Customer service here is fantastic!
I needed to get fingerprinted for a job at a certified Live Scan center, and of the 3 locations that were in my area, 2 were downtown and 1 was here. I didn’t feel like driving downtown (I’m lazy), so I ended up at Mailbox & More.
I was helped by Genet, who was very polite and cheerful throughout the entire process. I came in, gave her the required paperwork, and was on my way in a timely fashion. Fast forward a month later, and my employer states that they still haven’t received my information. I drive back to Mailbox & More and ask Genet if she can double check to see if my results went through electronically on the original day that I came in. She gladly pulls up the screen and shows that it said my information was indeed completed and sent the original day that I came in. I was already content with this and was ready to tell me employer this. However, Genet went the extra mile and volunteered to call the Live Scan center to see if she could figure out why my employer hadn’t received my results. Sure enough, the center had indeed received my results and it was a problem on my employer’s end. Genet didn’t have to go that extra step to help me, but she did, and for that I’m super appreciative. Thanks, Genet!

Whenever I come here there’s a line out the door almost. The prices are good but there’s always busy. Either that or her son is giving attitude on the phone. Ehh not coming back.

We are a small business and do not have any connections to Mailbox & More except for the excellent service that they provide to us.
They provide a large array of services that we need and use on a daily basis. There are other outlets in the area that offer similar office services but none can match the level of convenience and satisfaction we have received from Mailbox & More ever since the have been open over the last 2 years. We at JasperRocky are very grateful that they have decided to open up in our neighborhood!

I like coming here more than I do the post office because of the fact that I can run in and out quickly.
Not having to wait in a long line is always a plus for me.
