I’ve worked at high-​tech, telecommunication and data-​communication companies as both an Engineer and Product Manager for nearly 20 years. Through these experiences, I consistently saw the need to help non-​technical people with technical issues.

I opened My Network Solution in 2002 with the simply idea of providing technical services to non-​technical people. My company provides a concierge-​like approach to our customers. Their problems are our problems. We take ownership of the problem until it’s resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We communicate with our customers using language they can understand. I feel this level of service quality differentiates us from others.

I engaged with My Network Solution after extensive research for a resource that could help me with my home network issues. I can not say enough positive things about Len (the owner), who worked tirelessly to help me not only solve my issue of extending my wireless network but also worked to solve some very difficult issues with my AT&T U-​verse modem manufactured by Arris. This modem has some very specific technical quirks than Len was able to work through and ultimately solve so that I could enjoy the full benefit and my upgraded higher speed service. He returns phone calls and email promptly (something very rare with many small business folks). I would not hesitate to recommend Len Magglore and his company My Network Solution to anyone needing assistance with home networking issues, problems or challenges.

I went with My Network Solution based on the Unilocal reviews. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Len (the owner) came out on time, assessed my network and sent me a bid. It was very reasonable. His advice was to set up a hard Ethernet port in the external home office and reconfigure a spare router I had as an access point. Today, he and the wire installer (the guy who had the fun job of crawling under my house) came out on time and had everything done in 2 hours. Len is super nice, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. He gave me exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. He’s now re-​configuring my old laptop and reviving a spare PC.
I now have a hard wired connection in my soon to be new office, along with a solid signal from the second router. Excellent work! Len has my business from here on. If you have any network needs, this IS your man.

Our home network has never really worked well and we finally decided to do something about it.
We called Len and he arrived exactly on time and quickly set to work to understand the bowl of spaghetti we called a network. He started by first ensuring we had a clean, fast Internet connection, then re-​established a lost connection to a NAS drive, then installed two access points so that we had full wi-​fi coverage, and finally diagnosed a loop in our network that was causing performance issues.
Probably more than what you want to know. .. so in simple terms I’d feel very comfortable saying Len is extremely capable at walking into a situation cold and figuring out what is wrong and how to fix it. Networks can be tricky things so there’s no quick fix. .. but our network is definitely fixed. Thank you Len.
Next time we have an issue, we’ll call you back as we know you’ll take care of us.

I want to alert people to the excellent service Len Maggiore offers. Twice he has repaired my computer quickly, effectively and for a perfectly reasonable cost. Considering other computer repair services, Len has gone out of his way to do the job with the least disruption to my business as possible. He seems to know more about Dell computers than anyone else I’ve known, including some other well known computer repair shops that were at a loss to provide a repair; Len found the problem and had the computer back within a day. He also backs up his work and if the part fails, he is quick to repair it at no charge. What more could you want?
Give him a try. I’ll bet you keep calling him in the future.

I recently just had my laptop fixed by Leonard. My screen was smashed and I had no clue what I was going to do. I went online and researched hundreds of sites and shops.
popped up and it was listed very close to my house. When I called the number listed Leonard answered and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a rate right over the phone. He did an amazing job within my budget! He was very professional and had it back to new in no time. He called me and asked my approval on everything. I trusted him completely. He lives on blossom hill and works out of his house. I really would recommend him to anyone with a broken laptop or computer related issue!
