With the combined experience of over thirty years in the business industry, across three top global economies of China, India USA, founders Rajeev and his team has the professional management team to run Mail Stop at San Jose.

Raj is a MBA graduate, serial entrepreneur who has started, owned and consulted to hundreds of businesses and projects in last 30 years across many countries such as China, India and USA. Rajeev started his first manufacturing unit in 1984, than second International Trading Company in Fremont, USA in 1994 and International Sourcing and Logistics company in Hong Kong in 2004.

Raj has been a very successful business consultant for decades, and is now linking China, India and USA through business. He has traveled to over 30 countries and is passionate about helping people with his knowledge, skills, expertise and practical experience.

Came here to ship a box to China through DHL and pleasantly surprised how nice the guy who was helping me out. He helped me consolidated my box so it didn’t cost me a fortune to ship with the box I used. Will definitely come back the next time I need to ship dhl again.

I went in today to pick up an empty FedEx box so I could mail clothes to a friend in Utah. I have been a customer here before, and told the guy that I just need a box, and would return shortly to mail it. He was irritated and said that its the holidays now and people are just coming in to get boxes. I said, «I’m asking for a FedEx box, it doesn’t cost you anything. And I’ve been here before, I will come back to mail it.»
He started to go in the back to find a box and said they only have Fedex envelopes (I didn’t know if that was true or not, but let’s give him the benefit of the doubt that it was true).
He tried to convince to buy a regular brown box for $ 5-​ish. I told him that I’ve been to other Mail Stops too, and they have given me Fedex boxes (I’m mailing this via FedEx, so I would like a FedEx box! What is wrong with that?). He said, «Well you should go there now, then!» So I left.
Who says that to a customer?! THAT’S BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will NEVER give them my business ever again. I went to the post office a few blocks away instead.

Not only was there bad customer service, the guy was on a personal call and made me wait a real long time while he finished his call and when he did help me, he entered the zip code wrong so my package was sent and returned to me. I assume places like this have a huge mark up on postage so I’m angry that I paid a lot for nothing.

I was trying to ship my dad’s accordion to Salt Lake Ut. and was having no luck.
The first two places I went to had no boxes large enough, the Packaging Store one of the places recommended went out of business, and all the places I tried calling either didn’t have a box large enough or didn’t answer the phone.
I finally decided to just go to Home Depot and buy the box myself. Guess what? The largest box they have was 20×20×20 which still isn’t big enough. I needed something on the order of 25×25×20.
I went back to the internet and once again started calling places and came across Mail Stop.
I was immediately impressed with how Raj – the new owner – was taking the time to ask about exact dimensions, weight, and explaining about shipping options, etc. After a short while on the phone I was sure he could help me (he had the box!)
When I got there, Raj and the nice lady working the front desk were very friendly and talked to me about this instrument. When they learned it belonged to my father that passed away a few years ago, they took extra good care with the packaging.
Raj did everything for me, wrapped the accordion in bubble wrap, taped that. Then boxed the wrapped accordion in packing peanuts with special styrofoam blocks to prevent the accordion from moving.
Raj took a long time getting the packaging as good as it could possibly be.
If you need help with your packaging, this is the place.

My first impression was eyes bugging out of the lady’s head at the boxes I wanted to ship.
I needed to ship something using DHL to a different country using the recipient’s account number. The woman told me that she was not able to do that. I would have to go to Fremont. I called DHL corporate to see if it was something that is normal the woman on the phone seemed as shocked as I was that this employee would not help me.
I then asked if I could leave some FedEx packages with her. I asked for a cart since most places have them. She rummaged in back but seemed annoyed. I told her «no problem I didn’t want to be any trouble» and left.
I felt like customer service was not important at all.

Came off a little rude and as if she was doing the customers a favor. Hire someone to run the business if you lack customer service skills
