I love this place, friendly employees. when my car needs oil change, I always go to this place, super quick service, I’m in and out in no time.

The Indian gentlemen here is very rude. He was very upset because I had been putting gas across the street at the Valero gas station and had asked to use his restroom. He then told me «why don’t you go use the gas station at Valero you puto» I told him I don’t appreciate you talking to me like that you F****ing punk. I walked away to leave to work he then proceeded to come out and curse me out. He is very unprofessional and has very bad service. This is ridiculous he was upset because I used to pump gas at his station and started pumping gas at Valero. I am Proceeding to file a complaint with BBB and Shell Corporate office.

People who work here really do need to learn a thing or two about communication. I mean I can’t go to a gas station and expect great service. It’s usually a self serve kind of place. I went in to ask about the Fuel Rewards since I always go to Shell Gas Stations. I signed up for it, but it isn’t as easy as it looks. There’s no place for you to redeem points. (Now I know, you swipe your credit card and wait a while til it tells you to swipe your Fuel Rewards).
First, I went inside to tell him I wanted to use the rewards card. He goes, «How much gas are you going to buy?» I replied, «I don’t know how much gas I need when I use my card. I just fill up my tank.» So I leave and say, «Can you just reset the screen so I can pump gas?» He says, «Okay, done.»
I go and pump gas with my credit card. I see they I pumped $ 40+ of gas and print the receipt. The stand I was at ran out of ink so my receipt was blank. So I go to him and he says, «How much gas?» I reply, «I don’t know your ink is out.» As I hand him the blank receipt. He goes, «Oh, here you go.» Then I hand him the Fuel Rewards card. He says, «I cannot do. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.»
Really? What’s the point of having a Fuel Rewards card when I can’t even get points for it… All I can do is shake my head at this establishment they call a gas station. Unfortunately, I still will continue to use their services for my car, but interaction? I’ll avoid that.

I was pump gas here tonight at pump # 8. Since i paid by CC, machine asking me do i want to purchase car Wash. the machine is old and the button said no falling apart. it was automatically charge me for car wash. Then i approach to cashier request for refund. I don;t know he is the owner or employee, he is Indian Dude. i guess he is owner since most Indian own gas station. he start to fight with me «why i said yes on car wash purchase» I look at him .you are an idiot, your machine button is not working, and that why i am here to ask for refund. i told him i am going to report you on Unilocal,he said he doesn;t care. ok here you go. Never buy gas or anything from this station, it will be last visit forever. i have been living nearby neighbor for 20 years. it is the most worst gas station i ever see. They don;t deserve any star.

their car wash didnt accept any bills dont go here! it will ruin your day!!!
