For the most part this place is pretty good. I went in and got my eye exam, found some frames I liked, and everything went well. The only CON I would say is because I had inquired about some Rec Specs (recreational safety glasses)… The receptionist showed me some pairs they had and I had mentioned some from another company I saw online. She told me that they could order them and bring them in for a fitting but she never did. A month later I called back to see if she had received them yet and she never ordered them. She then said she would order them and call me back but never did…
The eye doc was good, but the follow through with the receptionist I found lacking a bit. Still, the place was pretty good… The rec specs weren’t something I really needed right then, but something I wanted to look into getting. Had they been necessary and the receptionist failed with her follow up, I would have given the review fewer stars.
