Brilliant experience: Fantastic service and excellent pricing, what more can you ask for? I left a vm msg for Jose explaining the big crack in my parent’s windshield (2006 Mercury Grand Marquis) and got a quick call back with a quote and time frame on the work. I was impressed Jose was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule so fast, I was relieved! Jose text me when he arrived to my work place (I swapped cars with my parents and left my parent’s car in the parking lot at my work), I met him in the parking lot, he explained in detail the windshield replacement process and asked if I had any questions. Jose replaced the windshield in about 40 mins, text me when he was done, I met him in the parking lot once more and I couldn’t have been more pleased with his work and professionalism! Thank you, Jose! I will refer you to all my family members and friends anytime!

Jose was great. He set up an appointment after hours, showed up on time and finished the glass replacement in less than an hour.

I called J&J due to i got my window broken at the Giants game over the weekend :(Jose got backed to me within 30 minutes of my call and looked into how soon he can get the window for me. Because i have a new car he told me it would take 2 days for the window to come and for him to install it. Sure enough he let me know the next day the window came and he would be at my work place to install the window the next morning. Jose is very easy to work with, he installed my window and cleaned the broken glass that was left. Awesome job Jose!

I would highly recommend Jose he was very accommodating to my needs as far as coming out within an hour of Calling and even came early and kept me updated about his arrival time. The number one highlight had to of been him coming out to my job to do the repair for no extra cost. He was very professional and polite and answered all my questions that I had unlike other auto glass places where they want to get you in and out and just take your money he took his time to explain everything to me. Overall I was very pleased with the service he provided and his work definitely exceeded my expectations and the price was great !!! Definitely worth five stars six if Unilocal would allow it

I Called J&J Auto Glass on a Friday morning around 6:30am knowing that nothing is open at that time to get any type of pricing for my broken passenger side window. I left a message with all the details for my car and within minutes I receive a text back with pricing to replace my window and the available time he would be able to make it out.
I was running into a few dilemmas that day with my car so Jose and I decided to keep in contact throughout the day to insure that the timing worked out with my car getting to my house and the arrival of his services. Great communication!
The timing worked out great. Jose arrived early and he was done in about 40 minutes. The work done exceeded my expectations and I am really happy with the entire experience. Jose did a great job!

Jose did a great job replacing a cracked windshield. He arrived on time and his workmanship was excellent. He also took care of a manufacturing problem with the windshield that was discovered after it was installed. Communication was excellent throughout this process. Very highly recommended!
