastic. They were really nice and professional.

They dropped the ball. I contacted «Integrity» via their site and got an email response from Lana. I simply needed 4 windows installed as Milgard was going to give me the glass for free through warranty. After a few email exchanges there was no response… they just dropped the ball. I would say this is pretty bad service especially for an «owner.» I will not consider them for work that needs to be done on my other rental properties. Luckily, another local shop was able to come through!

We had a great experience with Integrity! They were nothing short of amazing. Our doors were not typical stock size which made it difficult to find nice doors, Lana had a solution. We love our new doors and can’t thank them enough.
They were always on time and answered all question we had. Even a week later the door knob needed adjusting and they quickly came by and fixed it with out hesitation.
I would recommend this family owned business to anyone looking for windows or doors.

Really great experience with Lana and Albert! They stuck to schedule, accommodated my last minute design changes and maintained their quote. No surprises, as ordered and installed with minimum disruption. When a tricky condition occurred putting back in my original window blinds, Albert worked his magic by mitering my existing face piece so I didn’t have to purchase a new blind. Soooo nice! Lana was super responsive to any and all of my emails, even providing me with helpful referrals for other work in my home. They also recently completed a window replacement renovation of a number of windows at my parents home and were very respectful and helpful for an elderly client. New windows are a big investment. Going with Integrity Windows was the best choice all the way around.

We needed to replace double doors with one door and sidelights. After interviewing several contractors, we meet with Integrity. They rebuilt our door opening reframing to accept a single door. Their employees are professional and are excellent cfaftsmen, we would highly recommend them and are happy to show their work.

Lana and Albert installed all the windows for our ranch style home in Sunnyvale few years ago. Lana and Albert are extremely detailed oriented, passionate, and professional. Prices are fair and they do a fantastic job. Lana came to our house to present different options&ideas. Lana was extremely responsive and always returned our calls (which seems to be very rare in the construction business). She answered all the questions we had and guided us through the process (we were clueless). We remodeled our entire house and Integrity Windows/​Doors is the best contractor we worked with.

We recently upgraded 90% of the windows in our Mission-​style home. I accepted bids from 5 window contractors, Integrity offered the lowest price and the best quality. I went to inspect 3 finished homes from each of the contractors, each showed poor stucco match, sloppy installation. I visited 12 homes completed by Integrity… each was perfect. I had confidence they would do the job right from the get go. Lana and her husband met with us, showed us every option, first in our home and then in their great showroom. They scored us the lowest price on Milgard I could find with anyone. At every step, Lana kept her promise, appointments occurred on time, never late, if I had a question, I could call at 8pm and get an instant answer. They clearly take service seriously. 99 percent of window contractors leave a visible mark in the stucco that you can see from the street that you have replacement windows, these guys at Integrity are ARTISTS, they matched the stucco texture perfectly. I am so pleased we went with them, several other bids were twice the price. It has now been several months since our installation, if I have had a question or needed help with something, Lana and her husband have answered the call and come over right away. If you want the best price and service that is beyond what anyone else is offering, I would certainly contact Integrity. Warm and kind and very expert. they are a homeowners dream come true. It is so nice to feel good about an experience like this, from start to finish top notch!

I can’t say enough good things about Albert and Lana. We spent over a year deciding on new windows, and probably had 8 to 10 different companies out to the house to give us a quote. All of our windows needed replacing (that’s over 30). In the process we learned more than we ever wanted to know about windows, so by the time we met with Lana and Albert it was clear that they knew their stuff. For the quality of windows and work we received, it was by far the best quote. The windows arrived a few days earlier than the original estimate, so we were able to start earlier. Their crew was great: friendly, as unobtrusive as they could be, and were great with our dog! After the project was done, they needed to come out to finish a few little things (like rehang blinds). We were in a bit of a hurry, as overnight guests were expected, and they came in our time frame.
After meeting with so many different contractors, I realized how much personal expertise went into the business, and therefore how important it is to get someone who knows their stuff (and has good taste.) Lana was great with suggestions, like having our sliders open in the opposite direction to get better air flow. We had contractors insist we needed a certain type of window for the bedroom due to building code (that we didn’t want) and Lana measured and said we were good. I could go through the house and tell you how Lana and Albert’s suggestions made just about every room better.
I highly recommend Integrity Windows.

As mentioned in a previous review, Albert and Lana helped me out with a window issue in 2011. This time, the problem was with some dry rot with 6 of my windows.
Albert and his crew came out, expertly removed the rotten trims and replaced them with new matching trims.
His crew was very careful to reinstall everything back in the proper order so that rain will not be an issue moving forward.
As with the previous job, I am impressed with their workmanship. The cost of the repair job was also fair and reasonable.
I feel that great contractors are sometimes hard to find and when you find someone great like Integrity Windows & Doors, you remember them because they make my job as a homeowner so much easier.
They are a great representative of local San Jose business. Please don’t hesitate to use them for your window and door needs. This includes fixing those problem doors that don’t always open or close correctly.

Something amazing happened today… Yesterday, when I came home to find my house burglarized, Lana from Integrity Windows & Doors was due to meet me to spec out a new front door for the house. When I discovered the calamity, I called her to tell her not to come, but she came anyway and comforted me and waited with me until the police arrived. Today, she came back to talk doors and said, «Laura, I have an amazing front door I ordered for my father in law and he didn’t want it… I want to give it to you because it goes with your house perfectly and you deserve it after what happened yesterday.» What an amazing thing to have happen. A generous and lovely gift from a stranger has erased the negativity of what happend. Thank you, Lana and Integrity Windows & Doors. I’m speechless over your kindness and your generosity…

Our 2 patio doors needed replacing due to damage from a home burglary. We had a difficult time finding a contractor that would come out to even give us an estimate. After striking out on almost 10 contractors, I got a call back from Integrity and was so pleased at their professionalism, expertise and honest price. Lana came initially for the estimate, Albert came back to ensure the measurements were exact. After the doors came in, their installers promptly came by the next day to install. The stucco work was superb! It blended perfectly.

Couldn’t have gone smoother! I have a studio that needed remodeling. I needed WAY more light than I had. I went from 2 small wall-​windows on the side of my studio, to this beautiful 12-​foot sliding glass door! Integrity Windows and Doors came out and gave me an accurate estimate, an honest deal, and they were faster than the competitors. Friendly to work with, on time, and most importantly honest. There were a few measuring issues for both doors that I installed, but they were able to work around them and fix the issues that came up without charging me extra. Albert also fixed my side door (that I didn’t even ask for– but out of kindness he did it anyway for free!) and also made a new screen for a window that was busted– all no charge. It was above and beyond, and was so nice to feel taken care of. It can be scary going with smaller, family-​owned businesses because you aren’t sure how long they will be around to fix any problems that come up… but these are the kind of people that even if they DID move or something crazy, they would still figure out how to get someone out to help you. They are just that way. I will totally use them again and again. GREAT job :) I tried uploading a photo, but can’t seem to get it to work, but trust me when I say it is beautiful.

Fantastic customer service! I called them for some issues which involves my window. Lana answered the call and listened to me patiently and sent her husband Mr Albert over to have a look at my window. Albert was such a gentleman. he arrived on time and spent his time explaining about how to solve the problem even though it was not associated with his job. Albert’s wife Lana gave me some referrals on whom i should contact to solve my window problem. I really appreciate their courtesy and from what i have heard, Integrity windows does an excellent job on what what they specialize. If they can have be so courteous to me, i bet they are really good at what they do! Thanks Lana & Albert for the referral. Keep up your great work.

My husband and I purchased a home last year and they did a fantastic job adding crown molding throughout the house. Put all new fences in and gates that the whole neighborhood loves. They also put a new beautiful front door in. And did a great job finishing off our backyard with pavers and resetting the sprinklers. They finished off the windows and doors with trim that adds so much to the whole look of the house. They were very perfessional and on time. I definitely would recommend them for all of your needs.

They did an awesome job replacing the patio sliding door in our bedroom. They showed up on time, easy to communicate with, and great to work with. They worked around our schedule and quickly returned my emails whenever I had a question.
I would recommend them for any window or door. Great experience and I will return to them when we replace our windows!
