I never got a call back. I called Mike’s office because I’m buying a home in the Willow Glen neighborhood. The reviews here on Unilocal are fantastic and his office was nearby. And I’ve been happy with State Farm in another area for almost 20 years. HIs voice mail wasn’t working over the weekend so I called back on the following Monday and left a voice message. On Tuesday I got a call back from an assistant who was not able to provide a quote but said Mike would call the next day. Not a word.

Mike is simply the best! He is always so helpful. He is quick to get back to me and always goes above and beyond to take care of my insurance needs. Big thanks to Mike and team for helping me sleep at night, knowing I am covered are covered.

Mike Quintal is an unbelievable insurance agent. I have all my insurance needs met through him. He is very quick when asking for quotes and setting up accounts. Mike has saved me hundreds of dollars a year.

Recently our water softener drainpipe broke accidentally draining water onto our kitchen floor. Originally we mopped up the water and thought everything was fine. We discussed the incident with Mike who advised us to have the floor checked for water under the wood laminate. It was good advice, testing showed water under the flooring. The flooring had to be removed, the sub-​flooring dried and a new floor put in. Mike help us through the process.
Mike provided excellent service. We were very happy with the results of our claim. Mike checked on us frequently during the project answering our questions. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and we love our new floor. We are very satisfied with State Farm and highly recommend our agent Mike Quintal.

Last year, when I signed a lease to open up a retail store in Willow Glen, I asked Mike’s office to give me a quote to make sure I was insured per the landlord’s requirements and to make sure I was covered wel.
The process of working with Mike’s office was so simple and seamless. They answered all of my questions and just handled everything from top to bottom and I barely even had to be involved. They just took care of everything for me.
Once I got that all worked out, I decided to ask Mike’s office for a quote on my homeowners insurance and again — they just handled everything for me so seamlessly. So then I moved my auto insurance to Mike’s office, too. It does help to have everything in one place — it reduces the rates if you bundle it all together.
So Mike’s office carries my business, my home and my auto insurance. State Farm has so many products and such great coverage and value. It’s so nice to have a great agent who actually cares and who personally makes sure I am getting the best coverage and the best value for my money.

I had some questions about my insurance for my newly driving son, and couldn’t get hold of my regular insurance agent. Several of my friends use Mike Quintal’s office for their insurance, so I got in touch with him, and he gladly answered my questions even tho my insurance isn’t thru him. I really appreciated his generosity, and will keep him in mind for when I convince my husband to change insurance!

I recently wanted to change my business insurance payment plan and to my surprise I found out I couldn’t do that online. I had to go through the agent to change things. It took several attempts for me and Mike to go through the process to somehow give me access to my business insurance account online. It’s a bit frustrating that State Farm has this limitation. But Mike was very patient and responsive in helping solve this issue. Thank you Mike for your time that you put in while investigating the differences between business and personal insurance accounts management online. Definitely superior customer service!

When our previous agent was unable to lower our premiums, we set out to find a new company. It was clear almost immediately that Mike’s attentive customer service was exactly what we were looking for. Turns out we are saving hundreds of dollars a year and getting MORE coverage. I have been putting off talking to an agent about life insurance for several years now. I was actually losing sleep over it. After meeting Mike, he convinced me it wasn’t going to be a big deal and it would cost less than I thought it would. So, I went into the office to chat with him about our family’s life insurance needs. It so was NOT a big deal, it was easy and even kinda fun. And, when he quoted the insurance for both me and my husband, I thought the number he gave me was for EACH of us. Turns out it was the monthly cost for BOTH of us! I am so relieved to finally have this life insurance in place. Mike was friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Great insurance office.
I used the same State Farm agent from the day I got my license on my 16^th birthday until they retired about 4 years ago and I was basically given to a new agent in the area — not Mike Quintal’s office. They took okay care of me, but it just didn’t feel the same. I ended up finding Mike’s office through a friend after my policy lapsed with the interim agent and I was about to give up on State Farm. I thought I’d go in and see if the office felt professional yet friendly like my first agent had. I was not disappointed. My questions and concerns were all answered and I left feeling like I understood exactly what services I was getting and why. I use Sonia for my insurance but after going in, I know if I ever call in or need anything and she’s not there, I’ll still get great service from whoever I speak to.
