Krucial Printing

I recently went to Krucial Printing to get some Tshirts made for my nieces birthday so that I could hand out to my family as a surprise. I literally gave them only 2 days to get them done and although that’s not realistic and I wasn’t sure they would have them done in time, sure enough they did. The shirts came out great and my family loved them. I told them that I wanted to shirt to look like it came from a clothing store, not something cheap. They took my thoughts on the design and made the final product come out even better than I expected. If you’re looking for custom Tshirt printing, I highly recommend Krucial Printing! They were easy to work with, and I will surely be using their services again.

My wife and have been using this company for couple of years now and I’d have to say they’re very professional efficient and driven for customer satisfaction. These guys are the best! I’ve recently started my own clothing line and was referred to them by the people at Halloway Clothing. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I first came in just to get quotes and see samples but after being shown around the facility I was sure they were who I wanted to do business with. I came back with my first design and the person I spoke with even helped fix the design, he took time to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted. We went over prices and in lest than 10 days I had my shirts! What I like is how honest they are about everything, they aren’t trying to add hidden charges or screw anyone over. I’m DEFINITELY going back to them for stickers, hats, and more shirts

Boyfriend wanted to make shirts and Keith was super helpful. Broke down everything for us: brought out shirt size samples, helped edit a logo, and made a preview for us to see.
Great reasonable pricing for an order too. The shop is cool cause you get to see the printing in action in the back. Located close to Japan town and the shop faces E Taylor street. Can’t wait to see how the shirts turn out! :)

When we decided to get sweatshirts made for all of our location managers it was clear we had a lot of choices for screen printing. With so many choices; selecting a printer quickly became about quality and service. As a District Manager for a local coffee company — one that prides itself on our craft, quality and superior customer service — I don’t think it was a coincidence that we ended up working with Krucial Printing. Keith conducts himself with an admirable business sense and takes pride in the finished product. I was ordering sweatshirts for a pretty large area and a lot of people (yes I admit I was a little disorganized!) but Keith had suggestions, was patient and despite their very full schedule and multiple orders I felt like I was their priority. This is rare in today’s service industry and when you find it you simply want them to be a success. I highly recommend Krucial Printing. A group of people with this much ambition and passion for doing things right should rise above the rest. And to top it all off — when our group wore our sweatshirts at our recent meeting — everyone raved about them! High quality, printing that clearly won’t crack or peel and I felt like I supported a company with similar goals to my own in working with them.

Starting a new clothing line without any experience can be very overwhelming. Where do you start? Who do you call? Believe me; I called everyone up and down the Unilocal list with mixed results. Some screen shops didn’t return my phone calls after leaving messages. Some screen shots gave me quotes but never followed up with me. Some screen shops acted like they didn’t need my business. I was a straight newb and had no idea what I was doing so naturally I had a lot of questions. You can google all you want to but different shops had different equipment with different processes with different terminologies. After filtering through at least 30 screen printing companies in the Bay Area, I stumbled upon Krucial Printing through a friend’s recommendation on Instagram. I checked them out on their IG feed @krucialprinting and was instantly impressed with their quality. They print shirts for some very prominent and popular brands in the Bay Area like Cukui and Kava. I jumped on the horn and called them. Keith, the owner answered the phone and was patience as a rifled through all my questions. Keith wasn’t in a hurry to get off of the phone and had a genuine interest for my business.
After I got all of the quotes, I narrowed down my top 2 shops based on quality. There was Shop X and then there was Krucial. Krucial beat out the same shop by a significant amount. When you’re starting out, saving a few bucks or in this case, a few hundred bucks made all the difference. Krucial was the shop of choice. I didn’t want a one-​time deal print job. I wanted a relationship with a shop where we can build both of our businesses together.
Needless to say, Krucial Printing has surpassed every aspect of our expectations. From their customer service to their delivery date, Krucial has not missed one deadline. Just give them a call and visit their warehouse. There, you’ll see some down to earth doods that will pump out the Bay Area’s best handcrafted products! We released our first shirt 3 months ago with Krucial’s help and since then, Krucial has printed over 500 shirts for us!
