I have never seen someone soo unprofessional as the lady in this office that goes by the name Susan!
My dad has been in a car crash and I was introduced here a while ago but since it was in a hurry, I picked her. But I wish I can go back in time and find someone better! Its been since October 2013 and my dad’s case still isnt finished! She doesnt picks up my phone, has no response whatsoever. The last time she have spoken to my dad is because he literally called her 1k+ times and she even lied to my dad telling him that I dont pick up her call! Very professional SUSAN!
