JB Mobile Detailing

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment. He was friendly and told me he had an appointment for Wednesday at 8:30am. I happily accepted it. Wednesday came, at 7:00am, I parked my car outside my garage and took out my kids car seats, I took out my bulky stroller from the trunk so that they can clean it really well without anything in the way. At 8:30am, nobody called… I waited. At 8:45am, I called them to make sure someone was coming and if they needed directions… no one picked up so I left a message. 9:00am, no return call so I called AGAIN… no one picked up. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m a mom of two and it’s so annoying taking car seats in and out. This was a major inconvenience for me, threw off my whole day because of this. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Updated: Got a call back at 10:30am, owner had said that he made a mistake with the address/​appointment or something of that sort, then said he can have someone come out at 11am… I said ok because my day was already thrown off. Employees showed up at 11:30am. They were friendly. Took about 2 hours to clean my Sienna. They did do a good job, which is why I gave them 3 stars… but for the inconvenience they put me through I believe they should have given me a discount or something but they didn’t, still charged me full price. So I still wouldn’t go to them again just because of the hassle and the fact that they didn’t seem to care too much for it. But they did do a good job cleaning my car.
P. S. If you do decide to go with them, make sure you take EVERYTHING out of your car that you don’t want to get thrown away. They threw away my full bottle of water, don’t know why. I can’t find my phone charger anywhere. So just be sure that you empty everything out otherwise it will get tossed in the trash.

These guys are miracle workers! I took my dad’s car to them it was trashed inside from his dog. When these guys were done you couldn’t tell there was ever a dog in it. I called on Thursday afternoon and they made themselves available the next morning. I definitely recommend them for your detailing needs.

I want to say that these guy know what to do and make it look so easy. They made my 1947 Chevrolet Fleetline look like new. They know the products and how to use them never felt so at ease. I recommend JB mobike Detailing to anyone that wants a company that can get the job done and preform above and beyond. All I gotta say is perfect… I am a fan.

Jose and the crew did a great job in car detailing! The car looks like new. I did the exterior and interior services. The crew showed up on time, 3 hours of hard work, and no bs.

I tried JB Mobile detailing for the first time and was simply blown away by how fantastic work they do. Great price, very hard working and great result. And you can’t beat the convenience of them coming over to your place.
Our MDX was in a serious need of a thorough cleaning. With 2 kids and a dog, there are many ways a car gets as dirty as ours was. No problem for JB’s crew that showed up all ready to tackle the challenge.4.5 hours later, our car was almost brand new!

José’s crew did a great job on my 11 year old Honda CR-​V. I work as a professional dog groomer and often have pets in my car. My car was one hair away from looking like the Mutt Cutts van from Dumb and Dumber. Needless to say no one ever wants to ride in my car due to the mess and smell. Carlos and his accomplice showed up on time, which was very convenient since I work from home. They worked on my vehicle for about 2 – 3 hours, and left my vehicle smelling and looking brand new! This will now be my go to detailing company!

I hired JB Mobile Detailing for the first time today to do a custom detail job for me. I am very impressed. My car looks like it just rolled off the show room floor.
Jose and his team were on-​time, professional, courteous, and efficient. It took them 3 hours to apply the recommended 5 layers of Zaino products I own.
His prices are extremely reasonable and he knows what he is doing. You do not have to worry about leaving your car in his capable hands. I am thrilled to have found them.

I was referred to JB Mobile Detailing by a bodyshop. They told me they specialize in dark colored vehicles. I have a black 2009 Lexus ls460 that had a lot of scratches on it including a key mark on the side of the car. I spoke with Jose and he came down to access the car’s condition. He told me he could take out most of the scratches. I scheduled an appointment and they were right on time and starting working on the car. I did a full exterior and interior service on the car. The results were amazing… they made the car look like new. Majority of the scratches taken out and they really did a fantastic job. Jose is a stand up guy and easy to work with.
I would highly recommend using their services. I’ve been to plenty of detailing shops and by far the result I got from JB Mobile was the best.

Wow, I am impressed with JB! I had my 8 year old car detailed this week, and now it feels like I have a new vehicle. That’s saying a lot, because with two young kids and a dog, my car really needed serious work. Carlos and the team made sure every minute detail was cleaned — air vents, door jambs, the little areas around knobs and buttons that collect dust… everything.
Jose was great as well, flexible without complaint when I had to reschedule my appointment, and keeping me informed via text as to when the crew would show up and when they were finished. THIS is how to do great customer service. I’ll be a repeat customer forever.

J B Mobile Detailing came to my home and performed magic on my 40 foot Renegade Motor Home. Returning from a long trip, they washed, dried and waxed the exterior and a completely cleaned the interior that included wood cabinets, leather throughout and carpets. And when all was done, interior and exterior sparkled. They even cleaned the motor compartment. And throughout the process, they scavenged the wash water from the street with a pump and recycled every drop. Great guys, hard workers, superior results. And remember this was not your average car… but a 40 foot motor home.

I have a 1995 Sable Station Wagon that means a lot to me, but has been badly neglected lately because I had been hospitalized for a time. The guys at JB Mobile did such an excellent job on cleaning, that I was totally shocked to see my car look almost new when they finished. I am very happy with their service, and so glad to recommend them to anyone who loves their car.

Friend of mine brought me in here and this is exceptional service and beyond five stars with its quality and price

I give 5 stars because of good service for the price. My car is 5 years old and neglected, so after getting some spray paint particles all over it from my hobby stuff spray painting, it was looking really bad. I figured out that I really can’t spray paint anywhere on my property, because the wind can carry it to my car. Bad.
JB guys spent over 2 hours on it and got 98% of all the rough spots out. This saved me tons of time and back ache. That spray paint residue is hard to get off, but the whole car, windows, trim, chrome, all of it was smooth and shiny just like brand new. OK they missed a couple spots but I easily rubbed them smooth myself.
I called around and you can’t this kind of service for less than $ 200 and even if you do, it’s risky. A lot of these detailing places have a chance of doing some damage.
Jose also gets points for a smiling and cheerful crew. They were busy the whole time and were pleasant.
I recommend these guys if you want to get a good value service, and I plan on using them from now on.

Jose & his team have detailed 3 different vehicles for me. The results were better than expected all 3 times. The quality of the work is amazing and the pricing very reasonable. They really are the best in the business. Plan a couple days in advance because they are busy and are usually booked a couple of days out.

Just bought a year 2014 Dodge Charger, ALL Black! My Dream Car… Since the day I drove off the lot with it I have gotten my new car detailed and washed at Hand wash Car Washes or a Lazy Drive Through Wash in a gas station. Never has it even reached my standards on a proper and legitimate/​thorough cleaning, unless of course I did it myself and spent hours hitting every nook and cranny. My schedule is extremely hectic, never ending & no space for breathing room unless I’m sleeping! Unfortunately my car was damaged on the side 3 panels just months after purchase & I had to get it re-​painted. To my eyes, it looked amazing. I wasn’t aware how convenient a mobile detail business can be for someone with such a crazy schedule like myself.
I trusted my car with Jose, the Owner of JB Mobile Detailing. I actually had gotten several referrals about his services and checked him out on Unilocal.The comment below with 2 stars from Lee S. sounds nothing like the professionalism and thorough detail service I received. (Honestly I don’t know how his comment makes any valid points at all when obviously this is a 5star page) Jose was prompt in following up with me and quite conveniently sent me photos of the detail in the works! When he brought the car back to me it GLOWED in my company parking lot! For the first time since I bought it, I felt as if I was getting into a newly owned car again. The tires were shiny and Black again! No dust and grime, the paint and glitter specks actually glittered like crazy in the sunlight, and the interior was not a dot of dust at all. I was AMAZED to say the least. Mind you, I didn’t even mention to him at all that I had previously had my 3 side panels re-​painted through an insurance body shop, and he asked me if anything had happened to one particular side of the car because the panels were not painted properly. He pointed out minor paint mistakes that even I was blind to until I looked extremely close, he explained how he had it sanded down & buffed & waxed. About a week prior my bowl with my lunch in it slid down off the hood and left this white mark I couldn’t get off for the life of me (Even when I went through a Car Wash) and surprisingly it was GONE. Like it was never there. My 8.4 inch screen inside was spotless and smudge less, my seats as well as underneath was pitch black-​restored completely to its original new state. My cup Holders always held in stained grime from to-​go meals and drinks or my morning coffee and that was all gone as well– spotless!
He walked me around the car to point out what he managed to fix and gave me pointers on how to maintain my vehicle and the new paint also. (No other Car Wash has ever done this type of service for me, when they finish-​they always give me the keys and my receipt and walk away) Jose (The Owner) actually was patient, answered all of my questions and advised the do’s and don’ts in maintaining my vehicle. Needless to say I am extremely grateful and happy with the outcome. For days I was continuously getting complimented on my car as if I had JUST purchased it-couldn’t have asked for more. He exceeded my expectations and I definitely feel safe leaving my BABY (2014 charger) in his & his crews hands! To top it off, the day after it rained (which freaked me out) because I knew I had the wax on my car, ironically Jose texted me and inquired as to how the car was since it was raining and even advised me to wipe the car down with a micro-​fiber towel he left me.
This business deserves more than 5 stars, definitely the ONLY Detail Wash Business that I would recommend all my family and friends too. Thank you Jb Mobile Detail!!!

I was expecting as good as my usual detailer with all the 5 star reviews when these guys were called in to get paint overspray off my car. However, I was left with disappointment and a botched clear coat.
If you have an eye for your cars finish and don’t take it through drive through washes or those detailing guys on the side of the road like me, then you don’t want to go with these guys. But if you’re happy with a nice sparkle and don’t care about the quality of your cars finish, these guys are fine.
I was concerned when they seemed to be doing a dry wash of my car after spraying it down. A couple of young guys were going at my car with rags seemingly endlessly rubbing my paint. I know that unless you’re applying product or drying the car you shouldn’t just aimlessly be rubbing down the car — I don’t care how soft and expensive your towels are, you WILL scratch your coat. It appeared like they put so many different coatings of product on they were trying to rub the stuff off.
When they claimed to be finished I scanned the car and noticed tons of paint spray still left on the car. The owner came back and I had to spend over an hour of my work time scanning my car to help them find paint spots — that’s what they were paid to do.
The worst part is my entire car now has those wonderful clear coat scratches, in some places where they scrubbed hard you can a barrage of scratches like an SOS pad. I was hoping a good waxing would take them away, but I already spent a few hours re-​detailing myself to no avail.
Now I’m left with a scratched up car I can see every time the sun or lights are on the car. I will have to take it to my profession detailer who will now have to buff down my clear coat to get the scratches out, which means I have less protection of my paint.
I was disappointed with the amateur workmanship and knowledge on how to take care of a cars coat from these guys. They need to learn the rules of detailing then maybe they can run a business.
