I never realised the importance of having good front desk/​receptionists until I became a mom and had to visit the pediatrician’s office. As new parents (which itself comes with whole load of worries on how one is parenting), when your kid gets sick it throws even the most chilled out parents in a state of tension. Dr K has been our 2 year old son’s doctor since his birth. When he was about 18 months old, he was terribly sick with high fever and the front desk decided it was the perfect time to mess up our appointment. Dr K was out that week and we had an appointment for friday for the replacement doctor. When we went in, the receptionist told us our appointment was for thursday. Which was ridiculous, because both me and hubby were super busy on thursday and there was no way we couldve taken that appointment. But that is not the worst part, the front desk behaved as if it was 100% our mistake and there was no chance they could have messed up the appointment. They did not even consider a slight possibility that they had made a mistake. We told them we were willing to wait to see the Dr as our son was very sick and she coolly told me that it was not possible since it was almost end of day. I hated the attitude the 2 girls gave me (forgot the names). This is not the only time they have been rude. I hope the Dr realises the importance of having a pleasant staff (it does so much to worried parents). I do not have any problem with the Dr herself and she has been quite good pediatrician.

Amazing doctor, very patient and knowledgeable. She has worked with us since our baby was born about 1.5 years ago. She has been able to help and cure all the issues we have come across including constipation, food issues, colds, wheezing etc etc. Bonus– she is available on some weekends too, answers and returns phone calls on weekends and hols. Her office is neat and friendly.
I would recommend this doctor to my friends and family.

I’m changing my child’s dr immediatley… and its not because of the dr… the staff was very rude that curse and are on personal calls. very unprofessional… although I have to say Lilly I think her name is was always very sweet and attentive, informative if you want questions answered talk to her.

I bring my daughter here which will not be for long. The Doctor is very nice, so is her assistant but the receptionist is a little rude every time I go she’s on a personal call to busy to help if you have any questions.

Great doctor, but the hoodrats working the front office comes off as very rude and useless with answering any questions. Too busy with Facebook, pssh.

Dr is very friendly and answers all your questions. She does not rush my son’s appointments, which I love.
Minus one star because of the receptionist. Front office should be welcoming, please hire a better receptionist so I can change my rating to 5 stars!
