I have been going to Dr. Jane Chung and her wonderful staff for 6 years! I could not be more happy with the procedures I have gotten over the years at Jenesis Lipoplasty. Almost everyday, someone comments on my youthful and non aging skin! All thanks to Dr. Chung and her wonderful staff, Botox injects and laser toning treatments is my good too, for sure!

I went to see dr Jane for a consultation. Let me start by saying that dr Jane and her staff are amazing. I have to say I am very lucky that I have found this place. My sister she referred me to jenesis, I needed my face to be clear out because my face was oily & acne & acne scar i wasn’t happy how my face so dr Jane say I need to do fraxel 2 times & facial 10 times and I can’t be any happier that I have smoother skin & clear skin & now I don’t have to wear a lot of makeup just to cover up all my acne I cannot express how pleased I am with dr Janes work thank you!!! dr Jane I will definitely be back.

i needed my filler for my lips and botox for my jaws and forehead.
I asked my cousin and she referred me to jenesis, there was a bit of wait because my appt was on sat.
Dr. Jane looked my lips and said i should wait but i was due for botox for my jaws and forehead.
It has been 5 months since i had botox and still looks good.
Funny thing is my jaws looks more even now.

My experience at Dr. Janes was beyond great! After searching and searching for a good doctor, one of my good friends highly recommended dr Jane. I’m a very honest person so when I first came in for my consultation I was very observant about everything. I mean I’ve been to other consultations and the office staff were very rude! So I didn’t know what to expect. At Jenesis the staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered coffee the wait was not long and the office was beautiful! When I met Dr jane she was full of energy and was very upfront about what was best for me and gave me realistic expectations. I respected her honesty. She didn’t recommend I do too much. I started for my face with Ultratherapy because dr jane said it was better going naturally. I agreed with her. I was very impressed how much attention they gave me during my procedure considering all the staff were trying to help other patients. It has now been 1 year after and I still feel great and still get compliments I look great. I recently went back for a consultation for body shaping because I have been working out for years and after children there is those stubborn areas that just won’t go. I went to Dr. Janes for help. She recommended I do liposuction that didn’t require much downtime. I’m a working mommy so that sounded great for me! I went through with the surgery and I was given an appointment prior to my surgery where they explained all the details and gave me instructions and made sure I was prepared for the surgery. This made me feel good. I am beyond blessed I decided to go with my gut feeling with Dr. Jane. She is an artist at heart. I feel amazing and have the waistline I’ve always wanted. There was two very helpful young ladies helping assist during my surgery. It was not painful at all. I mean I was feeling happy with the medication I was given yet still functionIng. Anyway I’m very very thankful and blessed I decided to go with Dr. Jane and her staff that were all so amazing. I’m still currently going for aftercare. Even my husband noticed how great I’m looking. I cannot express how pleased I am with Dr. Jane’s work. She’s truly an Artist. I had the abdomen liposuction done back in April of 2015. Along with her amazing staff they really took care of me during and after the procedure. I wish I had done this allot sooner. No more Love handles! Thank you Dr. Jane. I went in got free consultation for possible filler for tear troughs issue with Dr. Jane Chung. On their website, the listing credentials for the Doctor are very impressive. The office is nicely decorated. And I was welcomed by a «patient care coordinator», who is young & attentive, she first had me signed 3 doc: 1. arbitration agreement 2. Nonrefundable treatment agreement despite result 3. privacy agreement. Then, Doctor came in, she is sweet & passionate about what she want to do for me. I do liked her attitude thinking she knew what she is talking about, decide to go with her suggestion. After Doc left, and Coordinator stepped out, 5 min. later back with a quotation of total 7 fillers of near $ 5000, I was shocked to see how much they want me to do, and immediately questioned it. She insists that this is what I needed and if not, I will not have good result. She went on told me that I already got discounted price for buying more. I somehow smelled sales pitch in her voice, felt uncomfortable, but Dr. Jane seems so nice, I decide to go ahead, but only agrees to maybe do half of it first. She then ask if I want to do it right now, I was again shocked by how rush and pushy she want me to commit to it, told her No and set time for later. Then, she asked if I want to pay for it now ! I can’t believe how eager she want get my money out of my pocket, I said NO ! I also asked her what about if I am not satisfy with the result and decide to melt the filler afterwards, do they charge for melting the filler for unfavorable result? She told me: It is NOT possible for unfavorable result and they will charge $ 500 to remove filler ! So, basically, they can sell me a lot, if i am not happy with result, i will have to pay to have it removed.
Dr. Jane Chung left great impression, but not her staff who I think might be commission based ! However, I really have to thank her for her pushy sales tactic as it was the BIG warning sign for me ! Because of this uneasiness, I did an extensive research on line about this place and the Dr. Jane Chung, I was very shocked for my findings, hope this would be something useful for you when you considering using this facility:
Personally, I think this Dr. Jane Chung has great attitude, she might be even experienced do what you need except I do NOT believe she is licensed to practice medicine, let along be titled as surgeon. Considering following if you consider her service :
1. She claims following on her website :15 years of experience as a board certified pathologist and cosmetic surgeon– I researched extensively on line about her board certification as Surgeon, and did NOT find any registration nor certification for anything even medical related. Not surgeon of any kind !
2. She claims she is an member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) — true ! I did find her on there with very little specifics, But base on information provided by ABMS Board certified Plastic surgeon website: The AACS was created by mostly non-​plastic surgeons to have a credential that made them look to the public like they were equal to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, but they are NOT. The ONLY way to assure yourself of getting a Plastic Surgery trained and ABMS Board certified Plastic surgeon is to see surgeons of are members of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) which she is NOT!
3. She also claims that she was voted the best Liposuction Surgeon by San Jose Magazine and the Best Plastic Surgeon in Bay Area in 2011 and 2013 by Metro Magazine — I did not find anything even remotely close to what she claims here. I am not sure how you can be voted when you are not even certified as surgeon? I also did not find anything about this Doctor on any medical review website. Award winning doctors usually has a lot public information, especially if they are named by publications, but I found NONE
4. There is a former business called: Jane Aesthetic Surgery — which you can find it on Unilocal,take a look at the reviews on there. Also, please make sure scroll to the bottom of the review and click on: 81 other reviews that are not currently recommended, you will able to read it, and there is one review on there wrote by A.S. which will back up what I am saying here. It is not just me finding these information, you can do it too. Again, if you do not believe me, do the research yourself.

I went here for a free consultation about a non-​invasive procedure.
First of all, the place is beautiful inside. It’s in a quiet but accessible area, and there’s lots of parking.
The staff was very nice, and there wasn’t much downtime. I was able to fill out my information on a tablet instead of a clipboard, which I thought was cool. There are products and makeup to buy.
I only saw Dr Jane for a few seconds, but she seemed to know her stuff and was very direct. One of her nurses spent almost an hour sitting with me and discussing various procedures, which included advising me against a few things based on my skin type. I had done research before my consultation, but I really appreciated their honesty; it made me feel comfortable that they aren’t just trying to gouge people for money but really care about giving their patients the best.
To cover my bases, I’ve scheduled consultations with other doctors, but I don’t much see the point now. I was very impressed with this office and would highly recommend it! I will update after I have a treatment done.

I had the Lipoplasty procedure at Jenesis a couple of months ago and I am extremely happy with the results! Dr. Jane customizes and combines different types of procedures to achieve the best results possible. For example included in the belly lipoplasty package, was six sessions of a skin tightening devise, which ultimately gave me amazing results. You can tell that Dr. Jane really loves what she does and she genuinely cares about her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable on all of the latest techniques that are less invasive and give more natural results, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff at Jenesis is very friendly and they treat you like you are part of their family when you are in the office. I would highly recommend Jenesis to my friends and family!

I was told I would have the body Id be been wanting. They assured me I was a perfect candidate and I would be happy with my results. I knew I was a fit for the surgery and was very excited to go through with it. I noticed very minimal difference in my body. I am 5’6 150lbs and had a little gut and small butt especially on my hips. I wasnt expecting a super booty but I look at myself now 9 months after surgery and see a slightly smaller tummy and little to no difference in my body shape. It was not worth the 6k and although results vary I understand that. What I am not happy about is the way they convinced me I would have the body I had been wanting. After going for my 3^rd check up one of the medical assistants told me that sometimes people have to do Vaser twice. Well that would have been nice to know prior to my surgery. It was a huge dissappointment because I felt no more comfortable in a bikini that summer than I ever did prior. My medical assistant working with me kept telling me how excited she is for me that I will look great for summer etc etc.
Dr. Jane is a nice doctor, but for this specific surgery I should have gone elsewhere. Someone who specializes in fat transfer to buttocks.
At least I made a little progress with her from the surgery so I have been able to eat well and workout which has helped with my body image but I certainly did not receive what I thought I was paying for.
I also found many of the photos that they use on her site and in the office to show for Vaser are on other Dr. Websites and google. So again I feel played — I thought this was her own work I was viewing.

I did my double eye lid surgery couple weeks ago. My eyelid was sagging and made me look very tired, yet I was so afraid of looking unnatural. I have consulted many doctors, but Dr. Jane was the only one who gave me the confidence. In fact, she did it so natural, and so, no one even noticed that I got it done. All her staffs, especially Anna, are kind and put you at ease. The only negative is that they tend to overbook, and make you wait for a long time.

Dr. Jane is truly an artist. I just had the Radiesse filler for wrinkle correction, and I must say it made a world of difference immediately! I walked in feeling so unhappy with my older appearance, and walked out looking like I feel — young. Dr. Jane spent a very long time on the treatment to make sure the results were perfect. Lidocaine numbing cream was applied prior to treatment to minimize any discomfort. I was also impressed how friendly and helpful the staff was.
Don’t take chances with your face, go to Dr. Jane!

Dr. Jane is so cute and funny, I just love her. She is very honest and will tell you exactly what she thinks, but does not insult or embarrass you in any way. The staff are all sensitive to your needs, and are very sweet and knowledgeable about procedures. They are MUCH nicer than other office staff in the industry (*COUGH COUGH Skin Institute in San Jose!) Very happy with my results. Natural and subtle. They follow up with you, and make sure your ready for your procedure AND call to make sure your doing good after your procedure. I think it was a waste of my money at the price that they were charging to get that ultra facial done and nothing happened to my face after I wouldn’t waste the money on it

Service is amazing! Although I ended up not getting any treatments done here (because I decided to accept myself as I am), I was really impressed with their service. They are really, really nice, especially Elaine. They were willing to answer lots of questions in my first consultation, talk to me even more on the phone, and schedule a second consultation — all free of charge so that I would feel comfortable going ahead. Even though I decided not to go ahead, I am impressed with the work they do as seen in pictures.

My hubby has had two laser removal treatments so far at Jenesis Lipoplasty & Laser. The staff are professional, courteous, and they take the time to explain how the equipment works and how your body will respond. Equally important is that the equipment used for tattoo removal actually works! According to the doctor, it is the latest in technology. This is not the first place he has tried for tattoo removal but since we can see noticeable fading after each treatment there is no need to look any further.

I have been with Dr. Jane for more than 2 years. Dr. Jane had changed my life and boost up my self confidence. The transformation she gave me is more than words I can put together. A little about myself: I was once almost 190lbs when I was 16yrs. I was always an over weight kid growing up. I decided to go on diet when I was 16, by the age of 18yrs I weight 125lbs. Unfortunately, no matter how much weight I lost, my bottom part of my body will not loose an inch. I have tried lots of different treatments and exercising but nothing really works. I have a waist of 27 inches but a pear shape bottom of 42 inches. My bottom issue has been a problem in my life, I can never where the same clothes as other kids and friends growing up. I have never owned a pair of jeans or pants.
When I came to Dr. Jane for face treatment and she asked me if I have any other surgery before. I did have 1 Liposuction with a doctor in Las Gatos, I was planning to save enough money to go back to the same doctor for second Liposuction. Dr. Jane asked me if I could show her my Liposuction area. I was so ashamed to show her my tights and leg. I trusted my doctor is Las Gatos and never questions his work. After the surgery, my legs (tights) are smaller inches but still do not have any shape. It also build up so much dimples and lumps, I thought it was normal after Liposuction procedure.
When Dr. Jane saw my legs, she asked if she could help me. I went through two Liposuction with Dr, Jane. I am amazed what she gave me in life. All I asked for all these years is to have two normal looking legs. If I did not go through the procedure with Dr. Jane, I would not know what a good doctor could offer. Also what did the first «Las Gatos» Doctor did to my tights. The «Las Gatos» Doctor traumatized my tights and gave me this horrible ripples around my tights. My tights look so disgusting after the first Liposuction.
Dr. Jane had given me new hope in life and also boost up my confidence. After two Liposuction on my tights (You can only take so much fat in each procedure. Due to the massive of fat that I have, I need two procedure to have the best result), I now have a normal shape of tights. I own my first pair of jeans two years ago, it is such as amazing feeling. Dr. Jane has an eye of beauty, her skill of contouring is top notch. I wish she was my first Plastic Surgeon, then I will not have to spend so much more time and money to fix the horrify issue the Las Gatos doctor had created.
She has minimized my dimple situation at least 50−60%. I owned my first skinny pair of jeans 2 months ago. 2 months ago Dr. Jane and her staff Ana, recommended me to go though the Vase Shape procedure to smooth out my loose skin and dimples. I completed my 5^th Vaser Shape procedure last Saturday, Connie has been working really hard on my two legs (tights). You can not believe that the day for my legs to look normal is possible. Vaser Shape has tighten my loose skin and smooth out the dimples and lumps on my legs.
My legs situation is really extreme, therefore I have very reasonable expectation. I will be so happy even it only has 50% improvement. But the results that I got from Dr. Jane and her stuff is more than 100%. They had given me a new life that I never have. Thank you very much to Dr. Jane and everyone that had help me on my legs the last two years from Jenesis.
Finding a good plastic surgeon is not easy especially someone that has an eye of «natural beauty». Dr. Jane not only given two new legs, she also had given me a new life that I had never have.
