First experience here! So far so good! Joel and Juan r the guys you should ask for. Very helpful in term of explaining!

I went here to get a stock resonator delete and custom muffler installed. The welding job from the muffler to my tip was welded so poorly that there is a leak and oil is dripping out from between now. A month later I find out that my thermostat stopped working. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Would not recommend to anyone, not worth your time or money as you’ll most likely end up spending more to fix your car after taking your car to their shop. I forgot to mention that if you read some of the previous reviews below you’d find that they broke an Oxygen sensor in the car, definitely not a first (my thermometer).

They are really quick affordable and nice. Not the most proffesional, but they will get the work done and do it nicely

Really bad service i brought my car to fix the manifold and they broke my oxygen sensor and wouldn’t replace it! I have to spend another $ 450.00 to fix the sensor that they broke! Im really disappointed with them so please check your car before you leave jt at the shop

Took my car in and talked to junior about fixing my Cat back and he quoted me a reasonable price and also got me in and out in less than 30 mins I highly recommend this place

Great service by Junior on my initial visit, but that was as good as things got unfortunately. Brought a car in here, as my friend had vouched for this place, so I took his word for it (big mistake).
He gave me a reasonable price for what I had to have done, so I gave him the go-​ahead and he said he would go ahead and order the correct parts for the car through the dealership. This never happened.
At first, he told me that he had ordered the wrong parts and that he would need to re-​order the correct ones and that it would take three to five business days. Sounded legit enough.
Fast forward to six business days later (passing the weekend as well, so eight days later in actuality) and I call up to see what the deal is and am told he’s called the dealership twice in the last two days, but they haven’t replied his call. What? That sounds ridiculous to me, so I call the dealership directly and they ask me for the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and say they can’t tell me how much the parts will cost and how long the delivery will take unless they have that number. REALLY? LOL. This shop never even got my VIN from my car! WTF. The guy from the dealership tells me it’ll take two business days and I tell him, I’ll call back to see if I want to order it (obviously not as I’m nothing resembling a car mechanic).
In summation, wasted two weeks by giving this shop the benefit of the doubt. Hate car troubles, but I hate liars more. Major thumbs down.

I had my truck towed by Jorge, REALLY GREAT guy. Very helpful, quick and sufficient. I really appreciated his great attitude.

My truck muffler had holes & had to be replace, luna’s muffler shop was te best choice. Very fast service & nice staff. Reasonable price, I recommend it.

been here a few times and recently my experience is going away from them prices have gone up and staff seems unfriendly

Great and affordable work at this shop. Their specialty is exhaust and suspension, but they can do just about anything under the hood as well. Anywhere from OEM fixes to performance upgrades (air intake, fabricated exhaust). They don’t give you the upselling BS like most shops, so you feel comfortable with them. They have high end products (Exhaust pipes, mufflers, tips, rims, suspsenions) if you are into the upgrade, and they can do good fabricated generic OEM for a great price.
I have brought in my cars for a new exhaust system, tires, suspsension, engine repair, and even a busted steering column, and my routine oil changes. I am a satisfied customer for years now.

I love how their lift is low being that I have a lowered car… I didn’t scrape at all.
Their waiting room is decent… it has a couch, TV, and arcades.

About a month ago, some asshat crackhead decided that it was a good idea to steal my catalytic converter. Thank you SF crackhead, because of you my toyota sounded like tractor. A friend of mine works at Luna’s and she said to come in. I am glad I did. The work was done fast, it was very reasonable and I had no wait time. They even put in a new battery for me because mine was cashed out from sitting without a cat for so long. Way to go Lunas. They rock!

This place ROCKS!!! Genuinely nice people, NOT trying to get every last penny out of you. My car’s a Hyundai, so I went to the Hyundai dealership. yeah, they gave me an astronomical quote ($ 500+)for a specific problem after doing a 1.5 hr diagnostic, to which I went to Luna’s, they looked at it for about 20 min. and discovered it was a totally different issue that would only cost me $ 80!!! F-​YEAH DOGGIE!!! Car purr’s like a kitten now AND since they were so rad, I’ve taken my car back to get 4 new tires and alignment. Can’t been a place like this~

Overall good conduct of business. They definately do care about what they are doing. You’ll come in with one reason, but they give you recommendations of what else might be wrong. There is an small arcade and vending machine section while you wait. There is lots of parking and the drive way is very low, so if you have a lowered car, you wont have to worry about scraping. (They also have a lowered lift as well) The price was $ 20 for me to get my muffler relaligned.
