The cashier just rude and not to mention the server… but what to expect. They look so unhappy

By far, the worst KFC ever.
Did you know that you can actually request for fresh hot wings, right out of the fryer, hot, juicy, delicious wings?! Well, you can.
And when I went to this KFC and asked for 40 freshly fried hot wings, the cashier was hesitant, then told me their hot wings just came out of the fryer. I was persistent and asked for fresh ones and then she turns to her «manager» (who looked like a tool) and he was rude and condescending and asked if I wanted to try their wings to see how fresh they are. So my sister tried one to prove that it was not fresh and indeed, they weren’t and the situation got so awkward that we just left.
If I’m going to spend over $ 30 for some chicken, they better be hot and juicy! Otherwise, there are at least 10 other KFCs that will honor that request.

Very slow only one staff in register and was also passing out orders too, but the server apologize only wanted a drink since I did my daily hike/​running gave me the free drink and offered me dessert and chicken for free but i declined… totally would ruin my health streak, but I was tempted.

picked up a $ 20 filler up for dinner. chicken, apple turnover, sides dishes were decent. they forgot to pack the biscuss. this place always manage to forget packing something… or was it intentional? this isnt the first time. infact most of the time. the guy in front of me have to come back for the missing items.
a must if order for to go: check everything before leaving because it is quite a hassle to drive all the way back to get it.

Service was extremely slow and incompetent. We saw a couple walking out after 20 minutes of waiting for their food (they got their money back). We just waited and waited.
Also, they didn’t have this, and then they didn’t have that.
The food we finally got was not that great either. And my box was missing a cookie which I had to go ask for (I got two, which was nice, and a +1 star).
The seating area felt a bit dirty as well.
Now, to be honest, you do get to focus on negative points when you are a bit frustrated. We were hungry and annoyed. We may not have been agitated as much if we weren’t. I must also add that I don’t like KFC in general. The staff remained friendly, even though they clearly didn’t like their jobs. So I have to give them that much.
But I don’t think I’ll ever go back there.

Giving it the 5 stars because the cashier with red hair is hot didn’t catch her name but I will next time!

We were quite disappointed after we had our dinner here last night. We ordered a 8-​pc family meal, cost over $ 30 with very small pieces of drumsticks and wings. We dined here several times before, and this time is the worst experience of all. When we placed the order, the cashier had to check if there’s enough chicken. When the order came, the drumsticks and wings were so small compared to the the meal we had in the past.
DO NOT COME HERE. YOU’LL BE FOOLED WITH A FAMILY MEAL THAT COSTS OVER $ 30.

This place used to have excellent customer service. They would take your name and write on your receipt. When your order was ready they would call your name and check your order. Lately, they stopped doing that and it shows. My orders have frequently been wrong. I don’t know why the management made the change or if the employees just don’t bother. If the the customer service does not improve. I cannot recommend this KFC.

Great and fast service. The women’s bathroom was nasty though. Yuck. Trash was over flowing, sink hadn’t been scrubbed in quite a while, almost out of TP, and trash on floor. Makes me wonder how clean the restaurant is behind the counter. I was the only customer and there was 4 – 5 people working.

I always go for the Wednesday special with pot pies. Went yesterday 5 – 14 and ordered and paid. By the way it will be 20 minutes for your pot pies. Sorry but no thanks once again. It seems to happen every other time. Got my money back and headed over to the KFC on Winchester in Campbell with no wait at all. Not sure if I’m going back plus the prices are getting out of hand.

Nothing beats fast food fried chicken when you are hungry as fug w an absolute craving for KFC. I usual get one of the combos ie: 2 piece chicken with corn, biscuits, and mashpotatoes w gravy. The bbq wings and chicken little sammys are sure tasty caloric fillin’ bites. Even tho this stuff is pumped with additive and fake shiz, its OK to fullfill a kfc craving once in blue moon. ya dig?

Good chicken and nice service

It just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Very bland, no flavor. The biscuits are dry and crumbly. The fries are okay as is the cole slaw. 7 $ for 2 pieces of chicken? Go to the Safeway deli.

My wife went here and me not paying attention to Unilocal since all KFC should be the same. She bought the chicken breast and thigh meal. When she came home and we opened up the box there was two small pieces of chicken. I told her. «what is this?». She was like «oh my god !!!». The chickens were not only small but also seemed old. Will not go back here. I hope the owner reads these reviews and start paying attention to his business or else it’s going down hill with this product.

I’ve lived in the area for decades, and have bought chicken here more than a few times.
Yesterday around 4:30 I stopped in to get chicken for dinner. No body is in the restaurant and no cars are parked outside. Hmmm.
Wanted hot wings, but of course was told we will have to wait 9 min for a batch because there were only 7 available at the time. So, we asked for a piece of chicken for a substitute. Fine. Bought a ten piece bucket too, with 3 sides. $ 33.00.
Got home, the bucket of chicken was obviously not fresh at all, I would say it had been warming for over an hour, minimum. Awful.
The coleslaw tasted off.
I will be trying other KFC’s in the future.

In my mind, KFC is the best fried chicken fast food joint out there. KFC is better than Popeye’s, Louisiana’s Fried Chicken, etc. etc.
When I was younger, i would love getting the coupons in the mail with deals on Colonel’s Crispy Strips — those seemed to be even pricier than the drumsticks and thighs. Maybe the processing (bone removal) increases the costs?
This location happened to be closest to home and thus frequented the most. Most of their sides were consistently amazing — from the healthy corn to the classic mashed potatoes & gravy to the seasoned potato wedges to the gooey mac & cheese (just anything but the cole slaw). My go to dish was always the three crispy strips with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Finished it all off with biscuits and butter, leaving me a very happy camper. Later on, I leveled up to three drumsticks with the same sides. EXTRA CRISPY, PLEASE! I didn’t care how long I’d to wait for them to make a new batch of extra crispy. The fried chicken was always crunchy all around and juicy on the inside. Just the way I liked it.
KFC was great for picnics, quick lunches, comforting dinners, road trips, and even camping trips. When I went to China for four months, the only food from America I craved was KFC (specifically KFC, not just any fried chicken). In the back of my head though, I know this is still mass produced and probably laden with preservatives fast food. Could there be any fried chicken better than KFC out there? I’d like to venture to find out.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and they always make me wait for a new batch of chicken. The service here is rude. They don’t know how to manage their inventory based on customers needs. I’ve been here maybe 5 times and 3 out of 5 times they would make me wait at least 10 minutes for the next batch of hot wings or crispy chicken. I didn’t mind the 1^st time waiting but they throw you an attitude like it’s you’re fault for wanting to order what you want to order especially when they’re out of it.
Plus they’re rude when taking your order. Bad service, poor attitude, not a great KFC location. I’d go elsewhere.

Tasty but only in moderation

KFC is my family’s fried chicken meal at home. We always get take out here if my dad says he is bringing home dinner.
Funny how things work out — he brings home KFC after my bro and I eat at Popeyes for lunch… was really able to compare chicken that day… I love KFC’s mashed potatoes and biscuits, which we always get as sides. As for the chicken, definitely oily and crispy, which is the way I like my fried chicken. KFC is the one for me :)

Gotta knock em down a star for a .92 cents up charge PER PIECE for white meat. Thats an easy way to spend $ 30 on a bucket of chicken. And the star decrease is also due to the nasty black insides of the last chicken we got that I had to throw away. I know, I shoulda gone back and complained, but after a long day of work I dont have it in me.
