The customer service was good but I picked up a Honda Civic bumper and it is not he right one for my civic so now I’m gonna return in and there is a restocking fee even if it was the wrong part (20%). This place has a lot but it could be a lot better. Just check parts right when you buy them.

On Monday June 8,2015 I called to see if there was a front bumper for my 1999 ford Windstar se they said the do and it was going to be $ 82 so i went to this place from Menlo park so when i went in they said the didn’t have it so i said someone says its here they said they will place an order. Next day i went back and it was the wrong bumper so i told them, they said they will get the right one but it will be here on Thursday 6−11−15. Today i called and i was asking if the bumper came in and they hung up and two more times i called and they hung up again so i went in at 4pm they said its on its way come back at 4:30 and so i did they said not here so i said money please so the Asian guy said we’ll deliver it to you so i said money please and left home, never will go or recommend this place to any one. Except better business bureau

I called to order a replacement for my passenger side view mirror. I gave them all the specifications, vehicle year, name, model etc. and told them the side view mirror was powered and heated. After a few minutes they said that they had one and would order it. The next day, I drove down to the shop just to make sure they ordered the right replacement, which they assured me that they had. The following Monday when the replacement arrived I went down to pick it up and once I opened the box I noted that the mirror was not the same as the previous on nor my driver’s side mirror. I informed «Leo» of this and asked him to come outside to see the difference. He was very hesitated to do so, but eventually went to see. I specifically told him to look at the driver’s side which he didn’t but said that it was the right one and not to worry. Since the replacement was a primer black in color I had to go & have it painted to the color of the car which I did. Once it was painted I was called by the shop to bring in the car so they could replace the mirror. Once installed, they realized it was the wrong mirror, it was not powered nor heated and the only way to adjust it was by hand. Needless to say, I was fuming. I had them leave the mirror installed and returned to Levan and again spoke with Leo to dispute it. He admittaly insisted it was the right mirror, even though I showed him on the invoice that it had «powered & heated» mirror. After I showed him the mirror and showed him that it was not powered (he himself clicked on the knobs to adjust it, which of course it did not move — nor did it fold in like it was supposed to) He finally agreed to reimbursement for the replacement under the condition that I have it painted to it’s original color, which I did. I took it back today and requested not only to get a refund, but also to get reimbursed since I had to have it painted twice! The owner was not sympathetic nor apologetic and refused to reimburse me even though it was their mistake for not ordering the right part!
I will never do business with this company again — so beware when ordering parts from them and if you do, make sure that they order the correct part!
Thank God for Almaden Body & Paint Shop for working with me as they were able to get the right replacement which only cost me $ 200 more (worthy the price difference) and painted it. The Owner, John is a very honest and likeable person! I will be posted great reviews on their site!

I’ve been there twice and both times they gave me the wrong part. If you like finding out that they’ve given you the wrong parts please go to levan.
Thereafter if you call them they will never have the part ready for you when you pick up.

Got what I needed at a very reasonable price. All the while NO WHERE ELSE in SJ had what I was looking for. Luckily a friend advised me to check this place out. Got what I needed in a matter of minutes. Very pleased.

Needed to replace a broken rear light cover on our 1996 Ford Ranger. Levan had the part in stock for a very reasonable price. Sale person asked the right questions (part on passenger side) and was helpful and friendly. Good quality and not difficult to install. Shop a little difficult to find. We went to the WIC food pantry, next store before being redirected. Highly recommended.

I needed a new bumper for my Honda Odyssey after a minor collision. They had the part in stock. When I went to pick it up, I was impressed with their customer service. They had a lot of customers and it was a busy place, but they were still polite and even loaded the bumper in to the car for me. Turns out the bumper didn’t quite fit (it was an aftermarket part), so I took it back the next day. They helped me figure out how I could modify the bumper to fit, then recommended that I didn’t even need to replace it. So, I returned it. Their customer service was excellent and should I have a need in the future I will go back there. Their price was also better than online suppliers.
