Keep it Flowing Air Conditioning & Heating

They installed our AC unit and not too long after, the unit doesn’t work. We called them to take a look, made an appt and on day of they just never showed up and ignored our phone calls — as we waited for them on our weekend.
We spent good money with them, the install wasn’t perfect, they opened a big hole in our flooring and never closed it back up up (we later found out and rodents were able to easily come through– not to mention the mystery smell we were experiencing at our home for a long time).
The AC unit itself wasn’t the factor, but the poor workmanship and professionalism. It breaks down and they fail to respond to come back to get it done right. Am extremely disappointed and feeling completely ripped off.

i regret having them install my a/​c unit. the guy hung up on me when i complained about their lack of communication. jesse and his team suck big time.

Jesse, Alex and Charlie are awesome HVAC contractors. I called many HVAC companies and they were the only few who knew how to work on the Air Conditioning Unit in our apartment complex. They were able to resolve the issue in 2 visits.

In the cool of March 2013 I bought a new house and the attic gas furnace would shut down after only a few minutes. These guys were the lowest price of very few HVAC shops available for an unscheduled job. Jesse had to make three visits, twice failing to diagnose the problem, and ultimately selling me a new furnace as I shivered. After installing the new furnace the venturi whistled and the main air circulating fan shook out of balance, but at least the house was finally warm. Not wanting to take more time off of work, I decided to live with the noises.

I would not recommennd, waste of time and money. They installed new heater, charged whole lot and my heater is still not working. Called several times but they will give «tips» over the phoe. I think they lack professionalism. I am sure there are better customer oriented company’s out there. I wish best luck to them.

I called on a wed and i told them about my unit, then getting told they are going to have the ‘technician’ call me back to make an appointment. i waited… nothing.
I called thursday told them about my unit and once again they said they would call back.
I called friday and the same thing, except this time, they said they would call me back and hung up. funny thing is he never got my phone number.
I called monday, because the prices were still pretty decent andhe recognizes my voice and says oh arent you the one that has been calling. im sorry to tell you but we dont work on those kinds of units.
so i called someone else who gave just as good of a deal.
to bad i been freezing all week tho!
take your money and TIME somewhere else!

Get a second opinion before doing ANYTHING with this company. My nightmare experience with Jesse (aka Jay) too long and arduous to describe. My bad for not getting a second quote… I know better.

My furnace stop working completely (no air blowing out, but there seem to be flame inside the furnace), so I found Jay through the craigslist ad. I should have check Unilocal review before calling this guy. The only positive is he makes Sunday appointment and gives a «free» diagnostic inspection. Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch… So he came in and took some of the panels of the furnace. He was telling me the panel is hot, which is not a good sign. Then he spend some time poking around with his flashlight and then told me that the furnace has a «crack heat exchanger» and that it should be repair immediately may cause CO2 to leak. Repairing it would cost as much as replacing the entire unit and advice me to replace the entire unit. He quoted me a price of a new price and left. Since it is high cost and the fact that my furnace is probably 7 to 8 years old, it probably doesn’t need replacement. So I called TFF HVAC (Tony) and he came in and diagnosed the problem. It is NOT a cracked heat exchanger as stated by Jay, but simply a bad circuit board and a limit switch. It only cost me $ 100 in parts. Jay is a scam artist, don’t trust him or his business.

I contacted this company and spoke to Jay. We discussed an Air conditioning issue we’ve been having. We set up an appointment for the next day and he was going to check with one of his guys on if they would be able to live up to what he told me which was that they don’t charge a service charge. I waited and waited and never heard from him, and he never showed up to our appointement and yes, he had my address and phone number. I’m actuallly happy this did happen because then I knew what kind of service they would give and it saved me tons of frustration and money down the road. Even speaking to him on the phone he was very unprofessional. The quote he gave me for freeon was also about $ 15 more than another guy in town. Oh, and they don’t charge by the hour, they charge by the job so they can’t give quotes and so they can rip you off.

These guys are very reasonable. I got the quote from at least 3 guys out there and they were the cheapest. Moreover, they gave me the same day appointment and returned my call right away as compared to a few others who took a while to return the call. Came for diagnostics first and then were able to apply my diagnostic fee towards my repair.
I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend these guys. They might not have a lot of reviews on Unilocal but I heard from them that Unilocal removes the reviews if you are not a constant Unilocaler. Not sure if this is true.
Again, very reasonable prices and excellent service. Very happy with thema nd would highly recommend them.

Last year my central air started blowing warm air. I called a local AC guy to fix it and long story short I had the same problem a few months later. This time I call Jesse at Keep it Flowing Mechanical. I spoke to Jesse on the phone and set up an appointment. Jesse and his son showed up on time and figured out the problem in about 15 min. While Jesse had his son recharge the unit he took the time to reseal a few of my vents that were leaking air.
They were both professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up when they were done and it looks like they fixed the problem. When they were done Jesse even told me if the same thing happens again give him a call and he will make sure it is corrected.
They charged a fair rate and they did a great job. I hope I do not need to call them again, but I attached their card to my furnace in case I ever need them again.
