Specialties
We specialize in Ortho-K or Corneal Refractive Therapy. This is an alternative to glasses and contacts. The CRT lens gently reshapes the cornea while you sleep. You remove the lenses when you awake and you see clearly throughout the day without glasses or contacts. It’s non-surgical and reversible. And studies have shown that this process prevents myopia from getting worse.
History
Established in 1967.
Dr. Kenneth Wiener started the practice in 1967. It has always been in the same location and has served thousands of patients over the years. In 2007, Dr. Steven Kas bought this well established Eye Center, and he continues the same tradition of giving outstanding vision care to all his patients. What makes the practice extra special is the time we take to build relationships with our patients. We spend a good portion of the exam talking about life and kids, and over the years, many of our patients have become good friends of the office. We look at our office as a place that people can feel comfortable coming to for their vision care. Our Motto is: We look at everything we do from the patient’s point of view. Hope to see you soon!
