They prompt about arrival and came back multiple times due to follow-​up issues.
They insisted on having the AC cleaned, but werent experts on this and we had to call them back 3 and then call a HVAC specialist.
Recommend sticking to the basic cleaning and dont buy the Groupon since they keep adding on.

Five Starts for Robert! He came-​and early! Was polite, honest-​and walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. His prices are reasonable and his work speaks for itself. Dont get fooled by these places that say they will come out and clean your ducts for $ 50-​cause we did! Robert is DEF the guy to call and we will be calling him back in the future :)

I did not know Rober and Alex till I hired them to clean my air duct. They both did a very awesome job. I met Rober at first, we talked over the phone and then he came by on time to estimate the price. He did what he siad to me and a little bit extra job. They wiped and washed each vent very detail and clean. I am very happy that they did this job for me, so I would like to recommand him to everyone who is looking for cleaning carpet, air duct, Upholstry and moving heavy furniture, then Rober will be the best choice !

I couldn’t ask for a better air duct and carpet cleaning service.
Robert and his team showed up right on time and took extra care with the preparation, including helping with the pets (they were great with our dogs), wearing shoe covers when they go in and out of the house to move the equipment and covering their tracks with additional coverings and pads to ensure the hardwood floor doesn’t get scratched.
They meticulously and thoroughly cleaned and left the job spotless. Robert took the extra time to explain the work and provided helpful advice on home insulation.
Robert and Alex were super honest in what they can and can not do and they were extremely reasonable in terms of pricing.

Robert and Alex did such a fantastic job cleaning the air conditioning and heating vents. I just moved into my new place and was concerned about the interior ventilation system. I’m glad I followed my instincts and called Mr. Carpet and Air Duct Services. Robert patiently answered all my questions and promptly scheduled the appointment. They both were on time to my place. When they opened up my heating unit, it was filled with all sorts of crap: dander, cat hair, spider webs. They thoroughly cleaned everything. As for my air conditioner, the filter was filled with a thick layer of disgusting dust particles. I’m so glad that I called these guys. It was definitely a worthwhile investment. Also, Robert gave me a good price. Most places charge a ridiculous amount of money. Since I only had 3 vents, most places quoted me for the a price equivalent of 7 vents. This place charges a reasonable price and does EXCELLENT work. They’re also very nice fellows. Two thumbs up!

My bedroom carpet was TRASHED. .Between a dog and a toddler and lots of traffic coming through, I thought i was going to have to replace it. My mom recommended Robert. All I can say is that my carpets look almost brand new! i’m so impressed! i will never rent another carpet shampooer ever again. I grabbed a few of his business cards because I’m going to be recommending him to everyone who asks me how i got my carpet so clean! And you can’t beat his price!!! He also does upholstey cleaning, air duct cleaning and floors and more.
