THIS PLACE IS FAB… I went in for some Bras and I wasn’t sure if they still had the ones I like since it had been a few years since I bought any. I refuse to go anywhere else for Bras because lane Bryant seems to have the best fit… I was greeted right away with hellos and smiles when I walked in, and ANDREW OMG ANDREW I LOVE YOU .AND JADE LOVE TO YOU ALSO, the customer service I received from both of them was phenomenal, Andrew is very knowledgeable he helped me find what I was looking for and even suggested a couple similar to what I wanted, checked on me through out the process and offered to help, I didnt buy the ones I went in for instead I bought the other 2 he reccomended which were super comfy and cute, excellent at multi tasking, and helping several customers at once, and overall awesome and super friendly, and Jade is also super fabulous, knowledgeable and friendly. I WILL DEFINATLEY BE BACK BE BACK AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. THANK YOU ANDREW AND JADE FOR AN AWESOME AND SATISFYING SHOPPING TRIP.

Today, while shopping at Layne Bryant in the Oakridge Mall in San Jose, I could not find a bra that was comfortable and fit. Jade did a great job of educating me on bra sizes, how best to use my straps and rear fasteners and took the time to make sure my bra was comfortable and fit! I really appreciate her great customer service!

I love coming here. The women who work here are phenomenal. This review is for Anna. I came in last night just to browse around 7:45pm. Was immediately was greeted and asked by staff if I needed help finding something in particular, and was welcomes to ask if I has any questions.
I started looking at bras and Anna started a room for me. She checked up on me. I found that my size had changed and was struggling with what I was used to. She asked about sizing, and grabbing more things for me.
Overall she was balancing two women, and myself, and also checking stock in back while pulling off rack for all of us. She helped size me, and pick out items, and was great with checking in on me.
I left happy, and though one wasn’t in stock, I was able to get it ordered to be picked up in store. I’m definitely coming back!

Just had the best time shopping here! The staff was so helpful and kind. Jade was sweet and make shopping so easy. She also went out of her way to check in the back for items for me.

8:30 on a Friday and only one employee in the whole store. Not cool. Waited in line for 15 minutes.

I placed a 2 day order 4/21.on ⁴⁄₂₄ I had to call to confirm delivery at the store. When I got to store and asked to pick up order-​they had not logged it into log book. On ⁴⁄₂₈ I received email that my order arrived??? I called cuz i wanted to make sure I did not have 2 orders. AMY explained that lb has not had key holders in long time, whatever that is?? Then she stated that lb has not had a manager steady in the store for last 6 months would I like to apply… wth?She then asked if I had friends I could recommend to work there. .really. When I told her I would never recommend friend to work at this monkey store she hung up on me. Here she offers an upset customer a job and when she’s turned down she hangs up. If you can’t take a decline then don’t offer. Grow up AMY you are in customer service so act the part cuz you are not good at it. It’s EXTREMELY unprofessional and just tacky. I was not aware that is how lb recruits their employees. Strange and very unprofessional. I HAVE A JOB ALREADY AMY! I AM A CUSTOMER! I WAS AN UPSET CUSTOMER CUZ UR STORE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO CONTACT A CUSTOMER WITH 2 DAY DELIVERY — IT WAS 4 DAYS LATER THAN ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE! I don’t know about u but how many wrongs did u catch in this? Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE lb but this Oakridge lb SUCKS! Customer service is worse than a carnival!

Very annoyed ! My wife and I came here to look for a dress or something for her to wear to a wedding. We were in the store walking around for over 20 minutes and not one person came to us to greet us or offer help. By the time she was ready to try things on our arms were full of clothes and still nobody came to help. My wife had to go to the counter to ask for a room. This place is hella expensive and we spend a lot of money here !!! Need to find somewhere else to shop where the customer is appreciated and even made felt special. There were two visible employees behind the counter too.

The first time I went to the store the workers were very friendly helping me pick things out, btw I was at valley fair. The second time I went to return a dress that I didn’t want any more the girl was super rude and unpleasant to even look at. Her facial expression were disgusting I don’t know if it was the way I looked or what but she was rude and didn’t even really speak to me when she was done she just left the receipt on the counter and turned away didn’t even say thank you or have a good day!!! Ugh if you don’t like your job get your FAT ASS out of there and look for a new one !!!

Its a shame that a woman who wears a size 16 tall in your store be made to feel uncomfortable purely because I do not look like I belong. Never have I ever been fat shamed or skinny shamed in my life… thank you for being snotty and completely unhelpful when all I wanted was a pair of pants that fit.
FYI– try treating women of ALL sizes with courtesy and respect, you don’t know who or why we’re shopping in your store.

i managed to get in and out of your store for less than $ 100 today. THAT ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS. not only did you have fab work-​friendly shirts for sale, but you honored pricing on a shirt that should have been regular price and ordered a few things for me online (which will ship to my place for free!) so that i could take advantage of the BOGO promo (i couldn’t buy the second top from the store because all other colors weren’t in my size). you ladies were so friendly and funny. i am never going to the valley fair location again — they almost never have clearance and the staff isn’t friendly there. oakridge for the win!
