We ordered beautiful draperies from My Ai 18 months ago. The sheer didn’t work quite right but neither my husband nor I wanted to deal with complaining because we were both so busy at work. Recently, I contacted her and finally complained. When she saw the photo she requested, she came immediately and promised to fix it for free. In addition to the repair, she did additional free work by adding hardware and a matching fabric tie to make the curtain work ideally for us. I would definitely get drapes here again. Highly recommended.

We recently have a need for new shutters in our home, we found Lam’s Custom Draperies in the area on the net. Called and talked to the owner, MyAi, for an estimate. She showed up the next day and gave us a very reasonable estimate with great line of name brand products. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and has excellent design skills. Without hesitation, we hired her on the spot. She scheduled installation date, and had her crew showed up and installed them on time, and nicely. She is very responsive, answered our questions right away. She cares for her customers and our satisfaction. Highly recommend to everyone who has the need for windows covering, shutters, draperies, etc. You should stop by her nice shop and checkout her products. Pretty impressive. Would definitely do business again.

Just moved into new home. Had bought drapes and shades at another store and when their installers flaked on me I contacted My-​Ai at Lam’s. She gave me a quick quote which was very reasonable and an installer was here 2 days later. He was super nice and did the job very quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends.
