Michael H. Luu, Esq. was admitted to practice law in California in 1995. He is also admitted to practice law before the Eastern District of Northern California and Northern District of California federal courts, where he remains a member in good standing to this date. Michael H. Luu is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and a member and former chair of the Santa Clara County Planning Commission.

After spending several years working in a small to mid-​size general practice/​bankruptcy boutique, Michael H. Luu founded The Law Offices of Michael H. Luu in 1995. Initially located in the heart of downtown San Jose, the firm handled both consumer bankruptcy matters, personal injury and commercial real estate matters. (Our clients appreciate that when they come to us for consumer bankruptcy services, they also benefit from our wealth of knowledge concerning the real estate process generally).
